왕청임(王淸任)의 활혈거어법(活血祛瘀法) (Methods of The Promoting Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis by Wang Cheong-Im)

  • Wang Cheong-Im(1768-1831) in the Ching dynasty conducted the therapy of blood statis syndrome using the methods for promoting blood circulation and removing blood statis in accordance with the description in the book Uirimgaechak(醫林改錯). Thus, this study examined his methods for promoting blood circulation and removing blood statis, therapy of blood statis syndrome and mechanism of function. Since the blood statis symptoms varied on the parts where the blood statis were occurred, the therapy for promoting blood circulation and removing blood statis applied different treatments and drugs depending on the symptoms. The therapy also valued much of qi and blood. Qi is important to the human body so that the therapy replenished qi and simultaneously promoted the blood circulation as mainly focusing on the regulation of the qi flow. Moreover, the therapy adjusted the level of removing blood circulation and rate of replenishing qi. The degree of prescription and drug was differentiated in treating a variety of blood statis because of the difference in the seriousness and characteristics of blood circulation, amount and application of drug and combination of drugs. The therapy was careful about the regulation of qi for the replenishment of qi and the nurishment of blood for the promotion of blood circulation. If the blood circulation was blocked, the blood statis was formed. Accordingly, the phlegm and the blood statis were closely related. Then, the phlegm and blood statis were simultaneously treated. The therapy divided the properties of blood statis into the stagnant excess syndrome, the stagnant deficiency syndrome, the stagnant cold syndrome and the stagnant heat syndrome and treated the patients suitable for each symptom. The function of mechanism in the treatment using the methods for promoting blood circulation and removing blood statis was divided into the stagnation of blood and interruption in blood circulation. The therapy laid stress on promoting blood circulation and removing blood circulation. With such emphasis, the therapy facilitated the circulation in the bloood vessel, prevented the coagulation of blood, removed the blood statis and promoted the metabolism. Then, the physiological function and pathological change internal organs were improved. Furthermore, the therapy strengtened the heart and promoted the blood circulation by improving the systemic blood circulation. Moreover, the therapy facilitated the micro-circulation by adjusting the balance of body.

  • 점착성 부유사 농도분포는 해수유동과 물질 확산에 의해서 결정되며 지배방정식으로는 2차원 수심적분된 Reynolds운동방정식, 연속방정식과 Fick의 확산법칙에 근거를 둔 대류-확산방정식이 사용되었다. 해수유동과 점성퇴적물 확산인 두개의 모형은 유한차분법을 이용하였고 유동모형은 양해법, 확산모형은 다증법을 사용하여 부유사 이동의 현상을 파악하였다. 해수유동방정식의 적용시 이송항의 포함여부에 대해서 조사하였으며 물질확산 방정식에 대해서는 한계전단응력값의 변화가 부유사농도에 영향을 주는가에 대해서 비교하였다.

  • 도서대출서비스는 도서관 자료를 관외로 빌려주는 것으로 도서관이 제공하는 가장 기본적이고 필수적인 서비스이다. 그러나 최근 경영마인드의 확산과 정보기술의 발전에 힘입어 도서관서비스의 패러다임이 이용자가 찾아오는 서비스에서 이용자를 찾아가는 서비스로 바뀌어가고, 도서관 간의 네트워크가 확대됨에 따라 도서대출서비스에도 많은 변화가 일어나고 있다. 그리고 개별 도서관은 도서대출서비스의 변화에 발맞추어 가용자원을 활용하여 특성화에 대응하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 논문은 은평구립도서관에서 시행되는 책단비 도서대출서비스에 관한 연구를 통하여 변화하는 도서대출서비스의 구체적인 내용을 '이용자 중심의 서비스', '네트워크의 확산', '특성화'라는 관점에서 조사 분석하여 그 의의를 찾아보고 도서대출서비스에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다.

노후된 공작기계의 재제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Remanufacturing of Used Machine Tools)

  • Continuous industrial development has led to a better quality of life for everyone, even further accelerating industrial growth. Industrial development, however, has also caused environmental degradation, which is posing a serious threat to humanity. It has also encouraged the indiscriminate use of limited resources, causing resource depletion. Efficient resource management based on resource circulation is critical to saving resources. Resource circulation methods are as follows: reducing the use of resources in the manufacturing process, recycling used or reprocessed products and reusing used resources without being reprocessed, remanufacturing with end-of-life products with disassembled parts. Furthermore, remanufacturing process including cleaning, inspection, repairing, and reassembling facilitate performance level as well as new typical products. It is noteworthy that the remanufacturing of machine tools can significantly save resources because their structural parts are substantially large in size. Machine tools have served as a foundation for the manufacturing industry, which has driven Korea's industrial development. Nevertheless, a few research has been reported for remanufacturing technology with used machine tools. Relevant research of developing a remanufacturing process chart and method is prerequisite for saving the resource and environments.

학술연구정보서비스(RISS)의 발전방안 연구 (A Study on. the Development Plan of RISS (Research Information Service System))

  • 국가정보유통기관의 궁극적인 목적은 빠르게 변화하는 정보환경 속에서 이용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구는 국가 정보유통기관의 효율적인 정보서비스 방안을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 연구에서는 검토대상으로 선정한 RISS의 현황을 살펴보고 해외선진사례를 비교 분석하였다. 이러한 분석을 토대로 국가 정보유통기관의 정보서비스 발전 추이를 검토하고 RISS의 발전방안을 제안하였다. 연구 결과는 국가 정보유통 기관의 신규 정보서비스 계획 수립에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

순환자원 활용 지반차수재의 노후저수지 보강 적용사례 및 성능검증에 관한 연구 (A Study on Application and Performance Verification of Aged Reservoir Reinforcing Method using Ground Injection Material of Utilizing Circulation Resources.)

  • Reservoirs, which make up most of South Korea's reservoirs, are located in rural areas. In the case of rural reservoirs, about 75% have been reported over 50 years old aged reservoirs constructed before the 1960s. Reservoirs are important facilities that store and supply water necessary for daily life. However, if it is destroyed, the reservoir can cause a lot of damage, so continuous management is necessary. As a method for strengthening old reservoirs, a method using cement has been widely applied. However, OPC is a product that uses a lot of carbon dioxide and natural resources. Therefore, the amount of cement should be reduced. Against this background, in this study, the ground injection material of utilizing circulation resources was applied to the site. Applied reservoirs have been around for 75 years and leaks have occurred in some sections. The application method was constructed in two rows, up to a depth of 12m. After reinforcement, the electrical resistivity test was conducted three times. As a result, similar resistance was shown at 1 month after construction. And after 6 months, the saturation area decreased. And the performance after reinforcing the aged reservoir was examined. As a result of the review, this study confirmed that the applicability was equivalent to that of OPC, and the excellent performance of reinforcing the aged reservoir was shown.

지역별 순환농업의 유형에 관한 연구 (A Study on Area Types of Recycling Agriculture)

  • So far, we have pursued only convenient and efficient growth of economy, as a result, environment surrounding us has been destroyed and the rights of our existence gotten to be even threatened. We need to ensure our lives and at the same time, need a power with which agriculture undertakes global circulation structure and a power that is able to preserve our environment we live per so. Therefore, in the near future, the final objectives of agriculture structure for 21st century would be to increase productivity of highly developed agricultural products in accordance with the ecosystem and a recycling agriculture. What is a recycling agriculture\ulcorner In the narrow sense, it means provisions-producing- system related to interactive recycle of material among forestry, livestock husbandry and seeding agriculture. In the broad sense, it means to produce credible agricultural product by keeping balanced resources via conversion to complete degradable material of organic wastes produce within rural village. Based on this concept, finally, our goal is to construct the resources recycling community. Environment friendly agriculture ⇒ organic agriculture ⇒ recycling (circulation) agriculture ⇒ construction of community with resources recycling. Therefore, in order to construct recycling agriculture, most of all, it is considered that the following, it should be established reasonable standard amounts for fertilizer, manure and liquid fertilizer based on results of soil test by each region, nature-recycling form of crops production and livestock production systems by maximizing utilization of different recycling byproducts occurring in the crop producing process by each region.

기후변화와 토지피복변화를 고려한 한강 유역의 수자원 영향 평가 (An Impact Assessment of Climate and Landuse Change on Water Resources in the Han River)

  • 최근 기후변화와 이상기후에 대한 관심으로 세계 각국에서는 미래 기후에 대한 보다 정확한 정보를 얻기 위하여 IPCC 권장 시나리오인 SRES (Special Report in Emission Scenario)기반의 GCM(General Circulation Model)과 RCM(Regional Circulation Model)을 이용하고 있으며 특히, 최근에는 고해상도 자료를 생산함으로써 국부지역에 대한 지형학적 특성을 효과적으로 모의할 수 있는 RCM모형을 이용한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기후변화와 토지이용변화에 따른 미래 한강 유역의 수자원을 평가하기 위하여 다음의 과정을 진행하였다. CA-Markov Chain기법으로부터 토지이용변화를 추정하였으며 기온과 강수자료을 독립변수로 이용한 다중 회귀식으로부터 미래 NDVI를 추정하였다. 또한 기상청에서 제공하는 RegCM3 지역지후모형으로부터 축소기법을 이용하여 추정된 RegCM3 RCM 50 set의 기후변화 시나리오를 SLURP 모형에 입력하여 2001년부터 2090년까지 총 90년에 대한 한강 유역의 미래 유출모의를 실시하였다. 예측된 미래의 유출사상을 기반으로 각 댐별 과거와 미래 유출량을 월별로 비교하고 이들의 유황분석을 실시하였다. 최종 모의 지점으로 선택한 팔당댐에서 월단위 유출 모의 결과 8월 보다는 9월 유출량이 증가하는 결과를 보였고 이는 미래 강우 패턴의 변화에 기인한 것으로 판단되었다. 또한, 기후변화가 물 순환 구조에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과 한강유역은 물 순환 요소(강수량, 증발량, 증산량, 유출량)의 변화에 의하여 수자원 관리 측면에서 어려움이 가중될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • The formulation of depth-averaged two-dimensional mathematical model for the analysis of tide induced circulation in a harbor by the Galerkin finite element techique is presented. In integration of the Galerkin approach in time both explicit and implicit method have been tested for one and two dimentional water bodies, and the two step Lax-Wendroff explicit method is found to be effective than the implicit in reducing computing time. The essential characteristics of the tide induced flow in Busan Harbor with two open boundaries has been foccud to be reproduceable in the numerical model and the simulated results encourage that the model can be used as a predictive tool.
