The group management system with Wireless Sensor Network and android application is proposed in this paper. The proposed system was composed of personal devices with sensor nodes of WSN, manager device of android platform, and the web server. The sensor node used by each group member send a data packet to the manager device every 2 seconds. The leader device displays and transmits entire information to the web server. The web server represents these information through web page. Therefore, guardians can assure their group member's safety and security on the web page. The RSSI value of each sensor node converted by computed log-normal path loss model into distance value and displays on the manager device and the web page.

Due to the real time processing of information and the property of network, RFID has been used in service field such as distribution, administrative control of physical distribution, remote measuring device, and security. instead of currently used bar-code. The management system of port facilities using the current RFID technology has the effects of reducing working hours and improvement in data processing, but it is not proper for human resource allocation since it is dominantly worked for physical resources. In this paper, we designed and implemented personnel control system using RFID of 2.4GHz in port facilities which presents a monitoring system for safety operation and increase of efficiency using RFID in order to overcome the limitations and problems of current port operation management techniques.

This study investigates the differences between the satisfaction factors of store characteristics depending on on-line clothing store type and its satisfaction index. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 10.0 software with various techniques such as paired t-test, T-test, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ reliability and factor analysis that use principal component analysis and Varimax orthogonal rotation were used. The results are summarized as follows: 1. By categorizing the level of on-line store characteristics satisfaction depending on its type, clarifies the differences between its satisfaction. The satisfaction rank of general merchandise store was as followed: searching and approaching system, buying process service, screen-displayed design, product, store credit. On the other hand, the satisfaction rank of general store was as followed: screen-displayed design, store credit, buying process service. 2. By analyzing the difference of satisfaction depending on the store type, it was found that general merchandise store was more satisfied with screen-displayed design, approaching and searching, whole payment process, the safety of payment and shipping service, security service when compared to specialty store. It was also found that specialty store was more satisfied with the variety of product, update of rare items, quality and price of product. 3. By analyzing the difference between the type of on-line clothing store satisfaction depending on age, in the case of general merchandise store, the result showed that people in their thirties were more satisfied with buying process service, store credit, customer management system when compared to twenties. In the case of specialty store, the result showed that people in their twenties were more satisfied with customer management service when compared to thirties, and when it came to buying process service, it was vice versa.

High-resolution images taken by drones are being used for a variety of information, including monitoring. The management of agricultural facilities still uses mostly human survey methods. Surveying agricultural facilities, surveying the appearance of agricultural facilities, and the sleeping environment have legal and environmental constraints that are inaccessible to humans. In addition, in an area where information such as 3D maps and satellite maps are outdated or not provided, human investigation is inevitable, and a lot of time and money are invested. The purpose of this research is to design and develop drone system for field support incorporating AR smart glasses technology for the maintenance and management of agricultural facilities to improve the difficulties of using existing drones. In addition, We will also suggest ways to secure the safety of personal information in order to solve the damages caused by the exposure of personal information that may occur through video shooting.

Existing Web authentication method utilizes the resident registration number by credit rating agencies separating i-PIN authentication method which has been improved authentication using resident registration number via the real name confirmation database. By improving the existing authentication method, and it provides the available integrated ID authentication on Web. In order to enhance safety, the proposed authentication method by encrypting the user of the verification value, and stores the unique identifier in the database of the certificate authority. Then, the password required to log in to the Web is for receiving a disposable random from the certificate authority, the user does not need to remember a separate password and receives the random number by using the smart phone. It does not save the user's personal information in the database, and it is easy to management of personal information. Only the integration ID needs to be remembered with random number on every time. It doesn't need to use various IDs and passwords if you use this proposed authentication methods.

Nowadays most nations around the world including Korea have experienced absolute shortages of available urban space. To solve various problems of the city, each nation constantly tends to extend the underground space. However there is a serious problem in making use of the underground space. Especially new terrorism coming into existence after 9.11 terror turns into the so-called ‘soft target’ which has something to do with public transportation facilities available to most people. Good examples are like these: poisonous gas attacks in Tokyo subway in 1995, Daegu subway station fire in 2003, serial bomb blast of London subway in 2005. In spite of being a concern on incidents related to the underground space it is inevitable to utilize the underground space and the tendency is growing. But Korea lags badly behind in foreign countries in this field and so seeking measures is urgently needed. Therefore the aim of this study is to note visible damages stemmed from the domestic and foreign underground space and propose more effective and adequate measures. Safety measures of terrorism are associated to minimize damage out of terrorism and they are as follows. In the first place, preparing protective equipment for saving a life from fire attacks and poisonous gas is needed urgently. In the second place, counterpart management on the spot and systematic security training should be established in order to minimize injury. In the third place, fire escapes must be provided for a rapid evacuation of potential unspecified individuals. In the fourth place, building up a network of related institutions is required for a systematic omnidirectional counterpart. Finally the Korean government ought to take fast and appropriate actions for the injured and bereaved family of the terror incident.

The research of psychological supporting systems as safety and welfare for disaster victims damaged psychologically as well as physically by a sudden disaster to return to effectively their social life has been carried. The domestic National Emergency Management Agency(NEMA) is operating the Disaster Victim Psychology Support Center that helps with curing damaged psychology and studies the transmission system of psychology management services, the classification of victims for disaster psychology support, and emergency consultation method to systemically support disaster psychology management. However, current psychology supporting centers provide the simple information for supporting centers such as medical and social welfare organizations. The development research of IT-based management systems to obtain needed information to construct the proposed systems curing psychological damage is still primitive step. Therefore, this paper shall propose a GIS-based integrated management system for victims and managers to effectively share related information one another and to return to victims' social life as soon as possible. Also, we implement a simple prototype system based on the Web. The proposed system supports the spatial search and statistical analysis based on map as well as keyword search, because having the location information on disaster victims, damage occurrence places, welfare and medical institutions, and psychological supporting centers. In addition, this system has the advantage reducing the frequency of disaster damage by providing aids in making efficient policy systems for the managers.

Prepaid plastic card issued by Korea Highway Company had a lot of problems in end-user usage and management. HipassPLUS Card, which is a smart card used for a prepaid electronic payment, overcomes the problems of Prepaid Plastic card. HipassPLUS Card is also designed be compatible to other cards such as public transportation card. Thus, for the safety of using the card in such environment, the functionality and the security of HipassPLUS card should be faultless. This paper developed a test module including the test method, the test checklist, and the test procedure to examine the functionality and security of the payment mechanism of HipassPLUS card. The test module contains the method and the procedure to test the standard items according to the test checklist of HipassPLUS card. The test items and the test checklist of HirassPLUS card was selected under the provision of the specification of Korea Highway Company and ISO standard. The results of evaluation on HipassPLUS card using the proposed test module indicates that 4he HipassPLUS card satisfied the criteria under the characteristics of the functionality, security, and compatibility.
