There are two methodologies to increase transport capacity of railway. The one is to invest railroad equipment or vehicles, and the other is to improve operation efficiency through optimization. All of these is intended to increase transport capacity by improving line capacity So far, we treat line capacity as the criteria for evaluating investment alternatives or for restricting tram frequencies, and this criteria is calculated statical and experimental numerical formula. But, line capacity has special attribute that change dynamically according to operational condition, so there is a need of new line capacity estimation system. The Purpose of this paper is to present a new line capacity estimation system based on the probability simulation and its applications.

On a conceptual point of SCM, as a order of development, physical distribution, logistics management, basic supply chain management and advanced supply chain management etc. they are magnifying gradually, confusing with information and analysis techniques which seems possible. And, we will Prove the facts that it could be a guiding company which has a ability of cooperation with entities through the founding of supply chain, On the conclusion, we will show the variation which influences for capacity entities and alternative proposal to define a element which influence for a cause and effect basically.

The health industry is highly value-added, compared to other industries. The reason is that increase of income growth and the expanded human life expectancy bring about positively needs of products at health industry. This is related with increase in expenses of health care and R&D investment of health industry. After 1995, the share of GDP at drug & biomedical industry is increased. Especially, the share of GDP at biomedical is 0.12% in 1995 1$^{st}$ quarter, but 0.17% in 2002 3$^{rd}$ quarter, 0.24% in 2008. Biomedical's contribution about GDP growth is to jump into 6.01% in 2008. The share of GDP at drug will continuously expand, compared to other manufacture industries. Also, drug's contribution about GDP growth will increase, compared with before. Conclusionally, total shares of GDP at drug St biomedical industry are to increase, compared with before. Also, this health industry's contribution is to expand as value-added industry and increase of sales.

Logistics parks make profits using the efficiency of time and space. Such logistics parks play an important role in a corporation creating operating profits as well as acting as a method of alternative investment for individuals. Logistics parks no longer simply store materials, but have become a place that plays an important role in various areas of corporate and individual activities, and thus the analysis of the selection of the location of logistics parks and the related characteristics is extremely important. The estimation model is established by the weights for industry derived from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).

Traditional, complementary, and alternative medicine(CAM) constitutes a major source of health care in developing countries. Its therapies, products and practices are increasing used in industrialized countries, typically by around 50% of the population. However, controls on the provider of CAM services and supply and promotion of complementary medicines are weak in these countries. These trends evoke important public health questions relating to benefits and detriments, safety and quality from medical, financial, and social perspectives. In the western counties, investment in research is increasing, and some guideline is now available for ensuring their quality, efficacy, and safety according to the criteria of evidence-based medicine as legally demanded. National policies and legislation are being developed in many countries and often include partnerships between biomedical and traditional health practitioners. The purposes of the study were to review the policies on CAM, to examine the responses of the government to cope with use of CAM in industrialized countries. Lastly, some implications and recommendation are suggested.

Bacause of increasing the use in Industrial robots, the accident rate has been increasing now a days. The prediction of accident could be very hard as there are so many factors which occured accident. Removing the accident factors in industrial robots can be diagnosed by the human experts who are very familiar with in those area. The purpose of this study is a development of finger fault diagnosis system for industrial robots. We have many problems such as a long time to get the expert knowledge and the number of expert to be limited. To solve these problems lots of investment and time are required, and then the exepert system to finger fault diagnosis for industrial robots can be applied.

Infrastructures in Japan constructed mostly in high economic growth period become elder & elder, and the troubles & accidents caused by the aging increase. Though investment for the renewal is necessary, the shortage of public fund delays the action. Besides, we expect the decrease of the population that means the decrease of the engineers who take care of social infrastructures. Thus, it is necessary for us to develop Advanced Management system of social Infrastructures (AMI) to realize the efficient and economical operation. Our concept of AMI consists of using ICT, PI (Public Involvement) and establishment of O&M diagnosis system. We expect AMI will support to realize the appropriate repairing, preventive maintenance based on the actual performance, accidents & dangerous experience and education & training of the workers. In this paper, development of AMI for the waste disposal facility as a first example of infrastructures will be shown.

Sodium-cooled fast reactor is considered in France as a potential candidate for a prototype of 4th generation system to be built by 2020. A detailed working program has been launched recently to identify by 2012 the potential improvement tracks for later industrial development of these reactors. The goals for innovation are first identified: Progress of the safety with a special attention to severe accidents risk minimization and mitigation (defense in depth approach); Economic competitiveness of the system mainly by reducing the capital cost, the investment risks by enhancing in service inspection and repair capacities, and raising the availability; Sustainability with fissile material management while reducing the proliferation risk; capacity for long-lived waste transmutation.

In the past, manufacturing-oriented industries focused on improving labor productivity to achieve economic growth. Korea is changing from a labor-intensive industry to a technology-intensive industry in order to occupy a competitive edge compared to other countries. Recently, a lot of investment has been made not only in technology-intensive industries but also in information industries. Therefore, it is developing in various forms such as special technology, platform industry, and virtual reality as a technology-intensive industry and information industry field. In this social phenomenon, the necessity of starting a business using new ideas and technologies is increasing. Therefore, universities also need entrepreneurship education for their students, and it is necessary to investigate how the contents of the university's start-up education support, individual achievement needs, and the degree of acquisition of start-up knowledge affect the establishment of business strategies necessary for start-ups.
