In this regard, the newly focused logistics information system makes reducing the expenses of whole logistic available by cutting down the expenses of materials, transportation and stock and also, it allows the company to cut down the procurement expense through the reduced lead-time and rationalize producing plans by eliminating the uncertain orders and fluctuation in procurement. It further more optimizes the efficiency of over all productions by meeting the dead line for delivery to the customers. In the recent environment of globalization where fierce competitions exist between manufacturers, logistics plays important role in the strategies of companies, and managements of companies try their best efforts in establishing the strategy to accomplish the innovative relationship between supply chain channels. Therefore, in this study, we try to suggest the model of consolidated logistics system that is integrated logistics information system with suggesting the better way of logistics and comparative analysis with logistics system to resolve the difficulties numbers of companies face after realizing what logistics information system is in Korea.

CAPM explains the rate of return for the risk asset by $\beta$, systematic risk. There are some assumption in CAPM. But CAPM can not explain the movement of stock price sufficiently due to limitation of the assumptions. Therefore many scholars study which variables with the exception of $\beta$ effect on the rate of return of risk asset for supplementing this limitation by using PER, size of firm etc.. But it will be natural that PER, size of firm etc. to be determinant factors of $\beta$ also effect on the abnormal rate of return, because PER, size of firm etc. used in their studies already effect on determination of $\beta$, . That is, the determinant factors of $\beta$ effect on determination of abnormal rate of return according as $\beta$, effects on abnormal rate of return. Therefore, this study tests empirically how the determinant factors of $\beta$, effect on determination of$\beta$, ,and how $\beta$ and the determinant factor of $\beta$ effect on the abnormal rate of return in CAPM.

This article deals with a case study on determining the replacement interval for the extraction motor in KTX. The reliability is analysed with the field data from 42 months. The effect of the replacement interval on service reliability, availability, safety and lifecycle cost are evaluated through simulation which is done by the commercial tool, Availability Workbench AvSim Module. As the results of the analyses, a new replacement interval is presented to reduce the lifecycle cost while service reliability, safety and availability are satisfactory.

Railway system is a word that includes rolling stock, railway infrastructure and signalling System in passenger transfer and rail freight. This system get higher competitiveness in energy efficiency part than other transfer system. But it is comprehensive system has latent loss of lives and property by big accident. First of all, to control this comprehensive system and to confirm safety of it, we need human resource management. This research will suggest how to apply efficiency safety verification and certification system to railway system. human resource management systems is defined as three kinds that is recruitment and management, ensure personnel's competencies and fitness, activity of assigning suitable responsible person for work.

기존의 논문들은 단순히 기업가치(firm value)가 부채(debt)에 의한 요인들(determinants)에 의하여 좌우된다고 보았으며, 기업의 소유구조(managerial ownership)와 기업가치는 별개(exogenous)로 간주하여 왔다. 이 번 논문에서는 기업 가치를 좌우하는 요인들에 부채 이외에 기업의 소유구조를 내생변수(joint endogenous)로 추정하고, 통계방법으로는 수단변수를 사용하여 GMM(generalized method of moments)를 통하여 추정하기로 한다. 이 연구를 통해서는 부채와 기업 소유구조 사이에 밀접한 상호작용(interrelated)이 있음을 발견하였다. 부채와 기업의 소유구조를 내생화시킴으로써 이번 연구에서는 부채가 기업가치에 약한 부정적인(-) 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으나, 기업의 소유구조는 기업 가치에 강한 긍정적 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이와 같이 부채와 기업가치의 약한 부정적인 관계에 대한 선행연구로는 Shea(1997)과 Hahn and Hausman(1999)이 있다. 또한, 기업가치는 시장점유율(market power)과 주가(treasury stock)와 양(+)의 관계에 있음을 알 수 있었다.

G7국가중에서 상대적으로 소규모국가인 이태리와 네덜란드에서도 위에서와 같은 결과들을 발견할 수 있었다. 한편 한국에서 특이한 점은 경제회복 이후에는 산업생산증가율의 증가가 통화량의 증가보다 더 주식시장에 중요한 영향을 줄 것임을 알 수 있다.

The aim of this study is to establish an efficient distribution planning for a capacitated multi-stage supply chain. We assume that the demand information during planning horizon is given a deterministic form using a certain forecasting method. Under such a condition, we present a cost effective heuristic method for minimizing chain-wide supply chain inventory cost that is the sum of holding and backorder costs by using look-ahead technique. We cope with the capacity restriction constraints through look-ahead technique that considers not only the current demand information but also future demand information. To evaluate performance of the proposed heuristic method, we compared it with the extant research that utilizes echelon stock concept, under various supply chain settings.

The running safety of the rolling stock depends on the design characteristics and the contact condition between wheel and railway. In this study, the effect of the conicity of wheel tread on the running safety is analyzed. The modal analysis results in $0.5\~0.6Hz$ natural frequency with lateral modes. However, the frequency analysis for the running simulation shows the frequency components near 1Hz. The running simulation shows that the KTX with GV40 wheel has less lateral vibration than that of XP55 as the KTX goes higher speed.
