조립식포장 공법을 적용한 버스정거장 포장 초기 거동 추적조사 (Early-Age Behavior Monitoring of Bus-Stop-Section Pavement Constructed Employing Precast Concrete Pavement Method)

  • 본 연구는 조립식 콘크리트 포장 공법을 이용하여 도심지 버스전용차로의 정거장 구간 아스팔트 포장을 강성 포장으로 교체하는 시공을 수행한 후 이러한 포장의 초기 공용성을 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 추적조사 항목으로는 조립식포장의 진출입 구간에서 아스팔트 포장과 조립식포장과의 단차, 프리캐스트 슬래브간의 줄눈 간격 및 단차, 슬래브의 침하, 슬래브의 미끄럼저항 성능 등을 선정하였으며, 다이아몬드 그라인딩 공법의 적용성도 분석하였다. 추적조사 결과 조립식포장의 단차, 줄눈 간격, 미끄럼저항, 침하 등은 시간에 따라 변화가 거의 없었으며, 이를 통해 프리캐스트 슬래브가 차량하중을 안정되게 지지한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 다이아몬드 그라인딩 공법을 적용하면 슬래브의 단차 및 미끄럼저항 성능을 크게 개선할 수 있는 것도 확인할 수 있었다.

  • We propose an ART2 neural network-based fault diagnosis method to diagnose of sensor in the gas monitoring system. In the proposed method, using thermal modulation of operating temperature of sensor, the signal patterns are extracted from the voltage of load resistance. Also, fault classifier by ART2 NN (adaptive resonance theory 2 neural network) with uneven vigilance parameters is used for fault isolation. The performances of the proposed fault diagnosis method are shown by simulation results using real data obtained from the gas monitoring system.

  • The corrosion monitoring methods of reinforcing steel in concrete are the various methods such as half cell potential method, galvanic current method, resistivity method, polarization resistance method, AC impedance method and etc. In this study, the corrosion monitoring methods of reinforcing steel in concrete were investigated for the test specimens using corrosion inhibitors, zinc-mortar, zinc-plate, respectively. For this purpose, the accelerated corrosion tests for reinforcing steel were conducted according to the periodic cycles(140 days) of wetting($65^{\circ}C$, 90% R.H.) and drying period(15$^{\circ}C$ , 65% R.H.) for the test specimens. As a result, it can be concluded from the test that half cell potential and galvanic current method as monitoring techniques for corrosion were found to be relatively reliable and easily usable method in the field.

실시간 운전자 호흡 모니터링 (Real Time Driver's Respiration Monitoring)

  • Real time driver's respiration monitoring method for detecting driver's drowsiness is investigated. The sensor to obtain driver's respiration signal was a piezoelectric pressure sensor attached at the abdominal region of the seat belt. The resistance of the pressure sensor was changed according to the pressure applied to the seat belt due to the driver's respiration. Monitoring driver's respiration was carried out by driving on the virtual road in a driving simulator from Cheonan to Seoul and monitoring results were compared to the PELCLOS. Experiment results show that the driver's respiration signal can be used for detecting driver's drowsiness.

  • During PEO (plasma-electrolytic-oxidation) treatment of titanium, the relationship between the thickness of oxide film and the measured electrical information was investigated. A simple real time monitoring method based on the electrical information being gathered during PEO treatment is proposed. The proposed method utilizes the current flowing from a high frequency voltage source to calculate the resistance of an oxide film, which is converted into the thickness of an oxide film. This monitoring method can be implemented in PEO system in which an oxide film is grown by constant or pulsed voltage/current sources.

  • The accurate identification of the motor parameters is crucially important to achieve high dynamic performance of induction motors. In this paper, the motor parameters such as rotor resistance, stator(rotor) leakage inductance, mutual inductance are measured for torque monitoring and indirect vector control. To demonstrate the practical significance of the results, some experimental results are presented.

  • Many qualitive analyses of sampled process variables have been attempted to predict nugget size in resistance spot welding process. In this paper, dynamic resistance and electrode movement signal which is a good indicative of the nugget size was examined by introducing an artificial neural network estimator. An artificial neural feedforward network with back-propagation of error was applied for the estimation of the nugget size. To assess the advantage of this method. results have been compared with conventional regression method.

  • For giving self-diagnosing capability, a method based on monitoring the changes in the electrical resistance of carbon materials in strengthened concrete has been tested. Then after examining change in the value of electrical resistance of carbon materials used as a rib of CFGFRP or a sheet of carbon fiber before and after the occurrence of cracks and fracture in hybrid FRP or carbon fiber sheet strengthened concrete at each flexural weight-stage, the correlations of each factors were analyzed.
