Purpose : This research aims to present policy plans for community vitality in the field of the urban regeneration project by analyzing aspects for vitality via domestic and abroad city policies and cases. Methods: The research method works as follows: The first step is 1) to introduce the concept of evaluation matrix to analyze cases of urban generation, 2) to apply to the proposed evaluation matrix, and then 3) to analyze communities' decline diagnosis, counterstrategies, and promotion process. And the second step is to draw features and evaluation of cases and to present the policy plan for communities' vitality with the urban regeneration project in South Korea via a comprehensive analysis. Result : This research confirmed the fact that when different sectors is expanded toward a mutual cooperation, communities are vitalized, having a mutual effect on other related sectors by taking a part in the community positively. Especially in the base of each characteristic and estimation, when various activities and socio-economic programs with residents are promoted in the integrated system, communities are successful. Through this results we present four policy plans for community vitality of the urban regeneration project in South Korea.

Plans to utilize the resources of the coast guard are underway for the revitalization of the area and the development of tourism resources in recent years. As most of the plans have been focused on some specific factors such as geographical or regional conditions, and therefore systematic approaches are needed in corporation with other related projects. This study suggested the measures on activating the coastal tourism resources for Woodoo~Woocheon village in Goheung-gun by using the coastal landscape elements. The current status of natural environment and tourism resources for coastal regions were investigated in Woodoo~Woocheon village and plans for enhancing connectivity with local residents were suggested. Based on the scenic values of coastal region, landscape were assessed from the perspective of the sustainable coastal tourism resources in the future. Several solutions were suggested to enhance tour values; coastal deck road to enhance connectivity between resources and accessibility of foreign tourists, social communication among local residents and authorities, continuous development of cultural and historic resources in local area. In addition, information signs and new stair ways would be needed to improve the accessibility of tourists. In the future, if the plan for this study was to generate profitability with persistence, it suggested that there was a way to move forward in conjunction with the profit rate local projects distributed around it.

Since 2004, Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries(MIFAFF) has been carrying out comprehensive rural village development project as the core one of Rural Area Development Schemes in Korea. Up to now, 56 projects had been completed after having with 5-year plan implementation period, on which it is possible to try post-project evaluation works. This study aims to propose a rational income-generation works model of comprehensive rural village development project, based on fulfillment checking results of their statutory stepwise working procedures specified in the project guidelines and their interim/post project performance analysis results in 56 project areas above mentioned. In comprehensive rural village development project, income-generation works generally have both quantitative and qualitative effects to rural communities; the former is focussed on income increasement of villagers, while the latter on community revitalization through job creation and spill-over effects of other linked community activities. So, the research works of this study focussed on these two comprehensive effects above mentioned.

As of Dec. 31, 2011, the number of nation's escalators accounts for 24,248 units, 5.4% of total elevators in our country, safety accidents take up as many 539 case, 55.2% of total elevators' safety accidents. Escalator safety accidents show high incident ratio of primary safety accidents breaking out by users' careless and abnormal use type, taking up multi-caused accident, which mainly take place from vulnerable age groups such as children under 13, and elders above 65. The Government will have to devote itself for policy and support for the establishment of safety management system fit for current state, the revitalization of preventive education for safety accident, the enhancement of safety awareness to escalators' users in order to secure escalator safety environment on an international level and support domestic industrial development.

This research is an analysis of the working plan, to build a pedestrian bridge for Eunpa amusement park in Kunsan, South Korea. This research takes into consideration the need of harmony with the surrounding area as well as the assessment of the activity of people on the pedestrian bridge. This research finds that it is possible for an efficient method to understand the interaction between humans and movement in this space. Another research objective is to understand human interaction and the relationship with the local scenery through a study of the scale and form of the bridge, the form of the main tower, and various subsidiary facilities in the space studied too. This research is to be an attempt to access a new way to approach bridge design and with the hope for the revitalization of the site.

The 'Good School Uniform' development project was conducted in consultation with Gyeonggi-do and the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education. The aim is to find various ways to supply school uniforms reflecting the latest trends at low prices using high-quality textile materials produced in Gyeonggi-do. From 2015, when the 'Good School Uniform' development project started, to the present, various events and fairs are making great progress. However, there are several problems in actually wearing each middle and high school student. In order to satisfy the characteristics of each school and the satisfaction of parents and students together, it is necessary to not only conduct practical research such as closer customer satisfaction surveys, industry-academia-research networks, expert interviews, and surveys, but also several supplements such as consultations between practitioners. There are many domestic studies on the development of school uniform design, but the research on the revitalization plan according to the free school uniform support is very insufficient. Moreover, it is not easy to find recent studies on the development of 'Good School Uniforms'. This study intends to study how to build a system so that the Gyeonggi-do 'Good School Uniform' development project can be used as a role model. In addition, it is expected that this study will be used as basic data for building a nationwide system such as public brand development and collaboration with small domestic companies.

Recently, it has been argued that it is necessary to attract foreign patients outside domestic insurers and to allow foreign doctors to treat in domestic hospitals in order to develop the insurance industry and revitalize the medical industry. Currently, large medical institutions in Korea are attracting foreign patients in connection with foreign insurance companies. It is desirable to increase the number of overseas patients who want excellent medical services in Korea, and to provide opportunities for domestic insurance companies to attract overseas patients by expanding job creation through a revitalization of the medical industry. Therefore, this study suggests the development direction for insurers who aim to attract foreign patients through the side effects of attracting foreign patients in accordance with the Financial Services Commission's plan to strengthen the competitiveness of the financial industry. In addition, this study intends to contribute to the strengthening of the competitiveness of attracting foreign patients, through domestic insurance business, to the insurance direct payment market for overseas patients using domestic medical institutions that are concentrated in foreign insurance companies and in the blind spot of domestic law application.

This study aims to provide the basic data for the revitalization, efficient operation and management of sports facilities by investigating the perceptions of the service satisfaction in the users of public sports facilities. As the subjects of this study, 225 residents in the Chungbuk region were selected regardless of their sexes, and correspondence analysis method was applied to examine the interrelations among perceptions in the users of public sports facilities. The findings obtained through the research results are summarized as follows: First, it is necessary to construct and improve public sports facilities for the efficiency of their operation and the reflection of the users' demand for service satisfaction. Second, it is necessary to approach from the welfare aspect in the plan for the utilization of public sports facilities and to develop and provide various activity programs for the consumers' classes.

This study is to analyze the social integration plan characteristics of public rental housing community facilities in England, Singapore and Korea. The purpose of this study is to present the direction of social integrated community facility planning and management system for the revitalization of the Korean public rental housing community. To this end, similarities and dissimilarities are derived by comparing cases of community facilities in apartments. Methods of this study include literature survey, analyzed government web sites in overseas cases. Also domestic cases are analyzed qualitatively through field visits, expert interviews, and internal data review. The results of this study are as follows: First, various community facilities plans are needed to accommodate the role of private and public spaces. Second, activate the professional community facilities operation system with public-private cooperation. Third, Community facilities should be planned as local infrastructure.

With the recent revitalization of virtual reality and game industries, digital therapeutics for medical purposes are emerging. Digital therapeutics refer to sports-based therapeutics such as virtual reality contents and games that are effective in preventing, managing, and treating diseases, not drugs. Through this study, we plan and develop contents for healing and brain enhancement using virtual reality technology as a therapeutic digital therapy. Through this, it can help to improve the brain of children who are dependent on electronic devices in the digital age and rarely use their brains.
