Adverse environmental conditions such as drought, high salt and cold/freezing are major factors that reduces crop productivity worldwide. According to a survey, $50-80\%$ of the maximum potential yield is lost by these 'environmental or abiotic stresses', which is approximately ten times higher than the loss by biotic stresses. Thus, Improving stress-tolerance of crop plants is an important way to improve agricultural productivity. In order to develop such stress-tolerant crop plants, we set out to identify key stress signaling components that can be used to develop commercially viable crop varieties with enhanced stress tolerance. Our primary focus so far has been on the identification of transcription factors that regulate stress responsive gene expression, especially those involved in ABA-mediated stress response. Be sessile, plants have the unique capability to adapt themselves to the abiotic stresses. This adaptive capability is largely dependent on the plant hormone abscisic acid (ABA), whose level increases under various stress conditions, triggering adaptive response. Central to the response is ABA-regulated gene expression, which ultimately leads to physiological changes at the whole plant level. Thus, once identified, it would be possible to enhance stress tolerance of crop plants by manipulating the expression of the factors that mediate ABA-dependent stress response. Here, we present our work on the isolation and functional characterization of the transcription factors.

In this study, in order to propose an improvement plan for fire simulation training to improve fire response capability, fire simulation training is conducted for three business facilities, and changes according to whether training materials are used and whether the response time for each response stage is reflected in the training evaluation. The response posture and response ability of the training participants were observed and analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was analyzed that most of the training participants improved their participation in training, response posture, and response ability when the use of training textbooks and response time for each response stage were reflected in the training evaluation. In the event of a fire simulation training, a number of training materials that can similarly implement the fire situation are used to improve and maintain the fire response capabilities (fire notification and fire report, initial extinguishing, and evacuation) of the training participants, and the target time for each response step. The result was that it can be used as a useful index for improving fire response capability and improving fire simulation training in the future and feedback only when quantitative training evaluation is conducted based on this setting.
The structural design requirements of an offshore platform subjected to wave induced forces and moments in the jacket can play a major role in the design of the offshore structures. For an economic and reliable design; good estimation of wave loadings are essential. A nonlinear response analysis of a fixed offshore platform under structural and wave loading is presented, the structure is discretized using the finite element method, wave plus current kinematics (velocity and acceleration fields) are generated using 5th order Stokes wave theory, the wave force acting on the member is calculated using Morison's equation. Hydrodynamic loading on horizontal and vertical tubular members and the dynamic response of fixed offshore structure together with the distribution of displacement, axial force and bending moment along the leg are investigated for regular and extreme conditions, where the structure should keep production capability in conditions of the 1-yr return period wave and must be able to survive the 100-yr return period storm conditions. The result of the study shows that the nonlinear response investigation is quite crucial for safe design and operation of offshore platform.

A TVS and Varistor are preservative equipment against electro static discharge(ESD). We use a TVS for I/O protection of a circuit which has faster response time than a Varistor. And a Varistor has large power capability, therefore, which be used in input stage for internal pressure prevention. This paper will compare a TVS with a Varistor with respect to response characteristic to ESD in DC 24[V] low voltage circuit.

Bi-based nano-varistors and micro-varistors fabricated with each ZnO nano-powder and micro-powder were studied about characteristics on the surge capability in this study. ZnO nano-varistors were sintered in air at $1050^{\circ}C$ for 2 hr. The voltage-current and residual voltage properties of ZnO nano-varistor were compared with their of ZnO micrio-varistor. As a result of these properties, our ZnO nano-varistor has about 3 times at operating voltage as compared with conventional ZnO varistor fabricated with micro-powder and the residual voltage was 8.06 kV at nominal discharge current 101kA in the lighting impulse current test. And then the residual voltage rate 1.72 of our nano-varistor has had better performance than the 1.79 of micro-varistor because ZnO nano-varistor has shown much quick response property because of increasing effective cross-section area. Also, to analysis surge capability took thermal images for pyrexia temperature distribution with each of the varistors after operating varistors. Nano-varistor doesn't have shown local overheating and can confirm accurate temperature grade on the surface of its.

Varistor fabricated with ZnO nano-powder was studied about the characteristic of energy capability in this paper. ZnO nano-powder varistor were sintered in air at $1050\;^{\circ}C$. The electrical properties and residual voltage of ZnO nano-powder varistor were obtained. Our ZnO nano-powder varistor has about 3 times of electric field at varistor voltage as compared with commercial ZnO varistor fabricated with micro-powder. In the current impulse withstand test, our nano varistor has had better performance than micro varistor. To analysis energy capability take infrared images for pyrexia distribution of each varistor. ZnO Nano-powder varistor has shown much quick response property because of increasing effective cross-section.
Purpose: During the pandemic, a large number of orders forced online retailers of fresh produce to quickly change their emergency logistics capabilities to meet the needs of ordinary consumers during the pandemic. Our research aims to help online retailers establish an emergency physical distribution framework for fresh produce during disasters to meet consumer needs. Research design and methodology: 160 effective responses were collected from the online response team in Wuhan, China, and exploratory factor analysis was used to determine the emergency logistics capability framework. Twelve experts were invited online to collect their scoring opinions and use the entropy method to determine the importance of emergency logistics capabilities. Results: Our results have identified a total of 17 emergency logistics factors for online retailers, and we found that Transportation route planning and reconstruction capabilities, Emergency plan planning ability, and Supply chain real-time information sharing capability are the most important in the overall framework. Conclusions: This research completely established the physical distribution framework of fresh agricultural products online retailer in emergency situations. It enriches academic resources in the field of emergency distribution and provides a scientific basis for corporate managers to improve their physical distribution capabilities in emergency situations.

Ambidexterity and leadership agility have become the most researched topics to analyze their application in companies, especially in this dynamic era. Several researchers have analyzed it in large companies. However, only a few have discussed the two topics simultaneously and at the MSME level. This study aims to analyze the relationship between ambidexterity and leadership agility and innovation capability and performance at MSMEs in Yogyakarta and East Java, Indonesia. This study is analyzed by using quantitative methods with SEM (Structural Equation Model) methods. The data in this study is primary data that is obtained through distributing 230 questionnaires to MSME managers in Yogyakarta and East Java, Indonesia. From 230 questionnaires distributed, 200 questionnaires are returned and completed, so the response rate in this study is 86%. The results in this study indicate that ambidexterity and leadership agility have a significant effect on innovation capability and MSME performance. This study also proved that innovation capability has a significant effect on MSME performance. Therefore, it is recommended for MSME managers to develop ambidexterity and leadership agility so they can create innovation and good performance. In the end, this study has provided findings related to the combination of ambidexterity and leadership agility variables.
