  • This paper investigated the chloride invasion resistance properties of concrete containing mineral admixtures(pozzolanic materials such as fly-ash, ground granulated blast-furnace slage, silica fume and meta kaolin) for each replacement ratios under W/B ratios ranged from 40% to 55%. For the electrical migration test, Tang and Nilsson's method was used to estimate the migration coefficient of chloride ion. As a result, the migration coefficients of chloride ion of concrete containing mineral admixtures were shown reducing with the use of mineral admixtures, and the compressive strength was shown related to the migration coefficient. From the correlation between compressive strengths and migration coefficients, the kind and replacement ratio of mineral admixtures have a great effect on migration coefficients below 50㎫.

산업 부도의 동조화 현상 연구 (A Study on the Comovement of Industry Default)

  • 본 연구에서는 상장 기업을 중심으로 산업 부도의 동조화 현상에 대해 살펴보았다. 순위상관계수인 스피어만의 로(${\rho}$)와 켄달의 타우(${\tau}$)를 이용하여 부도의 컨코던스 즉, 부도율의 움직임이 얼마나 일치하는지를 측정하였다. 여기서 스피어만의 로와 켄달의 타우는 분포 가정이 필요하지 않고, 자료 숫자가 적거나 극단값을 갖는 경우에도 분석이용이하다는 장점을 가진 비모수 통계적 방법이다. 본 연구의 목적은 산업 부도의 동조화 현상을 살펴봄으로써 향후 일어날 금융위기를 예측하는 데에 있다. 또한 기업 경영인을 비롯하여 모든 시장참여자의 투자결정 및 위험관리, 더 나아가 산업 전반에 대한 이해에 도움이 되길 바란다.

호밀 사일리지에 있어서 밀기울 첨가 효과 (Effects of Wheat Bran Addition on the Quality of Rye Silage)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of wheat bran addition on the fermentative quality and dry matter digestibility(Dh4D) of rye silage. This hexbage was ensiled by the conventional methods in small glass silo of 0.82 liter with addition of wheat bran of 0%, 5%. 01%, and 15%. mpectivery.The samples of rye silage were determined the pH, lactic acid, acetic acid and butyric acid. The DMD was evaluated by pepsin-cellulase technique method. The energy values (total digestible nutrients. TDN : digestible energy, DE : metabolizable energy, ME) were calculated by DMD. The results obtained were as follows : 1. The pH and butyric acid of rye silage were reduced with increasing of wheat bran addition, but the contents of lactic acid and total acid were increased. 2. TDN, DE and ME were increased with high rate of wheat bran addition. 3. Regression equation and correlation coefficients between Flieg's score(X) and DMD(Y) of silage were Y =48.7+0.157X(r=0.917, p<0.01). 4. Regression equation and correlation coefficients between level of wheat bran(X) and Flieg's score(Y) of silage were Y= 18.3+5.56X(r=0.929, p<0.01).

다차원적 행동 모델에 근거한 치매 노인의 정신행동 증상 예측요인 (Predictors of Behavioral and Psychological Symptoms of Dementia: Based on the Model of Multi-Dimensional Behavior)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify factors predicting behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) in persons with dementia. Factors including the patient, caregiver, and environment based on the multi-dimensional behavioral model were tested. Methods: The subjects of the study were 139 pairs of persons with dementia and their caregivers selected from four geriatric long-term care facilities located in S city, G province, Korea. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, inverse normal transformations, Pearson correlation coefficients, Spearman's correlation coefficients and hierarchical multiple regression with the SPSS Statistics 22.0 for Windows program. Results: Mean score for BPSD was 40.16. Depression (${\beta}=.42$, p<.001), exposure to noise in the evening noise (${\beta}=-.20$, p=.014), and gender (${\beta}=.17$, p=.042) were factors predicting BPSD in long-term care facilities, which explained 25.2% of the variance in the model. Conclusion: To decrease BPSD in persons with dementia, integrated nursing interventions should consider factors of the patient, caregiver, and environment.

근적외 스펙트럼을 이용한 정량분석용 최적 주성분회귀모델을 얻기 위한 알고리듬 (Algorithm for Finding the Best Principal Component Regression Models for Quantitative Analysis using NIR Spectra)

  • Near infrared(NIR) spectral data have been used for the noninvasive analysis of various biological samples. Nonetheless, absorption bands of NIR region are overlapped extensively. It is very difficult to select the proper wavelengths of spectral data, which give the best PCR(principal component regression) models for the analysis of constituents of biological samples. The NIR data were used after polynomial smoothing and differentiation of 1st order, using Savitzky-Golay filters. To find the best PCR models, all-possible combinations of available principal components from the given NIR spectral data were derived by in-house programs written in MATLAB codes. All of the extensively generated PCR models were compared in terms of SEC(standard error of calibration), $R^2$, SEP(standard error of prediction) and SECP(standard error of calibration and prediction) to find the best combination of principal components of the initial PCR models. The initial PCR models were found by SEC or Malinowski's indicator function and a priori selection of spectral points were examined in terms of correlation coefficients between NIR data at each wavelength and corresponding concentrations. For the test of the developed program, aqueous solutions of BSA(bovine serum albumin) and glucose were prepared and analyzed. As a result, the best PCR models were found using a priori selection of spectral points and the final model selection by SEP or SECP.

만성질환자의 의사결정에 대한 자율성 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Autonomy Preference on Decision-making among Patients with Chronic Disease)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 만성질환자의 건강 관련 의사결정에 대한 자율성 선호도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위함이다. 대상자는 일개 보건소에 등록된 만성질환자 522명이다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 26.0 ver. 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 만성질환자의 일반적 의사결정 선호도의 영향요인은 건강에 대한 관심정도(β=-.17, p<.001)이었으며. 정보추구 선호도의 영향요인은 성별(β=-.20, p<.001)과 진료 시 질문하는 횟수(β=.09, p=.030)이었다. 본 연구는 만성질환자들이 본인의 치료 과정에서 주도적으로 역할을 할 수 있도록 환자의 특성을 고려해야 하며, 환자의 주도적이고 효율적인 의사결정을 돕기 위하여 의료인의 효과적인 의사소통 전략 수립이 필요함을 시사한다.

입원 아동 어머니가 지각하는 불확실성, 극복력 및 불확실성 인지의 관계 (A Correlational Study on Uncertainty, Mastery and Appraisal of Uncertainty in Hospitalized Children's Mothers)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the correlation among uncertainty, mastery and appraisal of uncertainty in hospitalized children's mothers. Method: Self report questionnaires were used to measure the variables Variables were uncertainty, mastery and appraisal of uncertainty. In data analysis, the SPSSWIN 12.0 program was utilized for descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis. Result: Reliability of the instruments was cronbach's $alpha=.84{\sim}.94$. Mastery negatively correlated with uncertainty(r=-.444, p=.000) and danger appraisal of uncertainty(r=-.514, p=.000). In regression of danger appraisal of uncertainty, uncertainty and mastery were significant predictors explaining 39.9%. Conclusion: Mastery was a significant mediating factor between uncertainty and danger appraisal of uncertainty in hospitalized children's mothers. Therefore, nursing interventions which improve mastery must be developed for hospitalized children's mothers.

전문대학 학생의 전공만족도, 취업스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Major satisfaction and Employment stress on Depression in college students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전문대학생의 전공만족도, 취업스트레스, 우울의 관계를 알아보고, 전공만족도, 취업스트레스가 우울에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 자료수집은 B, C시의 전문대학 3개교에서 졸업을 앞둔 2학년 학생 196명을 대상으로 연구의 목적을 설문에 동의한 자를 대상으로 구조화된 설문지로 조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구의 대상자의 전공만족도와 우울 간에 유의한 음의 상관관계가 나타났고, 취업스트레스와 우울 간에 유의한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 대상자의 우울에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 취업스트레스로 나타났으며, 총 설명력은 26.0%였다. 본 연구를 통하여, 전문대학생의 우울에 영향을 미치는 전공만족과 취업에 관련된 다양한 요인들을 파악하였다. 이에 우울을 예방할 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

전파천문관측용 400MHz 광-대역 상관기 보드의 설계 및 제작 (Development of 400MHz Wide-Band Correlation Board for Radio Astronomy Spectrometer)

  • 본 논문에서는 전파천문 분야에서 특이한 전파원의 서베이 연구나, 외부은하의 스펙트럴 선 관측연구에 필요한 자기상관분광기 형태의 광-대역 전파분광기 제작에 있어서 가장 핵심적인 역할을 하는 상관기 보드를 설계, 제작하였다. 본 연구에서는 미국 국립천문대(NRAO)에서 개발된 QUAINT 상관기 칩을 사용하여 최대 100 ㎒의 동작 속도로 최대 400 ㎒ 대역폭을 갖는 중간주파수 신호를 분광할 수 있는 상관기 보드를 설계, 제작하였다. 제작된 상관기 보드의 성능시험을 위해 1.67 ㎒와 0.5 ㎒의 구형파를 인가하여 자기상관계수를 구하고, FFT를 취한 결과 이론적인 상관결과와 거의 같은 결과를 얻었다.

Estimation for Retention Factor of Isoflavones in Physico-Chemical Properties

  • The estimation of retention factors by correlation equations with physico-chmical properties maybe helpful in chromatographic work. The physico-chemical properties were water solubility (S), hydrophobicity (P), total energy ($E_t$), connectivity index 1 ($^1{\chi}$), hydrophilic-lipophlic balance (x) and hydrophilic surface area (h) of isoflavones. The retention factors were experimentally measured by RP-HPLC. Especially, the empirical regulations of water solubility and hydrophobicity were expressed in a linear form. The equation between retention factors and various physico-chemical properties of isoflavones was suggested as $k = a_0 + a_1\;log S + a_2log\;P^Q + a_3(E_t) + a_4(^1{\chi}) + a_5(x) + a_6(h)$, and the correlation coefficients estimated were relatively higher than 0.95. The empirical equations might be successfully used for a prediction of the various chromatographic characteristics of substances, with a similar chemical structure.
