Comparing online and paper-based environment for report submission and correction, the former supersedes to the latter, since (1) the turn-around time becomes shorter, (2) teaching opportunity increases, and (3) as a consequence, the student's achievement level becomes higher in the online environment. In this paper, we propose an annotation tool GABA for PDF document in order to reduce correction time by the teachers and to facilitate instruction to students. In a usual class, the same or similar assignments are given to the students. Then it is often the case that many students make similar mistakes. A teacher can register and classify common correction comments to GABA. Report correction time becomes significantly shorter by reusing the registered comments. GABA also provides various support functions in order to assist efficient checking of numerous report files such as (1) sorting of frequently-used comments, (2) similarity-based file sorting, and (3) cross tabulation of comments using category and weight.

Nuclear energy sources are indispensable in cost effectively achieving carbon neutral economy, where public opinion is critical to adoption as the consequences of nuclear accident can be catastrophic. In this context, discussion on spent nuclear fuel is a prerequisite to expanding nuclear energy, as it leads to the issue of radioactive waste disposal. Given the dearth of study on spent nuclear fuel public acceptance, we use text mining and big data analysis on the news article and public comments data on Naver news portal to identify the Korean public opinion on spent nuclear fuel. We identify that the Korean public is more interested in the nuclear energy policy than spent nuclear fuel itself and that the alternative energy sources affect the position towards spent nuclear fuel. We recommend relating spent nuclear fuel issue with nuclear energy policy and environmental issues of alternative energy sources to further promote spent nuclear fuel.

본 연구는 스크린골프장 서비스품질이 재이용에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 살펴보고자 하였다. 총 300부를 배포하여 응답이 부실하거나 누락된 문항이 많은 설문지 53부를 제외하고 총 247부를 분석에 사용하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출하였다. 첫째, 스크린 골프장 이용자들은 주로 친구, 지인, 친목단체가 주로 이용하였으며, 정보는 인적, 인터넷으로 많은 정보들을 얻었으며, 서비스품질 중 공감성, 신뢰성이 스크린 골프장 재이용에 영향을 미쳤다. 이용자들은 품질이 좋은 서비스를 경험하면 만족감과 서비스 품질이 높으면 신뢰를 가지며, 충성도 형성과 주변 사람들에게 추천과 홍보할 확률을 높일 수 있다. 그러나, 품질이 나쁜 서비스를 경험하면 고객들이 실망하고, 주변 사람들에게도 악평을 남길 수 있으며, 이는 신뢰를 떨어뜨려 재이용의 가능성이 낮아진다. 따라서 골프장 재이용을 높이려면 품질 관리 및 고객들의 의견과 피드백을 수용하고 문제가 생겼을 때 신속하게 대처하여 서비스의 품질을 개선 및 고객이 만족할 수 있는 서비스를 제공해야 스크린 골프장의 재이용을 유도할 수 있을 것이다. 둘째, 스크린골프장 서비스품질 하위요인 유형성, 응답성, 확신성이 이번 연구결과에서는 유의하게 나오지는 않았지만 재이용에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 경쟁이 치열한 스크린골프장 업계에서의 생존력을 키우고 차별화된 서비스 제공으로 재이용할 수 있도록 경영전략을 삼아야 할 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 선행연구를 바탕으로 빅데이터 기반 맛집 앱에 대한 이용만족과 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 선행 요인으로 앱 서비스품질과 사용후기를 제시하여 영향 관계를 규명하고, 이를 선행연구와 비교분석하였다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 맛집 앱 이용자들이 지각하는 앱 서비스품질 요인과 사용후기의 역할을 파악하여 맛집 앱 콘텐츠개발과 운영에 도움을 줄 수 있는 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. 연구의 조사대상과 공간적 범위는 최근 3개월 이내에 스마트 폰 맛집 앱을 검색한 경험이 있는 전국의 20세 이상 남녀 내국인 거주자로 선정하였다. 선정된 조사대상자들에게 먼저 망고플레이트, 다이닝코드, 핫플레이스 등 빅데이터 맛집 앱을 검색해서 음식점을 선택하고 이용한 경험이 있는 지를 사전질문을 통하여 파악한 후, 경험이 있다고응답한소비자를대상으로설문조사를하였다. 연구결과, 서비스품질 중 신뢰성, 정보성, 시스템능력이 앱 이용만족에 긍정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 디자인과 이동성은 아무런 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 앱 이용만족은 앱 재이용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 사용후기 정보성은 조절적 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 외식소비자들의 지속적인 맛집 앱 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 앱 서비스품질과 사용후기 정보성의 중요성을 규명하였다.

This study considers the proper repair techniques by examining the most representative repair cases of the Korean arch bridges and proposes the constructional manual which can apply similar occasions. The cases are Seonamsa Seungseongyo and Songgwangsa Geukrockgyo where this researcher had taken part in the repair works. This Study proposes the maintenance construction manual about the performance degradation drew by performance degradation of the both Korean arch bridges in the maintenance process. First, arch bridge maintenance should be carried out in the dry season, when water is impermeable in the bottom surface of the bridge. Moreover, risk factors of the maintenance should be excluded to secure the water vally flow, the bypass and the temporary bridge. Second, prior to repair, it has to precede (1)3D shooting (2)formal examination (3)structure safety test (4)geological and lithic surveys (5)arch curvature establishment and makeshift frame settlement before transformation (6)relationship expert comments. Third, if the baduk and the foundation stones are inevitable to replace due to performance degradation on the foundation, it should use the high quality stones and secure greater stress by extending the standard range. The foundation on irregular rock needs to be flattened and underside on the replaced materials require Grengyijil to deliver the equal loads. Fourth, In the process of dismantling the stones of the arched bridge, it could make heavy weathering degree and not reuse the materials. Charge should converge the expert advices to choose the reuseable, the conservate and the alternative materials, and increase the reutilization of the raw materials by preservation and reinforcement treatments. Fifth, the side wall should be repaired by the rubble work technique which is not able to pile compost satiety, so it must use long depth of masonary stones for reinforcement. It is considered to reinforce the stone wall in shore as much as possible and protect the abutment and the side wall on the upstream for the arch bridge maintenance works.
