Kano모델 기반의 물류 서비스 품질속성 분류와 잠재적 고객요구 개선지수 개발 (Development of Kano model based logistics service quality classification and potential customer Satisfaction Improvement index)

  • Recently, service quality must reflect several demands of customers who show rapid and various changes so as to be compared with the past. So, objective and rapid methods for them are necessary more. For them, first of all, service company must calculate their standard of service quality accurately by measuring service quality exactly. To measure service quality accurately, this researcher collected and analyzed data by survey for customers who are customers of logistics services, grasped potential satisfaction standard(P) by 5 point Likert scale and one survey for accurate classification of quality attributes through weighted customer satisfaction coefficient changing quality attributes by developing the study on Kano model and Timko's customer satisfaction coefficient, and suggested Potential Customer Satisfaction Improvement index(PCSI) for examining the improvement of customer satisfaction so as to utilize them as an index of differentiated and concrete measurement of service quality.

  • This study intended to enhance understanding of concept and measurement of service quality and analyzed studies investigating dimension and attributes of service quality in both Korea and international foodservice industries. This study summarized many methodological issues related to service quality measurement, especially SERVQUAL. SERVQUAL has been criticized because performance-expectation difference operationalization threatened reliability and discriminant validity including shared method variance. Researcher suggests that future studies should understand clearly the concept of service quality and methodological issues of SERVQUAL prior to adapting SERVQUAL itself.

암환자가 체험한 화학요범의 의미 (The Meaning of Chemotherapy in Cancer Patients)

  • This study purports to find out the meanings of chemotherapy among cancer patients. The subjects of this study were selected from those patients who have taken chemotherapy at least twice at a hospital affiliated with a university. The twelve subjects agreed to join the present study and had no problem in communication with others. The data were collected through observations and interviews by the researcher. The phenomenological analysis method proposed by Giorgi was adopted for analyzing the data. The experiences of the subjects to chemotherapy were classified into 24 atributes. These attributes were also categorized into four groups such as hope, pain, fear, and ordea according to their meanings. The subjects expressed hope through the attributes such as "the wish for a new life." "the wish for healing." "the plasure form improvement of cancer." "the wish for being discharged form a hospital." "the interest in dietectic treatment." and "the trust in medical staff." Pain was represented by such attributes as "the physical pain", "the suffering from intravenous injection." "the discomfort of hospital environment." and "the economic burden." As for the attributes represention fear, "fear of being hospitalized." "tehr obscurity of uncertain situations." "the fear of side effects." "the fear of recurrence of cancer," "the lack of knowledge of the disease." Finally, nine attributes werw frouped to ordeal "the will endeavouring to recover cancer" "the adaptation to the present situation." "the giving up of being healthy," "the regret of the past life." "the recognition of significant others." "the physical changes." "the emotional changes." "the social changes." "the recollection of illness experiences." The above findings indicate that chemotherapy means hope, pain, fear, and ordeal to those cancer patinests under treatment. Hence, the nursing interventions for those cancer patients need to be directed to maintaining hope, alleviating pain and fear, and overcoming ordeal. There are some suggestions in achieving these goals : (1) the nurses caring for cancer patients need to understand the meaning of chemotherapy experienced by those patients, (2) a nursing specialty of intravenous injection needs to be developed, (3) interventions for providing emotional support should be devised, (4) nursing care should also be available to those cancer patients being dischaged at home.

식이습관 및 구강보건 행태와 상악 전치부 색조 관련 특성 비교 (Eating habits Attributes and oral health behaviors Relating to the Maxillary Anterior Teeth Color)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to find oral health and eating attributes relating to the maxillary anterior teeth color and examine the meaning. Methods: This study aims to prepare the basic data of the teeth color by measuring analyze mode using the color of the maxillary anterior teeth(maxillary central incisor, lateral incisor, canine) of the dental patients as the dental colorimeter. Also, This researcher explained the purpose of this study to dental patients and got agreement of 111 patients(50 men and 61 women). We conducted the survey from 2 March to 25 May, 2015. So the color of total 333 teeth was examined, and eating habit attributes and oral health behaviors were researched. Results: Lightness(L) was significantly high in female compared to male(12, p<0.05), the more often intake of red pepper paste decreased(11, 13) lightness. and the brightness of the 31-40 age group was significantly higher(12, p<0.05) than the group under the age of 20. Red chroma(a) was significantly low in over 50 age group compared to the group under the age of 20(12, p<0.05), and the red chroma(a) of the "received periodic scaling" group was significantly lower(13, p<0.01) than the other group.

대학생들의 피자 전문점 선택에 영향을 미치는 속성에 대한 평가 (Estimating Effects of Attributes on Pizza Restaurant Choice by University Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure the pizza purchasing behavioral characteristics of respondents and importances of factors affecting pizza purchase, to estimate the effects of attributes on pizza restaurant choice, and to predict probability of selecting a particular pizza restaurant The questionnaire consisted of two parts: The paired experimental profiles, purchasing behavior and importances of factors affecting pizza purchase. This study generated profiles of 16 hypothetical pizza restaurant based on the seven attributes. The profiles comprised 16 discrete sets of variables, each of which had two levels. For this study, researcher randomly selected 150 students of university as respondents. Twenty students did not complete the survey instrument, resulting in a final sample size of 129. All estimations were carried out using frequency, correlation, phreg procedure of SAS package. The results were as followed Based on the estimated model, the -2LL(B) statistic for a model with all explanatory variables was 5585.761 and the Chi-square statistic is 134.786 with 7 df (p<0.001). At p<0.001, we would reject the null hypothesis that the attributes do not influence choice. The parameter estimate for price was highest, followed by late delivery time, promised delivery time, money-back guarantee, discount, pizza variety, and pizza temperature. The result from this study suggested that there was an opportunity to increase market share and profit by improving operations so that customers receive discount and money-back guarantee simultaneously, and by reducing price, delivery time.

산후조리 개념분석 및 도구 개발 (Concept Analysis of Sanhujori and Tool Development)

  • As one of the important purpose of the concept is mutual communication, the concept should be defined clearly concerned concept, differed from others concept, identified intersubjectiveness, and could communicated readily and easily between researcher and practitioner through concept analysis. By analysing and synthesizing the concept of "Sanhujori" according to concept analysis of Walker and Avant. The author has tried to establish the term "Sanhujori" which gas been widly used from the past till now in Korea as a scholarly terminoloy and to develop a tool for the assessment of "Sanhujori". The conceptional attributes of the "Sanhujori" were figured out such as (1) hospitality; (2) physical and emotional recovery; (3) caring; (4) maternal role attainment. The assessment tool for the "Sanhujori" was constituted of 40 items of the conceptional attributes and tested on the 30 mothers more than 8 weeks of postpartal period. The reliability was that Cronbach's $\alpha$ is .9238.

  • The purpose of this study is to discuss Faimly Business. Family Business means a business that is owned and managed by one or more family members,. Family Business is defined as one in which at 51% of the business is owned by a single family and at least one and more family members are involved in the management activities in addition to which transfer of leadership to next generation family member is anticipated. This study is to examine a clear understanding of the relationship between family functioning and business viability in families who own and operate businesses. The Overall objectives of this study are first to introduce the Family Business in the Home Economics Consumer Studies and Family Resource Management field second to theoretically review definition of Family business and related concepts bivalent attributes of Family Business the dual relationship of the social and business functions in the Family Business the dual relationship of the social and business fun tions in the Family Business, Family Business is characterized by the dual relationship of two naturally separate functions; the social function(the family) and the business function(the family business). The family in it's social function satisfies different social and emotional needs. On the other hand the business function is result-oriented the decision -marking process and behavioral pattern must be based on an objective economic model in order for the family business to compete and survive It's important to handle the overlap between the social and the business functions of Family Business and offers some guidelines on how to address with the overlap problems This study is a useful instrument for researcher educators practitioners and policy makers.

유비쿼터스 기반의 도시시설물 관리시스템 개발 (Developing Management System for Urban Facilities Based on Ubiquitous)

  • 본 연구의 최종목적은 유비쿼터스 기술을 기반으로 도시의 각종 시설물들을 관리할 수 있는 종합관리시스템을 구축하는데 있다. 도시시설물을 대상으로 하여 관리대상별 항목, 유형, 코드 등의 데이터 포맷을 정의하고, 논리모델 수립 및 데이터 모델링 과정을 거쳐 도시시설물의 데이터베이스를 설계하였다. 설계된 데이터베이스를 각 도시시설물들의 RFID Tag에 입력하고, RFID Reader와 PDA를 이용하여 도시시설물의 기본속성 정보 및 관리정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 구축된 유비쿼터스 기반의 도시시설물 종합관리시스템을 현장에 적용한 결과 대상 시설물의 정보를 확인 할 수 있었으며, 수정입력이 가능하였다. 또한 RFID Tag와 GPS의 특성을 고려하여 주위환경 및 시스템 성능을 최적화시킬 수 있는 하드웨어 조합에 대한 연구가 수행되어야 함을 알 수 있었다.

인터렉션 속성에 기초한 인터렉션 범식화 연구 (A Research on the Paradigm of Interaction Based on Attributes)

  • 본 연구의 목표는 인터렉션이 하나의 영역으로서 묘사 가능성을 증명하는 것이다. 또한 패러다임화된 시각으로 인터렉션을 이해하려고 시도하는 것이다. 일반적으로 통용되는 규칙에 기초하여 이론모델을 구축하고, 디자이너들에게 인터렉션의 본질을 효과적으로 이해하도록 돕고, 현재 인터렉션 설계가 주로 기초적인 수단으로 의존하게 됨으로써 파생되는 인력과 시간비용의 낭비를 방지하는 것이다. 2000년도에 처음으로 인터렉션 패러다임화의 개념을 제시한 이래 지금까지 관련된 연구에는 일부 결함이 존재한다. 예를들어 제시된 이론 모델들이 서로 다른 척도에서 만들어졌거나, 혹은 접근하는 시각에 객관성이 결여된 것, 그리고 주로 연구자의 개인적 경험 등에서 오는것 등이다. 본 연구의 가치와 뛰어난 성과는 그 전체적 기초가 파일검색이라는 토대위에 구축되었다. 최근 2000년 이래 현재까지의 인터렉션 패러다임화에 관한 연구 총 21편의 수집을 통하여 인터렉션 속성 모델 19개,인터렉션 속성 포함 총 174개를 추출하였다. 또한 이 174개 속성에 대하여 보다 통일된 표준 척도에 근거를 두고 집합류의 연구수단을 이용하여 재분류 귀납함으로써 두 개의 이론 모델을 한 조로 만들었다. 이 두 모형은 각각 인터렉션 운용과 인터렉션 체험의 시각으로 접근하며, 그중 각 모델은 각각 6개의 독립된 속성을 포함한다. 이 인터렉션 모델의 제시 및 집합류 데이터의 분석은 각 인터렉션 속성이 인터렉션 설계에서 얼마만큼의 주목을 받고 중요한지 밝히는데 도움이 될것이다. 이런 데이터는 디자이너가 디자인 과정에서 힘 분배를 합리적으로 할 수 있게 도와주며, 또한 미래에 인터렉션 설계에 관해 발전공간을 설계하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제공한다.

The results were as followed: Some purchasing behavioral characteristics and importances of factors affecting pizza purchase were significantly different by purchase frequency. Based on the estimated models developed for the two purchase frequency groups, the Chi-square statistics were significant at p<0.001. The parameter estimate for late delivery time with frequently purchase frequency group was highest, and the parameter estimate for price with frequently purchase frequency group was highest. The pizza restaurants that charged 20,000 won, offered 100% discount on eleventh pizza, promised to deliver pizza in 20 min, usually delivered the pizza as promised, offered 2 or more types of pizza crust, delivered steaming hot pizza, and did not offer a money-back guarantee which was favored by each of the two purchase frequency groups. The results from this study suggested that there was an opportunity to increase market share and profit by improving operations so that customers can receive discount and money-back guarantee simultaneously, and by reducing price, delivery time.
