Even if there are no causing factors such as car crash and road works, traffic congestion come from traffic growth on the road. In this case, estimation of traffic flow helps find the solution of traffic congestion problem. In this paper, we present a optimization model which used on traffic equilibrium problem and studied the problem of inverting shortest path sets for complex traffic system. And we also develop pivotal decomposition algorithm for reliability function of complex traffic system. Several examples are illustrated.

Safety management was divided by the competent authorities supplier, and customer with responsibility and authority. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. Especially, the big accident of the inside and outside of the country occurred during recent year was newly recognized with the whole society about safety. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

Construction Management(CM) that is the business innovation and method of construction management is introducing and implying the needs to improve high cost and low productivity structure and cope with very variable changes of construction market in construction industry within the country. But, safety management system is a very insignificant thing under CM. Consquently, We had been needed for the improvement about what the problem was. Therefore, My study raised the problem to the system and management by making a comparative study of the feature of the management method and the content of the accomplishment of safety management by using the consideration of the case about a big field of construction work implying CM within the country and proposed the active method of safety management.

As the construction industry has been increasingly complex, aging workers, hard-working avoiding young generation, foreign workers having language problem for the past decades, delivering of construction qualified workers has been a rising problem. This misalignment between the complex jobs and the number of skilled workers will continue to be in issue that the construction industry will face for following decades. Construction field workers who are working outside in uncontrollable condition unlike manufacturing industry are exposed to easily construction safety accident. There are so many efforts to prevent and control the construction accident. However, the relationships between the construction works and construction safety accident has not been well dealt and investigated based on objective accident data except for the qualitative study through interview, delphi and so on. Therefore this study analyzes job risk matrix exposed to safety accidents based on statistic data for 20 years from Korean Occupational Safety & Health Agency in order to prevent the construction field accidents.

The change in labor consciousness began to draw social attention to work-life balance (WLB). The WLB is one of the major factors affecting the health and safety problems of workers. Although shiftwork adversely affects WLB, safety, and health problems of workers, WLB of shift workers has received little empirical attention. The purpose of this study was to examine whether WLB mediates the relationship between shiftwork and shift worker's safety and health problems, participation in leisure activities moderates WLB, and finally, whether WLB moderated by participation in leisure activities mediates the relationship between shift work and shift worker's safety and health problems. For the study, the data of the 5^th wave of Korean Working Condition Survey(KWCS) conducted by Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency(KOSHA) of South Korea was used. Conditional process analysis revealed that the relationship between shift work and worker's safety and health problems is mediated by WLB; however, participation in leisure activity showed no moderation effect on WLB. Therefore, the moderated mediation effect has failed to achieve statistical significance. The results indicate that working environment improvement in consideration of the WLB is needed to gain shift worker's long-term safety and health. The implications of this study and suggestions for future research were discussed.

본 연구는 임상간호사의 투약안전역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고자 시도되었다. 자료의 수집은 상급종합병원 두 곳에 재직하고 있는 154명의 간호사를 대상으로 진행하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS 26.0 프로그램으로 t-검정, ANOVA, 상관관계, 단계적 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 투약안전역량은 문제해결능력과 자기효능감과 유의한 상관관계가 있었다. 자기효능감, 문제해결능력, 근무형태, 현부서 근무경력 순으로 투약안전역량에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 이들 변수는 전체변량의 64.7%의 설명력을 가졌다. 따라서 임상간호사의 투약안전역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 무엇보다도 자기효능감과 문제해결능력을 증진시키기 위한 프로그램이 개발 될 필요가 있겠다.

2D/1D coupling method is an important neutron transport calculation method due to its high accuracy and relatively low computation cost. However, 2D/1D coupling method may diverge especially in small axial mesh size. To analyze the convergence behavior of 2D/1D coupling method, a Fourier analysis for k-eigenvalue neutron transport problems is implemented. The analysis results present the divergence problem of 2D/1D coupling method in small axial mesh size. Several common attempts are made to solve the divergence problem, which are to increase the number of inner iterations of the 2D or 1D calculation, and two times 1D calculations per outer iteration. However, these attempts only could improve the convergence rate but cannot deal with the divergence problem of 2D/1D coupling method thoroughly. Moreover, the choice of axial solvers, such as DGFEM SN and traditional SN, and its effect on the convergence behavior are also discussed. The results show that the choice of axial solver is a key point for the convergence of 2D/1D method. The DGFEM SN based 2D/1D method could converge within a wide range of optical thickness region, which is superior to that of traditional SN method.

The Safety Assessment for Construction works is used in order to make the safety plans to protect calamities in construction sites. However in Korea it is problem that the Safety Assessment has strict and meaningless contents. So it is not used well. This study suggests the effectual making methods of the Safety Assessment to solve the problems which are found through investing serious calamities and interviewing experts.
