국내 거주 후 평가(POE) 연구동향분석과 발전방안 연구 (An Analysis of the Research Trends and Improvement of Post-Occupancy Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze research trends in post-occupancy evaluation and to explore Improvement Directions. Also this study investigated historical development of domestic POE researches and current discussions to POE in architecture and interior design fields. The results were as follows. For the purpose of this study, 55 articles from 3 journals were selected and analyzed. 55 articles analyzing POE methodology and applying POE method were published from 1990 to 2010. In the 1990s, studies on introduction of POE method, potential and limitation were conducted. In the 2000s, the research theme showed the study for evaluation of apartment measuring the residents satisfaction. Gathering the opinions of designers and people in architecture field, they have recognized the need to perform POE, indeed it has been difficult to find POE researchers and utilized POE data. Nevertheless, some of them have performed POE of their building and got feedback from residents. In conclusion, to apply POE method and develop its potential, it is necessary to minimize the barriers. It should Therefore, be performed POE by stakeholders who are designers, builders and residents and POE data would be provided a variety of types. Furthermore, POE certification system should be designed at the government level and basically, POE courses must be included in the architectural curriculum.

  • The purpose of the study was to explore effects of fashion related work experience program and its satisfaction in middle schools. The study analyzed differences in self-efficacy of career decision making and fashion related career maturity before and after the program. The questionnaire developed by the researchers was collected from 114 participants enrolled in middle schools in Seoul or Kyunggido. The data were analyzed by common factor analysis, and independent sample t-test, using SPSS 18.0/Windows. The results demonstrated significant higher scores in self efficacy of career decision making, and fashion related career maturity after the program than before. Also, they showed high program satisfaction scores. The results of the study could be basic information for work experience program developers for high and middle school students.

  • Purpose: Workers are expected to perform their tasks and explore differences through innovation. Despite managerial coaching growing attention, limited studies offer information on the effects of managerial coaching towards psychological safety and job commitment. There is a limited empirical study examining managerial coaching efficacy. However, practitioners and researchers have emphasized managerial coaching contribution on improvement of subordinates outcomes. This study intend to fill the research gap on literature regarding managerial coaching, job commitment and psychological safety. Research design, data and methodology: The present research has conducted the literature content analysis which is widely used by numerous prior studies that was already proved as a flexible and straightforward methodology. Results: Based on the textual approach in the past and current literature, the results indicated that the managerial coaching effects on workers job commitment and psychological safety which include workers performance and job satisfaction. As a result, the workers are ready to engage their jobs and improve their performance. Conclusions: The current research concluded that the managers must strive to facilitate employees to earn clarity on their responsibilities and goals and feel psychologically empowered. A leader intending to implement managerial coaching must understand their abilities and the consequences of their actions.

주부의 자아 존중감과 가사 노동에 대한 태도 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Relation Between Self-Esteem and Attitude Toward Household Work and its Satisfaction.)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between housewife's self esteem and attitude toward household work its satisfaction and to find out how independent variables(housewife's age, education level, employment, household work helper, type of family) have effect on the two dependent variables. The measurement of self-esteem was based on the self-concept test standarized by Jung Won Sick, reformed the Fitts measurement for Korean Society. In order to measure of attitude toward household work and its satisfaction, based on the previous research, researcher made the measurement . the research was conducted on 234 housewives in Seoul in September 1984. Data was analyzed by percentage, mean, frequence analysis of variances, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The result can be summarized as following. 1)Over on half of housewives have high self-esteem comparatively. 2) Age and education level were variables to have influence n the attitude toward household work. 3)The attitude toward household work and its satisfaction comparatively were high. 4)Education level and type of family were variables to have influence on the attitude toward household work. Education level, employment and household work helper were variables to have influence on the satisfaction of house hold work. 5) Level of Self-esteem has influence on the attitude toward household work and its satisfaction. The higher level of self-esteem was, the higher becomes the score of the attitude toward house hold work and its satisfaction. Following suggestions can be extracted form the results of above study. 1) research of housewife's self-esteem didn't established a setted theory yet. I think, therefore, it requires deeper study about housewife's household work look upon as her occupation and relation between the household work as her occupation and her self-esteem in this area. 2) Population and sociological variables, used in this study, hardly influenced on self-esteem, the attitude toward household work and its satisfaction. Also the result didn't correspond with one another. So I think it requires need of further study how psychological and family function variables will have influence on housewife's self-esteem, the attitude toward household work and its satisfaction. 3) To recognized the value of household work objectively, many researchers tried to investigate of economical value of household work, But if housewife can realize her self-actualization through household work, it requires the study that try to objectively not only estimate the economic value of household work, but also the contribution of the aspect of family psychology.

Exploration of Research Trends in The Journal of Distribution Science Using Keyword Analysis

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to find out research directions for distribution and fusion and complex field to many domestic and foreign researchers carrying out related academic research by confirming research trends in the Journal of Distribution Science (JDS). Research Design, Data, and Methodology - To do this, I used keywords from a total of 904 papers published in the JDS excluding 19 papers that were not presented with keywords among 923. The analysis utilized word clouding, topic modeling, and weighted frequency analysis using the R program. Results - As a result of word clouding analysis, customer satisfaction was the most utilized keyword. Topic modeling results were divided into ten topics such as distribution channels, communication, supply chain, brand, business, customer, comparative study, performance, KODISA journal, and trade. It is confirmed that only the service quality part is increased in the weighted frequency analysis result of applying to the year group. Conclusion - The results of this study confirm that the JDS has developed into various convergence and integration researches from the past studies limited to the field of distribution. However, JDS's identity is based on distribution. Therefore, it is also necessary to establish identity continuously through special editions of fields related to distribution.

밀키트(Meal Kit)상품의 선택속성이 구매행동과 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Meal Kit Product Selection Attributes on Purchasing Behavior and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 밀키트 상품 선택속성의 요인과 구매행동, 만족도 간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 연구의 표본추출은 최근 외식기업에서 출시 된 밀키트 상품 이용 경험이 있는 고객을 대상으로 편의표본추출을 사용하여 설문조사를 진행하였다. 조사기간은 2020년 2월1일부터 1달간 진행되었으며, 설문지는 287부를 분석에 사용하였다. 가설검증을 위해 수집된 자료는 통계패키지인 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석을 실시하였으며, 가설 검증을 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 가설 1의 밀키트 상품 선택속성과 구매행동 간의 전체설명력(R2)은 42.9%로 분석되었으며, 다양성(β=.026)과 품질(β=.927)에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가설 2의 밀키트 상품 선택속성과 만족도 간의 전체설명력(R2)은 34.9%이며, 편의성(β=.503)과 가격(β=.121)에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설 3의 구매행동에서 만족도에 대한 전체설명력(R2)은 31.5%이며, 구매행동(β=.561)이 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 본 연구를 통해 밀키트 상품 관련 연구를 수행하는 연구자들에 대한 기초자료를 제공될 것으로 기대하며, 외식기업에서의 상품 개발에 대한 방향성 제시와 마케팅 전략을 활용할 수 있는 이론적 근거를 제공하고자 한다.

교구의 품질 요인 분석 및 만족도에 관한 연구 : 초등 교사를 중심으로 (A Study on the Analysis of Quality Factors and Satisfaction of Teaching Tools: Focusing on Elementary School Teachers)

  • 교구를 사용한 교육이 학생과 교사 모두에게 중요하지만, 유통되는 교구의 품질 문제는 지속적으로 제기되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 교구를 세 가지 품질요인으로 구분하여 분석하고, 초등 교사들의 교구에 대한 만족도 및 재구매 의도를 확인하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 현직 초등학교 교사를 대상으로 1차 CIT 조사와 2차 설문조사로 나누어 진행하였으며, 분석도구는 PLS 통계프로그램을 활용하였다. 실증분석을 통해 제품 품질과 교육 품질, 서비스 품질은 교사 만족도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 교사 만족도는 재구매 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 통해 교사들이 교구를 구매 또는 평가할 때 중점을 두어야 할 부분과 교육에 유용하게 활용할 수 있도록 통찰을 주고, 연구자들에게는 제품 품질 개선을 위한 연구에 중요한 단초가 되며, 교구를 생산 및 유통하는 기업에게는 신제품과 콘텐츠 개발에 유효한 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 이후에는 교구와 교사 외에, 교구와 여러 대상 간의 유기적인 관계에 대한 추가 연구가 필요하며, 이를 향후 연구로 제안한다.

제2단계 BK21사업에 대한 학생들의 만족도 조사 - 인문·사회계열을 중심으로 - (A Survey of Students' Satisfaction on the 2nd Brain Korea (BK) 21 Project: a Case Study of the Humanities and Social Sciences at K University)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 BK21사업에 실질적으로 참여하는 대학원생들을 중심으로 교육과정지원, 취업지원, 학술활동지원, 교육 국제화지원 지원, 교육환경지원 측면 등에 대한 만족도 여부를 조사하여 대학원생들의 안정적인 연구여건 마련과 우수한 인력양성 촉진을 위한 방안들을 모색하는데 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 인문사회계열 BK21사업에 참여하는 학생들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 그 결과를 분석하였다. 설문문항은 교육과정지원, 취업지원, 안정적 학술지원, 대외 활동지원, 교육 국제화지원, 영어 강의지원, 교육환경지원의 7가지 영역으로 구성되었으며 대체적으로 영역별로 긍정적인 반응이 나타났다. 그 중에서 높은 만족도를 나타낸 영역은 안정적 학술지원과 교육 국제화지원 지원에 관한 것이었으며 취업지원의 경우 만족도가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해 향후 발전적인 BK21사업을 위해 사업내용에 대한 인지도 확대, 취업준비 교육 및 관련 정보제공, 연구비 지원 영역 확대, 장단기 해외 연수프로그램 제고, 영어강의 지원체제 마련, 연구공간 확보방안 마련 등의 제언이 도출되었다.

시니어의 금융기관 자산관리 서비스 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 실증 분석 (An Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Seniors' Satisfaction with the Use of Wealth Management Services in Financial Institutions)

  • 초고령사회를 목전에 둔 한국사회 시니어층은 길어진 수명과 행복한 노후를 위해 든든한 자산관리가 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 본 연구는 시니어의 금융 기관 자산관리(wealth management) 서비스 이용 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 실증 분석을 하였다. 독립변수로는 상품의 다양성, 수익성, 안정성, 종업원의 전문성, 문제 해결 능력, 고객 지향성과 더불어 물리적 환경, 프로세스, 상속 서비스, 신탁 서비스를 설정하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 설정된 연구 모형을 토대로 가설 검정을 하기 위해 실증적 분석을 실시했다. 설문조사는 금융기관의 자산관리 서비스를 이용하고 있는 시니어를 대상으로 하였으며 최종적으로 250개를 통계분석에 활용하였다. 이를 토대로 위계적 회귀분석 방법으로 실증 분석을 하였다. 실증 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 상품 안정성과 수익성, 종업원의 문제 해결 능력과 고객 지향성, 프로세스, 상속 서비스 및 신탁 서비스는 시니어의 금융기관 자산관리 서비스 이용만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 상품 다양성 및 종업원의 전문성, 물리적 환경과 이용 만족도 간에는 유의한 영향 관계가 검정되지 않았다. 유의한 영향을 미치는 요소 중에서 영향력의 크기는 종업원의 고객지향성, 문제해결능력, 신탁서비스, 상품 안정성, 상속 서비스, 상품 수익성, 프로세스 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다.

공공기관 업무관리시스템 성과평가 모형 개발에 관한 연구: 청와대 업무관리시스템(e지원시스템)을 중심으로 (A Model to Measure the Success of a Web-based Information System at a Government Agency - the Chungwadae Case)

  • Introduction The e-government is concerned with using Internet and Web technologies to exchange information and services with citizens, businesses and other related organizations, and it centers on three functions, namely informational, interactive, and transactional [UN, 2001]. Many developed countries like the U.S. have been actively involved in e-government projects, since they enable both more effective public services for citizens and more efficient internal operations. Korea is among these leading countries that are planning to leverage computer and communication technologies to provide for integration of work processes and information as well as convenient access to information and services. For this reason, evaluating e-government projects is becoming a crucial issue for both researchers and policy-makers. However, most research to date has primarily focused on a model of success of an e-government system designed for citizens, overlooking internal systems specifically created for employees working in a public organization. This paper is intended to propose a model to measure the success of a Web-based information system designed for use by internal users at Chungwadae, the executive branch of Korea's central government. The paper is also aimed at applying the model to the assessment of the present system being used at Chungwadae in comparison with the preceding system. Evaluating an e-Government System The most widely cited model of information systems success today is that of DeLone and McLean[1992, 2003, 2004]. The original model states that the success of an information system can be measured using six dimensions, including system quality, information quality, use, user satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact. Although the ultimate success of an information system may be reflected in the impact that the system has upon individuals as well as an organization, aspects of using the system such as system use and user satisfaction can play an important role in determining the system success, because the system would be a sheer failure if users don't like and use the system. As a response to criticisms given by numerous researchers, the authors adapted their model to fit the emerging Web-based environment. The revised model[DeLone and McLean, 2003] they offered included an additional quality dimension, namely service quality, and combined individual and organizational impacts into net benefits which can also influence user satisfaction. The e-government system success model can be built around this updated model. Our model incorporates information quality, system quality, and service quality as in the DeLone and McLean model. However, the 'system use' dimension has been replaced by perceived usefulness, as suggested by Seddon[1998]. In addition, because the e-government systems that this paper focuses on are internal public systems used in government agencies, the 'net benefits' dimension has been replaced by perceived work efficiency. Based on the proposed model, a total of nine hypotheses have been formulated which we tested using an empirical analysis. Methods A questionnaire form has been created with items that are designed to examine the relationships among the variables in the model. The questionnaire has been handed over, in person, to 65 members of Chungwadae staff who are now actively using the E-Support System, the present information system created to support internal work at Chungwadae. We made arrangements to meet with each individual who agreed to participate in our survey, and helped to fill out the survey form with explanations. Of the 65 copies that were delivered, only 33 were returned, and 30 responses of these have been adopted for our analysis, since three were not valid. The extremely small sample size was due to the limited number of staff members who had adequate experience required of this study. Results We gathered data from the questionnaire survey and analyzed them using a regression analysis to test the hypotheses. As shown in the table below, the results indicated that all three dimensions of an information system’s quality are positively related to user satisfaction. However, information quality and system quality were found to be positively related to perceived usefulness, while service quality was not. In addition, perceived usefulness is not positively related to user satisfaction, implying that a user may find a system useful, but may not be satisfied with it. Finally, user satisfaction and perceived usefulness both are positively related to perceived work efficiency. This suggests that workers' positive experience with the system is important to guarantee favorable work efficiency. Conclusions We conclude that the proposed model proved useful in measuring the success of an internal information system used by a government agency. To demonstrate the applicability and usefulness of the model in the paper, we applied the model to the assessment of the present internal system used at Chungwadae in comparison with the preceding system. The results showed that the present system outperforms the preceding one in a statistically significant way. Future research will have to focus on applying the model to Korea's governmental agencies other than Chungwadae and examine whether it proves applicable in different types of governmental organizations.
