본 연구는 "디지털 환경권"이라는 새로운 권리 개념 정립을 통해 정보교과 강화의 필요성을 역설하고 정보교과 내 정보문화소양의 교육구성 모델 개선 제안을 목적으로 한다. 디지털 환경권 개념 도입을 통하여 정보교과를 필수교과목화 하기 위한 논리적 근거를 제공하고 정보 교과 내 정보문화소양의 구성을 재체계화함으로써 디지털 시민으로서 학생이 디지털 환경을 살아가는데 필요한 역량 제고에 기여하고자 한다. 이에 대한 연구로 디지털 환경에서 요구되는 권리 개념의 논리를 분석하고 디지털 환경권 개념을 정립한다. 그리고 디지털 환경 전환과 관련하여 미국, 호주, 일본 등의 주요국에서 실행하고 있는 관련 교육과정을 분석함으로써 정보교과의 교육구성 개선안을 도출한다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다.: 첫째, 디지털 환경권은 '쾌적하고 안전한 디지털 환경을 누릴 권리' 이다. 둘째, 디지털 환경권의 세분화된 구성요소로는 디지털 환경을 위한 권리(사이버윤리), 디지털 환경의 권리(사이버안전), 디지털 환경에 대한 권리(사이버보안)가 있다. 셋째, 주요국에서는 정보 관련 교육 내용으로 디지털시민성, 코드 윤리, 그리고 신기술 보안에 대해 다양한 교육구성이 이루어지고 있다.

본 연구는 장애인 거주시설의 장애인과 종사자 간 인권에 대한 인식의 차이를 비교하는 데 목적이 있다. '2014년 장애인 거주시설 인권실태조사'에서 수집한 602개 장애인 거주시설 설문자료를 분석에 활용하였다. 인권과 관련한 16개 항목(인권보장 12개 항목, 인권침해 4개 항목)을 비교하였다. 분석 결과, 인권보장 영역의 모든 항목에서 시설 내 장애인의 인권이 보장된다고 인식하는 비율이 장애인보다 종사자가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 인권침해 영역에서도 종사자 폭행 항목을 제외한 나머지 항목에서 종사자가 장애인보다 시설 내에서 장애인의 인권이 침해되고 있다고 인식하는 비율이 더 높았다(p<.05). 연구를 통해 시설 거주 장애인과 종사자는 장애인의 인권보장과 인권침해에 대해 서로 상당한 인식의 차이가 있음을 입증하였다. 이와 같은 인식 차이의 원인은 첫째, 시설 내 종사자의 역할과 장애인의 욕구가 상호 충돌할 수 밖에 없는 거주시설의 특성이 반영된 것으로 보이며, 둘째, 인권보장이나 인권침해에 대해 장애인과 종사자 간에 서로 합의된 구체적인 기준이 부재하기 때문인 것으로 보인다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 장애인 거주시설의 장애인과 종사자 간 인권인식 격차 해소를 위해 통합인권교육, 합의된 인권지표개발 등의 전략 모색이 필요함을 제언하였다.

본 연구는 Creswell의 통합연구방법론을 활용하여 장애인복지시설 종사자의 인권 및 인권교육에 대한 의식을 다각적으로 탐색하고자 한 것이다. 장애인복지시설의 법정의무 인권교육이 시행된 지 10년이 지났지만, 아직도 장애인복지 현장에 적용할 수 있는 실질적인 내용들을 담아내기에는 한계가 있으며 인권교육의 방향과 내용도 천차만별이어서 아쉽다는 현장의 의견이 있다. 이러한 현실에 근거하여 본 연구는 장애인복지시설에서 근무하는 종사자들이 인식하고 있는 인권교육은 어떠한지 심층적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 질적 분석에서는 사회복지실천 현장에서의 인권, 인권교육 및 인권 강사에 대한 인식, 효과적인 인권교육 발전 방향, 인권 친화적인 지역사회 만들기가 주요 쟁점으로 제시되었다. 양적 분석에서는 인권교육의 전반적인 현황과 교육환경을 비롯한 인권교육의 구체적인 실태를 파악하고자 성남시 장애인복지시설을 대상으로 의견조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 질적 연구의 결과에 내재시켜 장애인복지시설 종사자 대상 법정의무 인권교육에 대한 발전방안을 제언하였다.

이 연구는 대학운동부를 대상으로 인권감수성 수준을 알아보고 변인 간 인권감수성의 차이를 비교·분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 한국대학스포츠협의회에 등록된 대학을 중심으로 10개 대학교의 운동선수 188명을 유층집락무선표집으로 설문조사하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 신뢰도를 구하기 위하여 cronbach's α를 산출하였다. 대학운동부의 다양한 특성에 따라 인권감수성 수준의 차이를 검증하기 위해서 기술통계분석, one-way ANOVA, 사후검증 방법으로 Scheffe를 사용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 에피소드 중 대학운동부의 인권감수성 점수가 가장 높게 나타난 에피소드는 이주노동자의 노동권과 노인의 행복권이며, 인권감수성 점수가 가장 낮게 나타난 에피소드는 구금으로부터의 자유권, 사생활권이다. 또한, 인권감수성의 하위요인 중 책임지각과 상황지각이 결과지각보다 높다. 둘째, 대학운동부 특성에 따른 대학운동부의 인권감수성은 학교운동부규모, 수상실적에 따라 유의한 차이가 있다. 셋째, 대학운동부의 교육특성에 따른 대학운동부의 인권감수성 수준은 유의한 차이가 있다.

Purpose: This study was designed to develop and evaluate the a web-based simulation program on patient rights education using integrated decision making model into values clarification for nurse students. Methods: The program was designed based on the Aless & Trollip model and Ford, Trygstad-Durland & Nelms's decision model. Focus groups interviews, surveys on learning needs for patient rights, and specialist interviews were used to develop for simulation scenarios and decision making modules. The simulation program was evaluated between May, 2011 and April, 2012 by 30 student nurses using an application of the web-based program evaluation tools by Chung. Results: Simulation content was composed of two scenarios on patient rights: the rights of patients with HIV and the rights of psychiatric patients. It was composed of two decision making modules which were established for value clarifications, behavioral objective formations, problems identifications, option generations, alternatives analysis, and decision evaluations. The simulation program was composed of screens for teacher and learner. The program was positively evaluated with a mean score of $3.14{\pm}0.33$. Conclusion: These study results make an important contribution to the application of educational simulation programs for nurse students' behavior and their decision making ability in protecting the patient rights.

Objective: The present study examined how childcare teachers at home daycare centers perceive their rights as teachers and what kind of rights situations pertain to them at their respective daycare centers. Methods: Adopting a qualitative research method approach, this study conducted focus group interviews to collect empirical data. The participants were childcare teachers and directors at home daycare centers, which were shown to have relatively poor work environments compared to other types of daycare centers Results: The findings revealed that the participants at home daycare centers perceived their rights as childcare teachers to be extremely vulnerable. It was shown that their rights could not be protected in various frameworks involving mutual relations between teachers and directors, the Infant Care Act and childcare policy, and social perceptions that fail to recognize them as professionals. Conclusion: The fingdings from the present study contribute to our understanding of the rights situation faced by childcare teachers at home daycare centers and to the social discourse on finding ways to realize the teachers' full rights as childcare professionals.

Purpose: To identify the relationship between care worker's awareness of human rights and the compliance of caring behaviors among long-term care workers, and to identify factors affecting compliance with caring behaviors. Methods: Using self-report questionnaires, data were collected from 153 long-term care workers between October 4th and October 20th, 2019. Collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 26.0 program. Results: The data indicate a difference in awareness of human rights according to: the careers of care workers, the possession of other health care-related licenses, and the perceived needs of human rights education. The data also indicate a difference in the compliance of caring behaviors according to: gender, family care experience, and dementia care experience. The factors influencing compliance of caring behaviors, according to the study, are gender (β=.19, p=.009), family care experience (β=.19, p=.023), and human rights (β=.38, p<.001). It was found that 23% could explain the compliance of caring behaviors. Conclusion: Long term care workers were found to have a higher level of the compliance of caring behaviors as their awareness of human rights increased. In order to increase the compliance of caring behaviors among long-term care workers, more educational programs on human rights should be provided.

본 연구에서는 건물의 계획 단계에서 각 부위별 일조환경의 정량적 검토 및 분석이 가능하도록 하기 위해, 월드램을 이용한 일조환경 분석기법과 일조시간표를 이용한 일조환경 분석을 제안하고, 이를 전산화하여 정확하면서도 빠른 시간내에 보다 과학적이고 정량적으로 판단할 수 있는 기법을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 기법이 어떠한 지역에서도 활용할 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 분석대상 부지의 위도에 따른 월드램 작성 과정을 전산화 한 뒤, 대상 건물을 선정하여 이에 대한 일조환경 분석기법을 다음과 같이 개발하였다. 1) 월드램 상에 대한 건물의 일조환경을 표현하기 위한 알고리즘을 제시하고, 이를 전산화하였다. 2) 월드램 상에 표현된 대상 건물의 일조환경 분석을 위한 일조 시간표 작성 알고리즘을 제시하고, 이를 전산화 하였다. 3) 두가지 설계 대안을 월드램에 동시에 표현하였을 때를 평가하기 위한 일조시간표 작성 알고리즘을 제시하고, 이를 전산화 하였다.

Purpose: This study was done to develop a web-based education program for nurses working in nursing homes. The focus was on the rights of older adults. Methods: The program was designed based on the Network-Based Instructional System Design (NBISD) model and was operated and evaluated between July 2007 and June 2008. Results: Out of nursing records of 40 residents from a nursing home, the final 7 cases were deducted through classification using the Resource Utilization Group (RUG)-III. The data on needs for education was collected from 28 nurses working in 15 nursing homes located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, who agreed to complete a self-report questionnaire. A comprehensive review of the literature and two focus groups interviews were used to search for risk factors and guidelines for protection of human rights. The education program was developed based on Kolb's experiential learning model and composed of 5 units, which included content on types of human rights and rights to death with dignity, elder abuse, physical liberty, and self-determination. The program was positively evaluated showing a score of 3.35 (SD=0.37) out of 4. Conclusion: The educational program developed in this study should promote nurses' sensitivity to the rights of elders and improve nurses' behaviors in protecting the rights of elders residing in nursing homes.

Purpose: A new form of sports human rights platform is needed for policy-related officials, athletes, leaders, and parents to easily share information on sports human rights and to promote communication between the sports community and the outside. Research design, data, and methodology: Participants were collected from athletes (n=3,007) who were registered in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. Participants were asked to respond the survey items measuring their experiences of human right violations in sport. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used to analyze data. Results: The platform should include information on prevention and safety of human rights violations during sports activities, procedures and methods for reporting damage, countermeasures, leader education programs, human rights protection guidelines, roles and supervision of sports organizations and institutions, and related statues. It can form a community as well as exchange information in the Internet space through the operation of bulletin boards by professional athletes, student athletes, parents, and leaders, and plays a role in crisis counseling or information provision. Given the reality that players can be blocked from the outside world, information communication channels on SNS can be a useful means of protecting and improving players' human rights. Conclusions: Therefore, it is necessary to provide a foundation for creating related platforms so that sports human rights sites or SNS can be operated voluntarily. Implications and future directions were discussed.
