병원 간호사의 동료간 돌봄-배려행위, 전문직 자아개념, 재직의도의 관계 (The Relation of Peer Group Caring Interaction, Professional Self-concept, and Nurses' Retention)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the relation of peer group caring interaction, Professional self-concept, and Nurses' Retention. The subjects of this study are 133 nurses who have worked for more than three months at five general hospitals with more than 300 beds in S city. As a result of the study, nurses' retenstion was higher than those of under 25 years of age between 30 and 35(F=3.313, p=.039).The professional self-concept of hospital nurses has been identified as an influence factor of intent to serve. Professional self-concepts have been shown to be better with higher peer-care and consideration(r=.397, P=.004). The peer group caring interaction behavior can occur not only between colleagues but also between managers. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed with the manager's group caring interaction as a follow-up study.

Determinants of Talent Retention in Textile and Garment Companies in Binh Duong Province

  • This study investigates determinants of talent retention in textile and garment companies located in Vietnam's Binh Duong province to propose feasible actions for their sustainable development in the current context of competition on the labor market. This study uses self-completed questionnaires to collect data which are then analysed with statistical methods including scale reliability, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple linear regression. Specifically, results from an official survey of 129 people who are regarded as talents in related companies show that there are ten determinants, ranked in descending order of their importance, including: working environment; training and promotion opportunities; salary and benefits; personal loyalty; relationship with colleagues; nature of work; organizational recognition; type of ownership; relationship with superiors; and working experience. Moreover, it is also found that foreign companies are better in retaining their talents than private domestic ones. These findings suggest that, depending on their available resources, organizations need to focus on some of these factors to improve their talent retention; among them, it is critical to provide creative space or create conductive working environment by providing talents with proper tools and equipment for them to feel excited with their work and get things done in an optimal, efficient and effective manner.

국내산 쇠고기 수육 및 육수의 영양소 잔존량에 관한 연구 (Retention Factors Influencing Hanwoo Stock (broth) and Boiled Beef)

  • This study evaluates the nutritional retention factors influencing beef based on different cuts and boiling. Two cuts (brisket and shin foreshank) were prepared from beef and used in this experiment. Boiling methods were applied to each cut. The fat content of the boiled shin foreshank cut (236.43%) exceeded that of the brisket cut (142.38%). The moisture content of the boiled brisket cut (47.68%) was lower than that of the shin foreshank cut (49.54%). The sodium content of the boiled shin foreshank cut (47.89%) exceeded that of the brisket cut (37.30%). The potassium content of the boiled brisket cut (41.90%) exceeded that of the shin foreshank cut (39.63%). The calcium content of the boiled brisket cut (48.43%) was lower than that off the shin foreshank cut (71.34%). The phosphorus content of the boiled brisket cut (58.09%) exceeded that of the shin foreshank cut (57.24%). The iron content of the boiled brisket cut (72.72%) was lower than that of the shin foreshank cut (87.29%). Nutritional retention factors represent output data on cooking methods with a yield (%) for each item.

저류지 생태공원 설계모형 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Design Model of Ecological Park as Stormwater Storage Facilities)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop design model of ecological park as stormwater storage facilities. The results are as follows : First, the design model of ecological park as stormwater storage facilities consider ecological and landscape characteristics such as high efficiency of land use, function as disaster prevention, ecological water purification, formation of habitat for flora and fauna. Second, this study demonstrates two types of plane structure and eight types of designed section. They can be combined and designed depending on conditions of each site. The facilities of stormwater storage conduct disaster prevention system and ecological park. Retention pond in stormwater storage facilities for ecological park also should be made for ecological restoration in the site. Third, the ecological park provide the basis for ecological network from in-site to out-site. Therefore its conservation and restoration plan consider the ecosystems of the site. Fourth, the most important factor for maintenance and management for retention pond is keeping water quality. Sustainable Structured wetland Biotop system is suggested for ecological water purification system in the retention pond which is one of the constructed wetland system using multi-celled aquatic plant and pond. This system can also provide habitat for animals and plants, water friendly park for men, and beautiful landscape.

역상액체크로마토그래피에서 벤조산류의 머무름 (Retention of Benzoic Acids in RPLC)

  • 역상액체크로마토그래피에서 7종의 벤조산의 머무름에 대해서 연구하였다. 벤조산의 불감시간 측정은 무기염이 적당하였다. 로그 용량인자(log k')와 Hildebrand의 용해인자(${\delta}$)는 직선관계를 가지며 머무름 메카니즘이 소용매성 효과에 영향을 받는다. 용질의 전이 엔탈피는 온도증가 그리고 이동상에서 유기변형제의 비와 반비례 관계를 가진다. 이동상에서 물의 부피분율과 log k'의 관계로부터 얻은 기울기인 S값은 양의 값을 가진다. 자유에너지 변화는 유기변형제의 부피분율의 증가와 비례한다. 소수성지표 ${\varphi}_0$은 컬럼의 온도와 반비례한다.

A Qualitative Inquiry Into the Challenges of Medical Education for Retention of General Practitioners in Rural and Underserved Areas of Iran

  • Objectives: General practitioners (GPs) retention in rural and underserved areas highly effects on accessibility of healthcare facilities across the country. Education seems to be a critical factor that affects GPs retention. Thus, the present study aimed at inquiry into medical education challenges that limit their retention in rural and underserved areas. Methods: A qualitative approach was applied for the aim of this study. Data were gathered via 28 semi-structured interviews with experts at different levels of Iran's health system as well as GPs who retained and refused to retain working in rural settings. Interviews mainly were performed face-to-face and in some cases via telephone during 2015 and then coded and analyzed using content analysis approach. Results: Iran's medical education is faced with several challenges that were categorized in four main themes including student selection, medical students' perception about their field of study, education setting and approach, curriculum of medical education. According to experts this challenges could results in making GP graduates disinterested for practicing in rural and underserved areas. Conclusions: Challenges that were found could have negative effects on retention. Modification in student's perception about rural practice could be done via changing education setting and approach and curriculum. These modifications could improve GPs retention in rural and underserved areas.

프랑스 A-71고속도로변 Retention Pond의 기능평가 (Assessment of the fonction of Retention Pond, A-71 Motorway, France)

  • 고속도로에서 흘러오는 빗물의 양을 조절하고 환경오염을 최소화하기 위해 프랑스 일부 고속도로변에 간이정화시설을 설치하였다. 중금속에 의해 오염된 입자를 제거하기 위해 설치된 간이정화시설의 효과를 평가하기 위해서 오를레앙 남쪽 20km지점의 "Les Ardilleres" 지역의 A-71고속도로변에 위치한 간이정화시설을 선정하였다. Muller (1979)와 Helz (1976)에 의해 각각 도입된 index of geoaccumulation와 enrichment factor를 이용하여 오염된 도로변 토양과 간이정화시설에서 채취한 부유퇴적물의 중금속오염 정도를 정량화하여 평가하였다. 기대한 데로, 도로변 토양의 오염은 매우 심각한 반면에 부유퇴적물의 오염은 미약하였다. 간이정화시설의 부유퇴적물은 카드뮴오염만이 진행되고 있으며 이 결과는 인위적인 오염과 자연적인 농집현상에 기인된 것이다. 부유퇴적물에 수반되어 간이정화시설에 유입되는 중금속의 추정량은 하루 납 0.9g, 아연 2.1g, 카드뮴 6mg이다. 자동차통행에 의해 배출된 납과 아연의 양과 간이정화시설에 유입된 것을 비교한 tentative mass balance 결과 고속도로상에 오염된 납과 아연의 약 5~11% 만이 빗물에 의해 간이정화 시설에 운반되어 유입되었다. 간이정화시설의 효율을 높이기 위한 제안이 제시되었다.제안이 제시되었다.

뇌손상 흰쥐에서 기억과 학습훈련이 해마의 신경 성장인자에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Memory and Learning Training on Neurotropic Factor in the Hippocampus after Brain Injury in Rats)

  • 본 연구는 뇌손상 흰쥐에서 기억과 학습훈련을 통해 인지기능회복과 해마의 신경 성장인자에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 뇌손상은 Sprague-Dawley계 흰쥐 36마리를 중대뇌동맥(middle cerebral artery)을 폐색하여 유발하였고, 실험 군들은 3개 군으로 분류하였다; 실험 군 I은 뇌손상유발 군(n=12), 실험 군 II는 뇌손상 유발 후 트레드밀훈련 군(n=12), 실험 군 Ⅲ은 뇌손상 유발 후 기억과 학습훈련 군(n=12)으로 나누었다. 인지기능 검사를 위해 수중모리스미로 습득검사와 파지검사를 실시하였으며, 조직학적 검사는 해마조직의 BDNF(brain-derived neurotrophic factor) 면역조직화학 반응을 관찰하였다. 수중모리스미로 습득 검사(Morris water maze acquisition test)는 시간과 군사이의 교호작용이 유의한 차이가 나타났고(p<.001), III군에서 9일에서 12일째까지 원형도피대를 찾는 시간이 I, II군에 비해 단축되었다. 수중모리스미로 파지검사(retention test)는 군 사이에서도 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<.001), 13일째 III군에서 원형도피대가 있었던 사분원에 배회하는 시간이 가장 길었다. 조직학적 검사는 III군에서 7일째 해마조직의 CA1에서 BDNF의 면역조직화학반응이 I, II군에 비해 면역양성반응의 증가를 관찰하였다. 뇌손상 흰쥐에서 기억과 학습훈련이 신경성장인자 발현 변화와 이로 인한 신경연접 가소성의 변화를 통해 인지기능회복에 더 좋은 영향을 주었다.

돼지사료에 있어서 Ca수준이 질소와 인의 소화율, 배설량 및 축적량에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Dietary Calcium Level on the Digestibility, Excretion and Retention of Nitrogen and Phosphorus in Pig)

  • This research was carried out to determine the effect of dietary calcium(Ca) levels(low : 0.29, medium : 0.65 and high : 1.07%) on the digestibility, excretion and retention of nitrogen(N) phosphorus (P) in pigs fed diets supplemented with phytase(750U/kg). Twelve growing-finishing pigs(average body weight: 35kg) were divided into 3 groups and these pigs were reared in metabolism cage. After 10 days adaptation period, N and P balance experiments were carried out for 4 days. The results were summarized as follows ; 1. The High-Ca group was lower than the others in digestibility of P(Low-Ca and Medium-Ca group). 2. The amount of daily excretion of urinary N were 19.6g in Low-Ca group and 16.7g in high-Ca group. The High-Ca group was the lowest(22.71%/d) in the total N excretion. 3. The High-Ca group was the highest and the Low-Ca group the lowest in fecal P excretion. The urinary P excretions per day were 1.90g in Low-Ca group and 0.04g in High-Ca group. The medium-Ca group showed the lowest total P excretion(4.57g/d). 4. The N retention of the High-Ca group(20.50g) was greater than that of the Low-Ca group and Medium-Ca(5.02)g was the highest and the Low-Ca groups(3.92g) was the lowest in the P retention. These results indicate that dietary Ca level was an important factor influencing N and P utilization in pigs.

중소병원 간호사의 재직의도 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Factor of Retention Intention on Nurses in Small and Medium-sized Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 중소병원 간호사의 소명의식, 자기효능감 및 직장 내 괴롭힘이 재직의도에 미치는 영향요인을 살펴봄으로써, 간호조직의 업무환경 개선을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 자료 수집은 2018년 7월 17일에서 30일까지로 G광역시에 위치한 7개의 중소병원에서 6개월 이상 근무한 간호사 224명을 대상으로 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS / WIN 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 측정도구로 소명의식은 Dik, Eldrige와 Steger (2008)가 개발한 소명척도(Calling & Vocational Questionnaire: CVQ)를 윤치호(2017)가 수정한 도구를, 자기효능감은 Sherer 등(1982)이 개발하고 정애순(2007)이 수정하여 간호사를 대상으로 한 사용한 도구를 사용하였다. 직장 내 괴롭힘은 Einarsen, Raknes와 Matthiesen (1994)이 노르웨이어로 개발한 부정적 행동경험 설문지(NAQ)를 남웅 등(2010)이 한국어로 번안한 도구를, 재직의도는 Cowin (2002)이 개발한 NRI (Nurses'Retention Index)를 김민정(2006)이 번안하여 사용한 도구를 사용하였다. 재직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 자기효능감(β=.24, p<.001), 소명의식(β=.23, p<.001), 연봉(β=.21, p=.001)은 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를, 직장 내 괴롭힘(β=-.16, p=.008)은 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관 관계를 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 설명력은 28.6%이었습니다. 본 연구결과를 종합하면 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사의 재직의도에 긍정적 영향 요인은 소명 의식, 자기효능감 및 연봉 수준이었고, 부정적인 영향 요인은 직장 내 괴롭힘 임을 확인하였다.
