원적외선 영역인 $8-12.\mu$m 대역의 열상장비 주사광학계를 설계 제작하였다. 검출기로 5개 소자의 SP-RITE HgCdTe를 사용하는 직병렬 주사를 위해 수평 및 수직주사에는 각각 회전다면거울과 진동평면거울을 사용하였으며, 주사연결거울로는 구면거울을 사용하여 주사거울의 크기 및 입사동에서의 동수차를 최소화 하였다. 주사광학계는 $40^{\circ}\times26.67^{\circ}$의 넓은 주사시야를 갖는다. 회절 변조전달함수의 계산결과 회절한계의 성능을 만족하였으며 제작 및 시험 결과 고분해능의 열영상을 얻을 수 있었다.

소시지 제조시 저장기간 연장을 목적으로 첨가되는 potassium sorbate(0.5%, 1.0%)와 nit-rite 감소를 위하여 첨가되는 ascorbic acid의 농도(0.5%, 10%)를 조정하여 오미자 추출물 첨가 소시지의 저장성과 잔존 이질산염 함량을 1$0^{\circ}C$와 3$0^{\circ}C$에서 저장하면서 관찰한 결과 온도에 관계없이 pH, 수분, 부수력, 염도, TBARS, 색차 관능검사 모두 저장기간이 경과함에 따라 낮은 값을 나태었다.(P<0.05),그러나 오미자 첨가 소시지의 잔존 nitrite 함량의변화는 대조구에 비해 낮은 값을 나타내어, 아질산염이 감소된 기능성 소시지의 개발 가능성을 시사하고 있다.그러나 pH의 감소로 인하 보수력의 저하로 조직감이 떨어져 소시지 제조시 첨가 농도를 0.5% 이하로 낮추는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the experience the Nightingale pledge rituals of nursing students. Rituals are how people have always passed on their value system to the young, the next generation. Data were collected using focus group interviews and participant observations from 2012 to 2014. First researchers attended and observed Nightingale pledge rituals. And the three focus group interviews were held with a total 22 nursing students participating. All interviews were recorded and transcribed as they were spoken, and data was analyzed using ethnography methodology. The results were the participants experienced the nurse identity and connectedness with others through Nightingale pledge rituals. Also, they experienced "a river that can't be crossed,", thus go through a transition stage such as a rite of passage with a firm determination on their nursing career. The Nightingale pledge rituals allowed to the nursing students close relationship and the sense of community by going through ritual procedures.

This study was conducted to evaluate chemical parameters on butchery wastes as a bulking agent in composting of swine manure. Treatments included T1 : Swine manure + Rice hull, T2 ; Swine manure + Rice hull + Vermiculite, T3 ; Swine manure + Rice hull + Perlite, T4, Swine manure + Vermiculite, T5 : Swine manure + Vermiculite + Perlite, T6 ; Swine manure + Perlite, T7 ; Swine manure + lice hull + Vermiculite + Perlite. During the composting period, changes of temperature and pH were showed traditionally composting trend. Moisture, organic matter, total nitrogen and C/N ratio were higher rice hull than vermiculite and perlite treatments. Ammonia-N and EC were not differences among the treatments. In heave metal, Cd and Cr were showed higher in vermiculite treatments than other treatments. Rice hull treatments were decreased volatile fatty acids compared to that of other treatments. In conclusion, rite hull containing high organic content was greater composting effects than vermiculite and perlite containing low organic content.

This study was conducted to develop the clonal propagation technique through in vitro culture using basal stem explants in Phalaenopsis hybrid grown in vitro. The highest frequency of protocorm-like body (PLB) formation was obtained when basal stem explants were cultured on VW medium containing 30g/L sucrose, 500 mg/L activated charcoal, 150 ml/L coconut water, 1 mg/L NAA, 5 mg/L 2iP and 2.5g/L gel rite. PLBs transferred to Hyponex medium were regenerated to plantlets. Plantlets transferred to plastic pots containing spagnum moss were developed and successfully acclimatized under greenhouse. The flower was bloomingly opened in plants regenerated from basal stem explants. The flower was not different from both mother plant and plant induced through clonal propagation of Phalaenopsis hybrid.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe hospital nurses' lived experience of being a preceptor in Korea. Methods: The data were collected in three focus group interviews with 15 nurses in one general hospital. The phenomenological analytic method suggested by Colaizzi was used to analyze the data. Results: Five theme clusters and 11 themes emerged from the analysis. The five themes include "inevitable rite of passage for an authentic nurse", "facing new role and situations that were difficult to handle", "preceptee-centered preceptorship", "healing connection with colleague nurses", and "enhanced status with competence". Conclusion: The findings of the study provide deep understanding on hospital nurses' positive as well as negative experiences of being a preceptor and should inform the development of a more integrative preceptorship program to empower both preceptees and preceptors.

혁신적이고 파격적인 리듬과 다채로운 관현악법으로 구성된 스트라빈스키의 발레음악 <봄의 제전>은 공상 속 '이교도들의 엄숙한 제전'이라는 장면에서 영감을 얻어 무대음악으로 형상화 시킨 작품이다. 이 작품은 작곡가가 구성하고자 하는 장면을 토대로 만들어진 음악이기 때문에 장면구성을 위한 음악적 요소와 특징이 존재한다. 이것은 분명 연주만을 위한 음악과는 의도하는 바가 다를 것이라고 생각하여 그것을 <봄의 제전>을 통해 분석해보았다. <봄의 제전>은 급변하는 템포와 잦은 변박, 혁신적인 리듬사용을 통해 원시적이고 본능적이며 생명력 있는 장면을 효과적으로 묘사하고 구성하였다. 음악적 분석을 바탕으로 모리스 베자르(Maurice Bejart)와 피나 바우쉬(Pina Bausch)의 안무 작품에 대입하여 실제 안무작품의 장면에서는 어떻게 활용되는지를 알아보았을 때, 세부적인 안무와 연출의 차이는 있지만 장면구성을 위한 특징적인 부분에서는 음악이 의도하는 장면과 같은 맥락의 움직임을 볼 수 있었다.

Purpose：To investigate of gait component in Parkinson's Disease patient. Methods：participated Parkinson's Disease patient(n=12) and Normal adult(n=13). gait measure used by GaitRite. Results：SPSS for win version 12 was used for statistic analysis and independent t-test used to find between two groups. In the comparison of temporal parameter of gait between groups, the swing phase was significant decreased in Parkinson's groups, in the stance phase was significant increased in Normal groups, in the single support was significant decreased in Parkinson's groups and in the double support was significant increased in Parkinson's groups(p<.05). In the asymmetrical ratio of singele support was significant increased in Parkinson's groups(p<.05), and the swing phase and stance phase was significant increased in Parkinson's groups(p<.05). Conclusion：In the Parkinson's Disease patient gait showed temporal and spatial component variable changes comparison normal adult. therefore, it was seems to very important considerable at gait tranning in clinical intervention.

This article is concentrated on the organization for labor exchange in producing hemp cloth at Geumso-ri, Imha-myoun, Andong city. The organization is called "Sam-dool-ge", and it is different from the organization for labor exchange in producing rice because it is managed by women mostly. ln harvesting hemp, same amount of labor and expenses are invested. Especially, labor is supplied in equal condition. In spinning hemp cloth, the work is shared on the basis of same tech level. In threading the warp and fastening hemp cloth. the work conducted collaborately under the best engineer's direction. "Sam-dool-ge", a gil-sam labor exchange, also presents cultural creativity which produces and inherits the folkloric tradition, and also has the quality as a rite of passage. Nowadays, producing hem cloth is for pursuiting of profits than for making clothes as it used to be. This tradition will be lasted at least for a while because some young generations are beginning to participate in and old generation is teaching them good.
