Due to the uncertainty of dynamic business environment, modern organizations have been giving attention to dynamic capabilities beyond traditional notion of core competence. Among them, absorptive capacity and boundary-spanning activity are considered the most important. The former refers to activities regarding acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation of internal and external knowledge. The latter is composed of boundary-loosening and boundary-tightening activities to detect internal or external information and then to preserve, protect, or acquire resources. Thus, both have achieved wide recognition as a potential source of change and innovation. This study investigated the cross-level relation between boundary-spanning leadership at team level and absorptive capacity at individual level. We also explored self-efficacy and extra-role behavior that can affect employees' absorptive capacity. To test multi-level analysis, the survey data were collected from 862 members in 137 teams of different firms. Results revealed that boundary-spanning leadership had the positive cross-level impact on absorptive capacity in the team context. Moreover, absorptive capacity was positively associated with self-efficacy and extra-role behavior at individual level. Based on these findings, we provided theoretical and practical implications to address rapidly changing environments and discussed limitations of this paper for further research.

본 연구는 재한 중국인 유학생들의 문화정체감, 학습 동기, 학습전략 및 제2 언어 습득의 경향을 분석함으로써 이 네 가지 변인의 구조 관계를 밝히고 이를 통해 한국어 학습 과정에서 유학생의 문화정체감과 학습 동기, 학습전략을 촉진하는 데 있어서 기초자료를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 200명을 대상으로 예비조사를 통해 신뢰도와 타당성을 검증하였다. 본조사는 2023년 5월 28일부터 6월 15일까지 서울, 경기도, 부산, 충청도 소재 6개 대학의 중국유학생 1,006명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 변인 간의 구조적 관계는, 문화정체감은 학습 동기, 학습전략 및 제2언어 습득에 정적으로 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 학습 동기는 학습전략, 제2언어 습득에 정적(+)으로 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 학습전략은 제2언어 습득에 정적(+)으로 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 문화정체감과 학습전략 간의 학습동기와 학습전략은 정적인(+) 매개 역할과 다중 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국어 학습 과정에서 유학생의 문화정체감과 학습 동기, 학습전략을 촉진하기 위해서 유학생들의 문화정체감 형성의 직접적 체험을 기회를 늘리고 실제 중심의 다각적인 교육과정의 편성 및 교수법이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

This paper addresses the problem of determining the proper level of concurrent spare parts(CSP) for a system consisting of multi-item parts under an available budget constraint. Initial provisioning of spare parts plays a major role in the acquisition of a new equipment system. Therefore, the proper level of spare parts should be on hand to maintain the availability of the system. This paper proposes a new CSP model and solution procedure that determines the proper level of spare parts satisfying the item priority and simultaneously available budget constraint.

This paper reviews current developments in UG-related SLA·FLL research. It discusses the findings of Hahn (2000), Shin (2000) and Yang (2001) with respect to the following issues: the role of UG parameters in SLA·FLL and the developmental aspects of inflectional categories in Korean EFL learners' interlanguage. It contends that Korean EFL learners' inflectional grammars are constrained by L1 as well as by Universal Grammar.

One of the areas of second language acquisition that enjoyed popularity in recent years is interlanguage pragmatics. The main reason for this popularity lies in the critical role of pragmatic competence in appropriate use of a target language. The aim of this paper was to examine L2 learners' pragmatic behavior in their speech act performance and determine main sources causing pragmatic difficulty. Four major sources of pragmatic errors were identified: linguistic proficiency, L1 transfer, waffling and teaching activities. Each source was discussed with empirical evidence in some detail, and teaching suggestions were provided for developing learners' pragmatic competence in EFL classrooms.

The purpose of this study is to develop the educational program of consumer adviser. The educational program proposed in previous study is consisted of the acquisition of 5 require and 2 optional subjects, and field education. For this, based on the role and capacity of consumer adviser we explain in detail the contents of required subjects. And we confirm the necessity and significance of field education. Finally we investigate the confirm the necessity and significance of field education. Finally we investigate the contents of field education and suggest the system and course of desirable field education through case study of several universities.

Internet attack incidents have steadily increased along with the increase in Internet users. To protect systems and networks from these attacks, advanced security systems have been developed. Now that these security systems are operating, their successful management is more important than the purchase and establishment of new information security systems. The acquisition of good systems is ineffective and financially wasteful unless they are managed properly. Adequate management policy has recently become the focus of users. In other words, for companies and educational institutions with their domains, capital expenses are enormous to bear, and good security staffs are difficult to find, for which reasons outsourcing vendors or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) that manage and operate the information security systems of certain domains become very appealing. Today, customers expect ISPs to perform MSSP services that used to be carried out by the security companies. This document presents the role and necessity of ISPs as MSSPs.

Now, the era of information, the rapid acquisition of vast and various information acts as a key role. for the national competitiveness. The smart UAV is brought to the fore as a new future technology which will be able to satisfy the information needs in broad and stereoscopic manner. The smart UAV, with VTOL capability, higher performance, and reliability over the existing technology thresholds, will lead the aerospace technology in the future. In this paper, the technology concept of smart UAV, the necessity of development, and the trend of worldwide R&D are introduced and analyzed. In addition, for the Smart UAV Development Program which is launched by the 21c Frontier R&D program this year, the role and application area of the CFD will be discussed.

Recently much research has investigated the role of attention in L2 learning, comparing the effects of explicit learning with those of implicit learning. With this background the research aims at examining the effects explicit focus on form has on L2 learning based on the acquisition of the English article system. The participants were 70 Korean college students who enrolled in English Composition classes. The experimental group received explicit focus on form including grammatical explanation, input enhancement, output practice, and negative evidence (corrective feedback) for two weeks, while the control group was exposed to sufficient input and negative evidence. Completion tasks were administered at the beginning and the end of the semester. In addition, errors in the use of English articles were analysed on their compositions both before and after the different treatments. The analyses of the results show that the explicit focus on form group improved significantly more than the control group, particularly for the definite article 'the', and some changes occurred in the distribution of article errors. These findings suggest that explicit teaching plays a more contributory role than implicit teaching in acquiring L2 knowledge in classroom-based L2 learning.

Because global innovation-based competition is increasing and the amount of R&D expenditures becomes severely large, it is more likely that mergers and collaborative ventures tend to affect adversely to R&D competition Against this trend, enforcing agency of advanced countries including U.S.A are reassessing certain aspects of competition policy toward mergers and acquisition to ensure that procompetitive, efficiency-enhancing transactions are permitted. The role of competition policy is developing and appropriating new technology and protects the risks involved in the licensing contract of technologies. The role of intellectual property rights is also contrived to promote technological innovation and to increase consumer welfare. That is to say, dynamic efficiency of intellectual property rights includes (l) increase in social welfare and (2) promotion of growth by improvement of quality through invention and commercialization of new product as well as enhanced productive efficiency thorough appropriating new process. Because intellectual property rights are licensed to make use of complementary inputs, the rule of reason approach seems proper when applying antitrust law. To analyze the "Antitrust Guidelines for the Licensing and Acquisition of Intellectual Property"by DOJ and FTC in U.S.A, the author surveyed pros and cons on innovation market approach. This approach will only be used in a narrow range of situations when the evidence is solid, concentration numbers are extremely high, and the agencies can predict with a high degree of certainty that the merger will likely lead either to a slowing in the pace of innovation or the loss of an alternative research track that is likely to lead to a product beneficial to consumers. The author introduces the studies on licensing contract of intellectual property rights and competition polices on behalf of potential inquirers. Also the author invites the interdisciplinary researchers to analyze further with a model on the aspects of the "Notice 1995-10 for Types and Criteria on Unfair Transaction Behavior in International Contracts" by Fair Trade Committee of Korea.
