최근 보행자와 차량의 항법 정보(위치, 속도, 자세, 방위각, 등)는 기존의 편의(convenience) 목적의 활용뿐 아니라 안전(safety) 보장을 위한 기반 정보로 활용되고 있으며 이에 대한 원천기술 및 활용기술의 연구개발이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 인프라 기반 및 센서 기반의 다양한 보행자/차량용 항법 기술과 항법용 융합 필터 기술을 설명하고 연구사례를 살펴보고자 한다.

CV(Connected Vehicle) technology provides safety-related services and user convenience-related services to vehicle. Safety-related services can cause privacy problem by continuously transmitting vehicle information to nearby vehicles or base stations. Therefore, safety-related services should provide vehicle anonymity for privacy protection. However, if convenience-related services such as payment services fail to provide vehicle anonymity, driver information related to safety-related services may also be leaked. In this paper, we design a payment protocol based on ECQV(Elliptic Curve Qu-Vanstone) impicit certificate and group signature that provides BU-anonymity and traceability. The proposed payment protocol makes it impossible to track vehicles from payment transactions history by separating roles of payment system components. Moreover, we define the security requirements that the vehicle payment protocol must satisfy and show that the protocol satisfies the requirements.

Recently, in the food culture life, the trend of consumers cooking is changing, and the use rate of induction cookware is increasing. Therefore, in this study, we propose the development of a functional auxiliary device to improve the safety of induction cookware to improve the convenience of cooking according to the increase in the cooking population. The proposed device is linked with IoT through the app. Through the app, the device can control the induction heating power adjustment and time reservation. In addition, an ultrasonic sensor is used to prevent the container from overflowing during cooking, and the user can safely use induction through the fine dust sensor. The implemented device conducts research assuming the actual cooking situation. Finally, it was confirmed that the user's fatigue was reduced during cooking through the device and the user's safety was improved in emergency situations such as overcooking or overflowing of water.

This paper investigate and compare the appraisement methods and programs are related in Ergonomic, which in foreign country are approved to appraise worker's posture and environment. First, Search the appraisement program to need and develop the program. Second, Design and develop the standard model that easy and accurate, and apply to our country workstation. To response above mention, we made the EWAP(Ergonomic Workplace Analysis program) and purpose of EWAP is assisting the activity of safety management to assess more detail and delicate through quantitative methodology in which operated the Ergonomic Workplace safety management. EWAP can provide the more convenience where need to analyze their Ergonomic Workplace problem and developed by the algorithm of Ergonomic Workplace Analysis management.

This study was aimed to identify a study on risk perception and safety knowledge and awareness of scuba diver. In order to achieve this purpose, a total of 310 customers over the age of 20 were selected as study participants form diving pools and dive resort in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gangwon, Gyeongsang area using the convenience sampling method. However, only data from 295 customers were used after screening the data for reliability. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire, and descriptive statistics, inter-item consistency reliability, t-test, ANOVA, post hoc test, correlation analysis, pearson chi-square test were conducted on the data using the SPSS 21.0 version statistical package program. The followings are the results: First, risk perception differs significantly according to age, education level, occupation and participation period. Second, participation period and safety knowledge have positive correlation.

Almost domestic cycleways have been established without characteristic of land uses. These cycleways can always not provide optimal condition for safety and convenience not to speak of efficiency. This research having a purpose to accomplish more safety and convenience has tried to classify cycleways detail and to analyze cycleways types by land uses. It verified the difference among the characteristic of traffic on the land uses using the Chi-square test, and found the land use that had the strongest characteristic. Finally, it has proposed the suitable cycleway types to land uses.

The purpose of this study was to investigate consumption behaviors regarding red pepper paste according to the food-related lifestyles of housewives. Data were collected from 210 housewives living in the Gyeongnam region of Korea through a self-administered questionnaire on November, 2008. Frequencies, factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, cluster analysis, one-way analysis of variance, and chi-square tests were conducted using SPSS v. 14.0. Food-related lifestyles were categorized into one of five factors: popularity-seeking type, health-seeking type, convenience-seeking type, safety-seeking type, and taste-seeking type. In addition, the respondents were divided into four groups by cluster analysis: safety-seeking group, convenience-seeking group, popularity-seeking group, and taste-seeking group. The chi-square tests revealed that there were significant differences in awareness regarding how to prepare red pepper paste, the reason for buying it at the market, where to buy it, where to obtain information regarding it, the most important factor considered when buying it, and the reason for dissatisfaction with it at the market.

The safety step has been developed to ensure the passengers' safety including the disabled and the weak by eliminating gap between vehicle and platform. The type of safety step is divided according to the position that the safety step is installed. The type of safety step attached platform is the rubber type that is previously attached to a platform. The installed rubber can reduces the gap between vehicle and platform by a fixed distance. If the safety step is installed on the vehicle, it is possible to respond to the various platform typed such as straight or curved form. It is also flexible to the height of riding depends on number of passenger and platform conditions and does not require crew's additional operation. We have been developed vehicle attached safety step for advanced electric multiple unit. We hope to increase the use of safety step for the disabled and the weak to expand the convenience use of railway transportation system.

This paper compared and demonstrated the performance of the earth plate for conventional type and early streamer discharging type developed a new plate in order to improve the performance of the ground plate for use in grounding. The results obtained are shown below; early streamer discharge earth plate was high 5 kV on DC flashover voltage and corona discharge current was higher than about 2 times under the same test conditions compared to the conventional earth plate. From the experiential result, streamer discharge earth plate had a function of rapid inflow/out flow than the general ground plane because of by corona discharge current to be generated in the sharp serrated in formed the ground plane when strike current occurred. In the future, the newly developed early streamer discharge ground plate would be beneficial for grounding work to be widely used to promote the convenience and economy of construction.
