건설회사 본사차원의 안전관리 활동은 회사 전체의 안전관리업무 기획 및 조정 등을 하는 업무로서 건설회사의 안전수준을 향상시키는 데 있어 매우 중요한 요소 중의 하나이다. 이에 본 연구는 건설회사의 안전수준에 따라 합리적이고 효과적인 본사 안전관리 업무가 가능한 안전전략을 제안하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 국내 대형 건설회사 본사의 안전관리업무 실태를 파악하기 위하여 초일류기 업 인증제도의 안전부문 평가항목 및 기준 중 본사 차원에 해당되는 것을 안전관련 전문가를 통해 이의 유효성을 검증하도록 하였다. 이러한 과정을 통하여 채택된 평가항목 및 기준을 조사대상인 79개 건설회사에 대하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 51개 건설회사의 설문조사 결과를 바탕으로 현재의 건설회사 안전수준에서 안전성과를 향상시킬 수 있는 안전전략을 79개 건설회사의 3년간 평균 재해율인 1.20을 기준으로 평균 재해율 이하와 이상인 건설회사 집단으로 구분하여 제안하였다.

The objectives of this study is to classify evacuation types, derive the characteristics of 4 types, develop and discover evacuation routes within the performance hall space, and present the statistical classification results of the evacuation classification model by classification type. To achieve this purpose, the characteristics of each evacuation type's four types are applied through a network reliability analysis method and utilized for institutional improvement and policy. This study applies for the building law, evacuation and relief safety standards when establishing a performance hall safety management plan, and reflects it in safety-related laws, safety standards, and policy systems. Statistical data by evacuation type were analyzed, and measurement characteristics were compared and analyzed by evacuation types. Evaluate the morphological similarity and reliability of evacuation types according to door width and passage length and propose the install position of evacuation guidance sign boards. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to provide operation strategies for safety facility evacuation information sign boards according to evacuation route classification types when taking a safety management plan. The operation strategy for the evacuation sign boards installation that integrates employee guidance and safety training is applied to the performance hall safety management plan. It will contribute to establishing an operational strategy for performance space safety when constructing performance facilities in the future.

When an integral pressurized water reactor is operated under low power conditions, once-through steam generator group operation strategy is applied. However, group operation strategy will cause nonuniform coolant flow distribution at the core inlet and lower plenum. To help coolant flow mix more uniformly, a flow mixing chamber (FMC) has been designed. In this paper, computational fluid dynamics methods have been used to investigate the coolant distribution by the effect of FMC. Velocity and temperature characteristics under different low power conditions and optimized FMC configuration have been analyzed. The results illustrate that the FMC can help improve the nonuniform coolant temperature distribution at the core inlet effectively; at the same time, the FMC will induce more resistance in the downcomer and lower plenum.

As part of an evaluation for an in-vessel severe accident management strategy, a coolant injection into the reactor vessel under depressurization of the reactor coolant system (RCS) has been evaluated in detail using the SCDAP/RELAP5 computer code. A high-pressure sequence of a small break loss of coolant accident (SBLOCA) has been analyzed in the Optimized Power Reactor (OPR) 1000. The SCDAP/RELAP5 results have shown that safety injection timing and capacity with RCS depressurization timing and capacity are very effective on the reactor vessel failure during a severe accident. Only one train operation of the high pressure safety injection (HPSI) for 30,000 seconds with RCS depressurization prevents failure of the reactor vessel. In this case, the operation of only the low pressure safety injection (LPSI) without a HPSI does not prevent failure of the reactor vessel.

Standardization strategy is considered as an important approach for the organization growth and competitiveness. Major contents of standardization are the selection of standardization area and management of standardization timing under limited resources. The developments of standardization road map and its driving strategy in construction area are important policy subjects in view of investment scale and national economy. In this paper, we aim to survey on the standardization theory and its application in construction field and suggest research direction for driving strategy of standardization road map development.

This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study (Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right Quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the Quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

Many of Korea major companies have appled as strategy of management innovation Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. Six Sigma has mainly focused to reduce variation. Lean has mainly focused to reduce wastes and Theory of Constraints has mainly focused that bottleneck of constrains production and sales. This bottleneck is caused by constraint resources and it should be the main role of manager to explore constraint resource. Although their mainly focus are different, they are used to improve productivity and quality. In this paper, as strategy of management innovation, study on analysis and comparison plan of Six Sigma, Lean and Theory of Constraints. From the literature survey and application cases, it is suggested and discussed that how to plan of application as strategy of management innovation successfully. The suggested plan of application could be a good guideline that it could be a apply of companies.
