경북 동해안 지역 식생활 문화에 관한 연구(II) - 제례 음식 - (The Study of Dietary Culture in East Cot Area in Kyungpook Province (II) - for Sacrificial Rites Foods -)

  • The several sacrificial rites foods in east coast areas Kyungpook province, Pohang, Youngduk, and Uljin, were surveyed. For the anniversary menorial service, the food items in these reas were mainly rice(Bab'), soup(Guk'), stew(Tang'), fruits, neats and fishes, alcohol which are the typical food items for any other area in Korea. In this east coast area, the seaweed was used more often than in inner land area for this rite food. Four kinds of rice cake(Ddeok' or Pyun') were surveyed for this rite. For the baked food item(Geuk'), the fish squid and the Alaska pollack were used frequently for Geuk'. For the fruits dishes, 3 items were the basic. Tang' which was made with the various fishes, were used very frequently. For the religious memorial service for god to guard the household, the displayed food items were different from depending on the type of the god to guard the household, however, the general display of the food items was almost the same as in land area. For the winter sacrificial rite, the boiled rice(97%) and Bakpyun' was used mostly for the Ddeok'. For the Guk', bean sprout was used mostly, however, the seaweed soup was also used(7%). The fish Tang' was the most used one(35%). For young-deung-je', which implied th safe guard of the household, most of the food items are similar to those of the normal sacrificial rite, however, the fishes which were not fishy were used. The housekeeper arranged the rite to catch a large amount of the fishes and to hope the wellbeing of the household, Poong-yer-je is so called as Byul-sin-gud'(a practice of an exorciser). The food items for this Poong-yer-je' were almost similar to those of the winter sacrificial rite, however, Geulpyun' was mostly used for the Pyun'. In addition that, the red-bean Si-ruddock', Baekpyun', and Yung-ddock'(a dragon cake) were used for this rite, At the end of the sacrificial rite, Yong-ddock' was served to the dragon king which was believed in sea.

화물차량용 에어백 후부안전판 안전성능에 대한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Safety Performance of the Rear Safety Guard with Air Bag for Truck)

  • Despite the movement of safe traffic by the Korean government to reduce deaths in traffic accidents, the casualties increase year by year. In particular, more and more accidents and casualties are reported from car collisions from the back of the vehicles parked for managing traffic accidents on the road, cleaning main roads and medial strips, repairing roads. In order to response to these accidents, the government should take protective measures for road users. In the last decade, seventy-one cases have been reported to occur during highway repair and maintenance. As a result, eight persons were killed and seventy-six were injured, showing the high death rate of 11.3 percent. Therefore, it seems urgent to take some actions against it. The United States and European countries legislate that vehicles of road repair and maintenance should be mandatorily equipped with shock absorber at the back. Korea, however, does not have such legislative measures, which are needed at this time to protect workers on the road. This study compares the performance of the traditional shock absorber for road maintenance vehicles with that of the rear safety guard using air bag, manufactured in accordance with related laws in Korea. Based on the results of the 60km/h rear collision test, this paper proposes improvements in related laws and regulations in an attempt to reduce casualties.

  • 스트레스는 현대인의 생활과정 중에서 피할 수 없는 일부분이다 .그러나 스트레스를 어떻게 대처하는가 하는 것도 업무의 효율성 측면에 있어서는 매우 중요한 요인이 되고 있다. 다시 말해, 스트레스는 대처행동에 따라 그 효과가 달라진다는 것으로, 동일한 스트레스원에 당면하더라도 개인적인 성격특성에 따라 어떤 사람은 강렬한 스트레스를 경험하기도 하고 또 다른 사람은 미약하거나 경험하지 않기도 한다. 이러한 관점에서 볼 때 개인적인 성격특성은 스트레스 대처행동에 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 성격특성과 스트레스 대처행동과의 관계를 규명하고 아울러 성격특성과 스트레스 대처효과 즉, 적응과의 관계를 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 보다 효과적으로 적응할 수 있는 성격특성이 무엇인지를 규명하는 동시에 각 성격특성의 소유자들이 어떤 양식으로 스트레스원에 대처하는가를 밝혀줌으로써, 경호업무 수행자들의 행동을 이해하고 그들의 적응을 지도해 나가는데 필요한 자료를 제공하는데 의의를 두고자 한다.

  • 정보화시대로 변하는것처럼 경호경비에 있어서도 변화가 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 통신과 하드웨어 기술이 빠르게 발전하고 인터넷 환경이 유선에서 무선으로 변화함에 따라 현대인들은 노트북, 컴퓨터, PDA, 모바일 폰 등과 같은 이동성있는 무선 통신기기들은 이용하여 더욱 더 쉽게 각종 정보 서비스에 접근할 수 있게 되었다. 필요한 정보와 서비스를 언제, 어디서나 그리고 어떤 디바이스에도 비전을 제시한 LBS분야는 유비쿼터스(ubiquitous)개념의 출현과 더불어 그 영역을 더욱 더 넓혀가고 있는 상황이다. LBS는 바로 이 모바일 폰 속의 칩을 이용해 가입자들의 위치를 반경 수십센티에서 수백미터 내에서 언제든지 확인할 수 있도록 해준다. LBS는 서비스 방식에 따라 이동통신기지국을 이용하는 방식과 위성을 활용한 GPS로 나뉜다. 또 서비스의 유형별로는 크게 위치추적서비스, 공공안전서비스, 위치기반정보서비스 등으로 구분할 수 있으며 이것이 경호경비 발전에 함께 도모할 부분이라고 할 수 있다. 2005년에는 8,460억원 규모, 2007년에는 1조 6,561억원의 시장규모로 성장할 것으로 전망된다. 이처럼 LBS활용에 따른 경호경비도 발빠르게 변화해야하는 추세라 짐작할 수 있다. 연구의 방법에 있어서는 기본적으로 문헌조사(Cocumentary Review)를 선택하였으며, 먼저 이론적 연구는 국내${\cdot}$외에서 발간된 학술지와 단행본, 인터넷 검색, 기타 각종 연구보고서, 법령집 및 경찰청 치안 연구소에서 발간한 각종 논문과 경찰과 업무자료, 법률관계의 자료, 민간경호업체들의 문헌과 통계자료 등에 의존한 2차 문헌검토를 위주로 하였다.

A Study on the Visualization of HNS Hazard Levels to Prevent Accidents at Sea in Real-Time

  • In order to develop an HNS safety management system to assess and visualize hazard levels via an automated method, we have conceptualized and configured a sample system. It is designed to quantify the risk of a vessel carrying HNS with a matrix method along navigational route and indicate hazards distribution with a contour map. The basic system which provides a visualized degree of hazards in real time has been introduced for the safe navigation of HNS ships. This is useful not only for decision making and circumstantial judgment but may also be utilized for HNS safety management with a risk base. Moreover, this system could be extended to address the navigational safety of marine traffic as well as of autonomous vessels in the near future if the sensors used are connected with IoT technology.

제주도내에서의 수상 인명구조원 교육에 대한 연구 (A Study on Education of Life Guard in Jeju-Do)

  • Post these safety tips in any swimming area for all swimmers to read. 1. Always swim with companions. Swim only in area well supervised by lifeguards. 2. Never drink alcohol or use drugs when you're swimming or boating. 3. Always check the water depth. Walk in from shore or ease in from the dock or the edge of the pool. 4. Know the limits of your own swimming abilities. If you're a good swimmer, don't tempt nonswimmers or beginner swimmers to try to keep up with you. 5. Keep any eye on younger swimmers at all times. 6. Learn the proper way to dive in the water safely. Follow guidelines for safe diving. 7. Follow the lifeguards instructions and respect their judgment. Never fake an Emergency. Obey all swimming rules.

On-Oribt상에서 차세대 저궤도 인공위성의 탑재소프트웨어 교정 방안

  • On-Orbit상에서 인공위성의 탑재소프트웨어를 교정하는 경우는 크게 위성의 하드웨어 문제를 소프트웨어적으로 해결/완화, 임무 중 소프트웨어 기능 향상 그리고 지상테스트 동안 확인되지 못한 소프트웨어 문제를 수정하기 위해서 사용된다. 탑재소프트웨어 설계과정에서 이러한 요구조건을 만족할 수 있도록 탑재소프트웨어가 설계되어야 하며 소프트웨어 교정을 위한 잉여 메모리를 반드시 할당해야 한다. 또한, 탑재소프트웨어 실행파일 생성할 경우에도 각 섹션별로 패치가 가능하도록 메모리 맵을 생성해야한다. 기존 저궤도 위성에서는 휘발성 메모리인 RAM 영역에 한해서만 탑재소프트웨어 교정이 가능하였으나 현재 개발 중인 차세대 저궤도 위성에서는 비휘발성 메모리 영역 즉 SGM(Safe Guard Memory)와 NVMEM(Non-Volatile Memory)을 이용하여 탑재소프트웨어를 교정할 수 있는 방식을 제공하고 있다. 이 논문에서는 차세대 저궤도 위성의 탑재소프트웨어의 실시간 교정을 위한 탑재소프트웨어 아키텍처와 제한 사항에 대해서 설명하며 실제 탑재소프트웨어를 교정 하는 방안 과 절차에 대하여 설명한다.

IP 기반의 다채널 엘리베이터 영상감시 시스템 (A new IP-based Multi-Channel Elevator Video Surveillance System)

  • Recently, in the elevator of the buildings, such as apartment and office building, the visitor monitoring cameras for surveillance, advertising LCD to provide a variety of information, emergency call devices, and safe driving information sensors are installed. A variety of multimedia data from these devices to the central control office, management office, or to guard room are transmitted in real-time. Each sub-systems in the elevator are installed with a separate lines and operated independently and use different management principals, so integrated management for each sub-systems are very difficult. In this study, we develop a new IP-based multi-channel video surveillance system which is integrated surveillance camera, emergency call devices, communications devices, various sensors in the elevator, DVR, ODM, and can manage all devices by two-way communication and integrated interface. And we evaluated the performance of the developed system.

  • In this paper, implementation mode image segmentation method for separate image is presented. The method of segmentation image in conventional method, the error are generated by the threshold values. To improve these problem for segmentation image, the calculation of weighting factor using brightness distribution by histogram of stored images are proposed. For safe image of object and laser image, the computed weighting factor is set to the threshold value. Therefore the image erosion and spread are improved, the correct and reliable informations can be measured. In this paper, the system of 3-D extracting information using the proposed algorithm can be applied to manufactory automation, building automation, security guard system, and detecting information system for all of the industry areas.

Implementation of an Underwater ROV for Detecting Foreign Objects in Water

  • An underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) has been implemented. It can inspect foreign substances through a CCD camera while the ROV is running in water. The maximum thrust of the ROV's running thruster is 139.3 N, allowing the ROV to move forward and backward at a running speed of 1.03 m/s underwater. The structural strength of the guard frame was analyzed when the ROV collided with a wall while traveling at a speed of 1.03 m/s underwater, and found to be safe. The maximum running speed of the ROV is 1.08 m/s and the working speed is 0.2 m/s in a 5.8-m deep-water wave pool, which satisfies the target performance. As the ROV traveled underwater at a speed of 0.2 m/s, the inspection camera was able to read characters that were 3 mm in width at a depth of 1.5 m, which meant it could sufficiently identify foreign objects in the water.
