백화점 판매원의 고객지향성과 판매원 교육이 판매원 성과에 미치는 영향 - 대구지역 백화점 의류 판매원을 중심으로 - (The Effects of Customer Orientation and Sales Training on Salespeople Performance - Focused on Apparel Salespeople at Department Stores in Daegu -)

  • The purposes of this paper were to investigate the effect of customer orientation on salespeople performance and the effects of sales training on customer orientation and salespeople performance. Data were obtained from 297 apparel salespeople working at 6 department stores in Daegu, Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analyses. The unanticipated result was found that the customer orientation of salespeople did not influence their performance. Though there was found the significance of the anticipated results that sales training affected customer orientation and salespeople performance, the results were not strong.

애고점포에 따른 명품브랜드 소비자의 쇼핑성향 및 점포속성중요도 (A Study on the Shopping Orientation and the Importance of Store Attributes of Luxury Brand Consumer according to Patronage Store)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate on the shopping orientation and the importance of store attributes of luxury brand consumer. A questionnaire survey was administered to 350 female consumers over twenties who live in Seoul metropolitan area and Kyung-ki area. 324 data were analyzed by factor analysis, chi-square, ANOV A, correlation, and t-test. The results were as follows. 1) As a result of factor analysis, five dimensions were identified for shopping orientation: pursuit of ostentation and fashion, pursuit of pleasure, pursuit of economy, pursuit of personality, and pursuit of store convenience. 2) According to the factor analysis, the importance of store attributes were categorized in three factors: product and store service-conscious, price-conscious, and buying convenience-conscious. 3) Regarding the relation between shopping orientation and importance of store attributes, significant differences were found. 4) There were significant differences in according to demographic variables in terms of shopping orientation and importance of store attributes and store patronage.

기업가지향성, 시장지향성, 기업의 사회적 책임이 사회적 기업의 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Market Orientation, and Corporate Social Responsibility on Performance in Social Enterprise)

  • 본 연구는 사회적 기업의 기업가지향성이 시장지향성, 기업의 사회적 책임(Corporate Social Responsibility: CSR) 및 사회적 성과에 영향을 미치는지에 대해 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 사회적 기업의 성과, 기업가지향성, 시장지향성, CSR활동에 관한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형 및 가설을 설정하였다. 기업가지향성은 혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성으로 분류하고, CSR활동은 지역사회의 책임과 환경적 책임으로 분류하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 연구모형은 사회적 기업으로 인증을 받은 115개의 사회적 기업을 대상으로 Smart PLS 2.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 혁신성과 진취성은 시장지향성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 위험감수성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 시장지향성은 지역사회의 책임과 환경적 책임에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 지역사회의 책임과 환경적 책임은 사회적 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업가지향성, 시장지향성, 기업의 사회적 책임 및 사회적 성과와의 영향력을 검증하여 사회적 기업이 지속적으로 성장할 수 있는 전략적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

도포형 자기기록 매체의 자성층에서 자성체의 배향거동과 배향상태에 따른 Tape 특성의 변화 (Effect of Orientation on Magnetic Tape Properties)

  • 폴리에스터 film 위에 자성도료를 도포 후 자성체의 배향 거동을 살펴보았다. static orientation 처리하여 평가한 결과 자성도료가 도포된 film이 배향자석을 통과할 때 배향자석의 입구측과 출구측에서 배향성이 최대로 나타나나 출구측이 약간 낮게 나타났으며 배향자석의 출구를 지나면서 static energy의 감소와 entropy의 증가에 의하여 도막의 건조과정 중 배향성은 서서히 감소되다가 완전히 건조되면서 일정한 수준으로 유지되었다. 그리고 film의 중심부보다 양쪽의 edge 부위에서의 배향성은 떨어지는데 그 원인은 배향자석의 형태에 기인하는 것으로 생각된다. Dynamic orientation 처리하여 평가한 결과 자기 tape에서 자성도막의 배향성이 향상됨에 따라 전 대역에서의 출력 특성은 향상되었으며 건조 조건에 따라서도 tape의 배향성이 변하였다. 따라서 자기 tape의 출력특성을 향상시키기 위하여는 배향자석의 설계 및 자성도료의 건조 조건 등의 검토가 필요하다고 생각한다.

한국형 네트워크 마케팅 기업의 조직문화가 고객 지향성과 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influence of the Organizational Culture of Korean Network Marketing Companies on Customer Orientation and Service Orientation)

  • 본 연구는 한국형 네트워크 기업의 구성원들이 지각하고 있는 조직문화 유형이 고객지향성과 서비스지향성에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고자 2020년 9월 7일부터 25일 까지 약 2주간에 204명을 응신 결과 중 최종 165명에 대한 유효설문결과를 SPSS 24.0 및 AMOS 24.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 나타냈다. 첫째, 조직문화가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향에 관한 분석결과 조직문화 의 하위 요인인 관계지향문화, 혁신지향문화, 위계지향문화, 과업지향문화유형은 모두 고객지향성에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 즉, 조직문화는 단편적인 어느 하위구성 유형 하나가 아닌 종합적인 작용으로 긍정적 의미부여가 된다는 측면에서 고객지향성에 통계적으로 유의하게 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 조직문화가 서비스 지향성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 조직문화는 서비스지향성에 정(+)의 영향관계를 나타냈다. 즉, 조직문화의 하위 구성요인인 관계지향·혁신지향·위계지향·과업지향은 서비스지향성에 긍정적 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다.

인터넷 쇼핑 성향에 따른 한국과 중국 소비자의 의류 제품 구매행동 (Apparel Purchase Behaviors of Korean and Chinese Consumers according to Internet Shopping Orientation)

  • This study aims to examine impacts of the Internet shopping orientation of Korean and Chinese consumers on their selection criteria of shopping malls and apparel products, frequencies and amounts of purchase, and information search in the Internet shopping mall. A survey was carried out with Korean and Chinese female consumers in their 20s and 30s who have the Internet shopping experiences. The results of this study were as follows: First, the Internet shopping orientation of Korean and Chinese respondents clearly showed factorial structures including the pleasure-conscious, fashion-conscious, price-conscious, and convenience-conscious orientation. From a result of the cluster analysis on four factors of the Internet shopping orientation, Korean and Chinese respondents were classified into three groups of the Internet shopping-unconscious, the Internet shopping-loyalty, and pleasure convenience-conscious. Second, there were significant differences in selection criteria of both the Internet shopping mall and apparel products among three groups of the Internet shopping orientation in Korea and China. Third, significant differences were identified in visiting frequencies, apparel purchase frequencies and amounts, payment methods, and information sources during the Internet shopping among three groups of the Internet shopping orientation in Korea and China.

Role-Play Training Factors that Positively Influence Training Satisfaction and Customer Service Orientation

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of effective role-play and training on employee education satisfaction and customer orientation. Evidence of the suggested objective is obtained by monitoring the effectiveness of hotel service training. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from 280 role-play sessions performed in a Korean Hotel and examined using a frequency analysis, reliability/validity assessments, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 19.0. Results - 1) Entrepreneurs and training instructors should enthusiastically apply service education in order to enhance each employee d evaluation in terms of customer satisfaction and customer orientation. 2) The most effective factor on customer satisfaction and orientation is the instructor's qualifications. 3) Since a higher level of education-training satisfaction leads to better customer orientation, effective education-training is essential to achieve this result. Conclusions - The study was able to obtain practical evidence that can confirm that service education-training through role-play positively affects employee customer service orientation. In future advanced research on training effects on customer orientation, various internal factors of a business should also be considered.

섬유강화 복합재료 사출성형품의 섬유배향상태 (Fiber Orientation distribution of Injection Molded Product on the Fiber-Reinforced Polymeric Composites)

  • Injection molding is the most widely used process fir the industrial forming of plastic articles. During an injection molding process of composites, the fiber-matrix separation and fiber orientation are caused by the flow of molten polymer/fiber mixture. As a result. the product tends to be nonhomogeneous and anisotropic. Hence, it is very important to clarify the relations between separation orientation and injection molding conditions. So far, there is no research on the measurement of fiber orientation using image processing. In this study, the effects of fiber content ratio and molding condition on the fiber orientation-angle distributions are studied experientially. Using the image processing method, the fiber orientation distribution of welding pars in injection-molded products is assessed. And the effects of fiber content and injection mold shapes on the fiber orientation in case of fiber reinforced polymeric composites are studied experimentally.

간호조직의 건강성이 고객지향성에 미치는 영향: 중간관리자 리더십의 조절효과 (Influence of Organizational Health on Customer Orientation: Moderating Effect of Leadership on Middle Managers)

  • This study confirmed that the organizational health of nurses have an effect on customer orientation. This survey was conducted March 1 to 31, 2014 and a total of 210 questionnaires were used in the analysis. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, factor analysis, and regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data in the SPSS software package. The findings are summarized as follows: First, the business environment and community-oriented organizations on health factors had an influence on customer orientation(p<.05, p<.001). Among the demographic factors, graduating from college as relevant to customer orientation. Seniority and rank in the lower tier showed that customer orientation is vulnerable. Second, when leadership was added to a conventional model, it had no significant effect on the dependent variables. The influence of community-oriented business environment factors on customer orientation was statistically significant(p<.01). In the result, we should apply proper organizational health factors to hospitals by investigating leadership, because there was difference in customer orientation according to type of leadership.
