중.고령자의 은퇴유형이 우울에 미치는 영향 : 가족관계만족도의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Typology of Retirement on Depression of the Aging and Aged People : Focusing on Moderating Effect of Satisfaction with Family Relationship)

  • Aims of this research are as follows. The first is to find out the level of depression according to the types of retirement. The second is to divide the level of satisfaction within a family into two types, satisfaction with children and satisfaction with conjugal relations, and then to examine whether they have any modulating effect on the depression after retirement. The third is to find out ways of social welfare program that can successfully intervene in solving the depression problems retired people may have. The results of this research are as follows. First, the types of retirement are devided into three groups: voluntary retirement, reluctant retirement and retirement due to age limit. People who choose a voluntary retirement have the lowest level of depression. Second, only the level of satisfaction they get fiom their children has an influence on the level of depression. The results suggest that differentiated ways of intervention are needed according to the types of retirement. Especially, there is a greater need to focus or the reluctantly retired group. In case of reluctant retirement, programs should be provided in order to increase the level of satisfaction they get from the children.

  • As the aging population geworsened by the a of the low fertility rate in the wake of the birth of the low birth rate, the rapid increase in the retirement age of the baby boomers in the wake of the birth of the Korean War is a significant indication of the separation of the aged and the role of the economically rich and the role of the role of the economically rich. Therefore, this study aims to address issues and countermeasures. The study aims to provide basic data for the future life of the baby boom generation by examining the problems and responses to the economic activity after the retirement activity of the baby boomers. The research suggests that the limit was limited to the retirement age of the baby boomer generation in order to boost the employment of the elderly. Due to the lack of exploration of the exploratory research, the lack of analysis of exploratory facts is the biggest limitation of the analysis. So, further analysis of this will lead to meaningful studies. Looking at the composition of this study, the introduction of the study included the necessity and purpose of the study. The focus on the point was on the concepts and characteristics of the baby boomer, and analyzed the characteristics of the economic activity and analyses and analyses of domestic and international cases. In conclusion, the issue was drawn up and the alternatives were sought.

조종사 정년연장에 대한 고찰: 65세 이후 (Pilot Age Older than 65, A New Challege)

  • The commercial pilot retirement age has continued to 65 since the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO) amended the recommended age limit from 60. The target of this review is to analyse whether aged pilots have an increased age-dependent risk of medical incapacitation. Medical in-flight incapacitation is actually very rare event and the demonstrated annual incapacitation rate provides an acceptable risk within the criteria known as 1% safety rule for a pilot undertaking air transport operations while some controversies exist. There is a possibility that the accident rate has decreased due to the improved skill by increasing pilot's age. At the decision of flight or not for elderly airline pilot the interacting factors of personal health status, piloting experience and new flight environments should be considered to define job limit criteria than mere the age. Results of a survey led by airline pilot association in Korea shows 65% of airline pilots are willing to fly without any age limit and 87% agreed that age limit is worthy to extend beyond current standard on the basis of medical examinations. Only 11% agreed to maintain current age limit.

신변보호사 자격검정제도의 개선방안 - 응시자격 및 자격검정 일부면제를 중심으로 - (Improvement Plans for Private Security Guard Certification System -mainly on application prerequisites and partially exemptible qualifications-)

  • 신변보호사 자격검정제도는 2006년 민간자격으로 처음 시행되어 오다가 2012년 12월 국가공인자격으로 인정받게 되면서 2013년도부터 국가공인자격시험으로 시행되고 있다. 본 논고에서는 자격의 특수성상 자격검정 응시상한연령과 일부면제요건의 규정이 미흡하다고 사료되어 본 연구자가 다음과 같이 개선방안을 피력하고자 한다. 첫째, 자격검정 응시에 있어 최저응시 연령만 제시하고 있을 뿐 상한응시연령의 제한은 없는 실정이므로 실질적인 신변보호활동이 가능한 자를 선발할 수 있도록 상한응시연령 제한의 규정을 신설하는 방안이다. 둘째, 경찰공무원, 경호공무원 뿐만 아니라 군인공무원과 대학에서 신변보호사 1차 학과시험과목을 모두 이수하고 경비업무에 종사한 경력이 있는 자에 대해서도 자격검정 일부면제를 확대하는 방안이다. 셋째, 경력인정 자 조건을 관련 직종 퇴직 후부터 자격검정 접수일 기준으로 일정유효기간을 규정하여 경력자들이 실무에 있어 능력을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 방안이다. 넷째, 신변보호사 자격검정 면제과목은 1차 학과시험에 한하고, 신변보호실무능력의 요구에 부응할 수 있도록 2차 실기시험은 면제하지 않는 방안이다. 이와 같이 국가공인자격으로서 민간경비산업의 부흥에 발맞추기 위해 신변보호사 자격검정제도를 신중히 검토할 필요성이 제기된다.

운행차 배출가스 정밀검사 결과를 이용한 휘발유 승용차 대기오염물질 배출량 중 고농도 배출 차량의 기여도 분석 (Quantified Contribution of High Emitting Vehicles to Emission Inventories for Gasoline Passenger Cars based on Inspection and Maintenance Program Data)

  • The purpose of this study is to quantify the contribution of high emitting vehicles to mobile emission inventories. Analyzed emission data include $NO_x$, HC, and CO results, which were measured through the vehicle Inspection and Maintenance (I/M) program in Seoul metropolitan area. The high emitting vehicles were identified as the top 5% worst polluting cars of the fleet. We estimated that 5% of the gasoline passenger car fleet, which is high emitters, generated 25.5% of $NO_x$, 34.5% of HC, and 66.1% of CO emissions of total inventories for gasoline passenger car fleet in year 2010. In the study, we identified that the older vehicles (older than ten years) and high mileage vehicles (more than 120,000 km driven) comprised high emitter fleet with 70.9% and 71.2%, respectively. The emission contribution of high emitters became larger in younger fleet than in the older fleet. This is due to the reduced emission rates in newly manufactured vehicles, which were developed under the more stringent emission regulation limits. This analysis implies that high emitters could be responsible for an even larger fraction of total vehicular emissions as more advanced technology vehicles are being incorporated into the current vehicle fleet. The findings suggested that the high emitting vehicles should be primarily considered for in-use vehicle emission management program, such as I/M, accelerated vehicle retirement, or catalytic converter replacement, in order to enhance the effectiveness of selected program.

창업가의 특성요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향 -국내 창업 멘토링의 조절 효과를 중심으로- (Effect of Entrepreneur's Characteristics on the Intention of Entrepreneruship -Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Entrepreneurship Mentoring in Korean-)

  • 경기침체로 인하여 남녀 노소를 막론하고 창업에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있는 것이 작금의 현상이다. 대학생 창업과 실버세대의 정년퇴직이 날로 늘어나고 있어, 이에 대한 준비의 일환으로 창업가의 특성요인이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 수행하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 창업에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 예비 및 기창업자 328명을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이를 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 활용하여 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계를 분석한 후 회귀분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 개인적인 특성요인과 환경적인 요인은 창업의지에 영향을 주었다, 둘째, 개인적인 특성요인과 환경적인 요인은 창업 멘토링에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 창업환경요인은 창업의지에 창업멘토링이 조절효과를 주는 것을 알 수 있었다.
