Since the national health insurance was introduced in 1978, the increased utilization of hospitals and the growing importance of pharmaceutical services to hospital patients have made the administration of these services a very complex and specialized responsibility. The pharmaceutical services has always been an essential component of comtemporary hospital care. In the hospital, the pharmaceutical services is the professional department which concerns itself with the evaluation, selection, control and utilization of drugs. The director of this service must be a versatile professional person who can work effectively in a heterogenous society of educated persons. However, graduate education in hospital pharmacy has not been introduced yet in Korea. The necessity of graduate education hospital pharmacy has been discussed in this research. Graduate education in hospital pharmacy emphasizes preparation for assumption of responsibility as the senior hospital pharmacist or the director of pharmaceutical services. Graduates should also be prepared as administrators of a department that must operate with great efficiency. They should be prepared serve as a consultant on drugs for the medical and allied health professional staff, organizing and disseminating a large and dynamic body of information in their interest and to establish professional roles that emphasize procurement, storage, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, control and evaluation of drugs. Senior hospital pharmacist is a teacher charged with responsibility fer formal and informal instruction of other hospital personnel in pharmaceutical sciences. In addition, the graduates have the opportunity to be a researcher dealing with aspect of hospital care and are intensively educated in the professional aspects of hospital pharmacy practices. The curriculum of graduate education in hospital pharmacy should be established detailly and carefully to fit the educational objective.

Current web accessibility checks and automatic assessments have been pointed out that the assessment items and scores are evaluated from the developer's point of view rather than from the user's one. In addition, although most of the grades of an automatic assessment on the public web sites are excellent because they are built in accordance with the web accessibility development guidelines, not a few web sites shows relatively low grades in evaluating their usability test made by those users. Taking into account the inadequacy of these web accessibility assessments, this study has identified the differences between the grades of usability evaluations and automatic evaluations for people with low vision and analyzed the major factors affecting web accessibility usability evaluations using Repertory Grid Techniques. Also, the Hard Laddering method of the Means-End Chain theory was adopted to visualize the relationship between Attributes-Conferences-Value and a hierarchical value system analysis based on FGI(Focused Group Interview) to people with the low vision. This study proposed the measures to improve the current web accessibility automatic assessment allocation, expert evaluation criteria, and user task assessment. In particular, it is a web accessibility user evaluation model that can consider the web accessibility quality certification criteria and user review assessment by directly analyzing the user cognitive structure and value system. This study is expected to be useful as a research to enhance the quality of web accessibility assessment.

Objectives: Automated audiometry provides an opportunity to do audiometry when there is no direct access to a clinical audiologist. This approach will help to use hearing services and resources efficiently. The purpose of this study was to review studies related to automated audiometry by focusing on the implementation of an audiometer, the use of transducers and evaluation methods. Methods: This review study was conducted in 2017. The papers related to the design and implementation of automated audiometry were searched in the following databases: Science Direct, Web of Science, PubMed, and Scopus. The time frame for the papers was between January 1, 2010 and August 31, 2017. Initially, 143 papers were found, and after screening, the number of papers was reduced to 16. Results: The findings showed that the implementation methods were categorized into the use of software (7 papers), hardware (3 papers) and smartphones/tablets (6 papers). The used transducers were a variety of earphones and bone vibrators. Different evaluation methods were used to evaluate the accuracy and the reliability of the diagnoses. However, in most studies, no significant difference was found between automated and traditional audiometry. Conclusions: It seems that automated audiometry produces the same results compared with traditional audiometry. However, the main advantages of this method; namely, saving costs and increased accessibility to hearing services, can lead to a faster diagnosis of hearing impairment, especially in poor areas.

Construction Technology Service is currently hardly managed due to failure to offer standard management system of service performance, company performance, and business evaluation in every Ordering Agencies. After Construction Technology Promotion Act is enforced in May 2014, Ordering Agency obligates them to report to Minister of Land and Transportation within 10 days upon contract/ amendment/ completion. In 2013, in advance to enforcement of this law, performance management system for construction technology service was developed for a test run. However this system only applies to main contractors while management and operation of subcontractors are unavailable that causes problems on connection and integration with Experience Management Trustee. Therefore, this research will establish systematic foundation that enables real-time information of service performance and evaluation of subcontractors to result standardization of performance and evaluation for public ordered services.

Given the cyclicality, seasonality, and capital-intensiveness, the development of the shipping industry has long been contingent on corporate financing activities. As such, there have been a growing number of cities in East Asia pursuing a global maritime financial center in order to support their domestic shipping industry. However, it is widely accepted that financial services relevant to shipping in East Asia are quite under-developed compared to those of other leading maritime financial centers in Europe and North America. In this regard, this paper aimed to construct an evaluation index of maritime financial centers in terms of financial ecological environment for the purpose of highlighting the current status of development and suggesting future directions. Furthermore, this paper examined the development of shipping finance in Qingdao as a numerical example using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and compared results with those of Shanghai.

This study developed evaluation indicators for the comfort experience of virtual reality (VR) headsets by classifying, defining, and weighting cybersickness-causing factors using the Delphi research method and analytic hierarchical process (AHP) approach. Four surveys were conducted with 20 experts on VR motion sickness. The expert surveys involved the 1) classification and definition of cybersickness-causing dimensions, classification of sub-factors for each dimension, and selection of evaluation indicators, 2) self-reassessment of the results of each step, 3) validity revaluation, and 4) final weighting calculation. Based on the surveys, the evaluation indicators for the comfort experience of VR headsets were classified into eight sub-factors: field of view (FoV)-device FoV, latency-device latency, framerate-device framerate, V-sync-device V-sync, rig-camera angle view, rig-no-parallax point, resolution-device resolution, and resolution-pixels per inch (PPI). A total of six dimensions and eight sub-factors were identified; sub-factor-based evaluation indicators were also developed.

도서관 서비스 품질평가 도구인 $LibQUAL+^{TM}$에 대한 많은 연구논문이 발표되었으나, $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ 요인과 도서관 서비스 이용의도 사의의 관계를 연구한 사례는 매우 드물다. 본 논문은 Icek Ajzen의 계획적 행위이론을 적용하여 도서관 서비스 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추출하고자 하였다. 이러한 요인을 추출하기 위하여 미국 대학생을 대상으로 웹 설문을 실시하였고, 요인분석 및 다중회귀분석을 통하여 수집된 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 도서관 서비스 이용의도는 도서관에서 제공되는 서비스 품질에 대한 이용자의 태도와 관련이 있었다. 통계분석결과 유의미하게 나타난 태도요인은 이용자가 지각한 (1) 정보원 및 시스템 이용시의 주도성, (2) 서비스 제공 의향정도, (3) 제공되는 정보의 포괄성이었다. $LibQUAL+^{TM}$ 요인간의 상대적 중요도를 측정하였다. 반면에, 이용의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 요인으로는 정보접근의 적시성과 물리적인 공간으로서의 도서관을 지각하는 부분이었다. 본 연구의 의의는 도서관 서비스 품질평가에 대한 연구의 영역을 확장시키고 이용의도를 고려한 새로운 평가 체계를 제시한 점이다.

최근 정부는 수상운송기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 지원정책을 추진하고 있다. 이러한 정책을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 수상운송기업의 경영성과를 평가하고 정책의 모니터링이 필요하다. 이 연구는 통합 FUZZY AHP-PROMETHEE법을 이용하여 우리나라 수상운송기업의 경영성과를 평가하여 우선순위를 선정하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 수상운송기업을 7개의 대상그룹으로 구분하고, 경영성과 평가를 위한 평가항목을 추출한다. 두번째는 전문가 설문조사를 통해 Fuzzy AHP법을 이용하여 평가항목의 중요도를 산정한다. 마지막으로 평가항목의 중요도와 Fuzzy PROMETHEE II법을 결합하여 수상운송기업군의 전체 우선순위를 결정하고 Fuzzy PROMETHEE I법을 이용하여 기업군간의 우선순위를 분석한다. 따라서 제안된 모델에서는 성장성, 생산성, 수익성, 기술성 등 4개의 평가 항목이 추출되었다. 그 결과 기타해상운송업의 경영성과가 가장 높게 나타났고, 내륙수상여객및화물운송업의 경영성과가 가장 낮게 나타났다. 따라서 기타해상운송업은 성과를 지속하기 위해 생산성을 증대해야 하고, 내륙수상여객및화물운송업은 성과향상을 위해 모든 항목을 증대해야 할 것이다.

최근 고령 사회로의 진입으로 헬스케어 서비스의 수요가 확대되고 있다. 하지만 노후를 능동적으로 준비하는 뉴실버세대의 특성을 고려한 GUI연구는 아직 미비한 실정이다. 뉴실버세대는 일반적인 고령자들보다는 정보취득에 대한 거부감이 약하기는 하지만 40대 이하의 젊은 세대들과 정보습득능력의 차이를 보이고 있기 때문에 그들의 신체적, 심리적, 사회적 특성을 고려한 모바일 헬스케어 서비스의 GUI에 대한 연구가 시급하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 미래 의료소비의 중심으로 떠오르고 있는 뉴실버세대가 모바일 헬스케어 서비스를 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위한 GUI평가 가이드를 제안하는 데에 있다. 연구방법은 첫 번째, 문헌연구과 선행연구를 통해 뉴실버세대의 특성을 분석하여 모바일 헬스케어의현황을 파악하였고, 두 번째, 현재 모바일 헬스케어 어플리케이션의 각 분야에서 선호되는 시각구성요소를 분석하여 고령자의 특성에 맞게 모바일 GUI디자인의 사용성 평가 지표를 도출하였다. 세 번째, 도출된 평가 지표를 사용하여 휴리스틱(heuristic)방식을 통하여 57세부터 65세까지의 뉴실버세대 8명을 대상으로 사용성 평가를 진행하였다. 이 연구는 뉴실버세대 사용자의 특성에 맞춰 GUI가이드를 제안함으로써 사용성 향상에 기여하기를 기대하며 동시에 헬스케어 모바일 어플리케이션 개발에 대한 연구가 지속되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

The Performance of U-tube ground heat exchanger for geothermal heat Pump systems depends on the thermal properties of the soil, as well as grout or backfill materials in the borehole. In-situ tests provide a means of estimating some of these properties. In this study, in-situ thermal response tests were completed on two vertical boreholes, 130 m deep with 62 mm diameter high density polyethylene U-tubes. The tests were conducted by adding a monitored amount of heat to water over a $17\~18$ hour period for each vertical boreholes. By monitoring the water temperatures entering and exiting the loop and heat load, overall thermal conductivity values of grout/soil formation were determined. Two parameter estimation models for evaluation of thermal response test data were compared when applied on the same temperature response data. One model is based on line-source theory and the other is a numerical one-dimensional finite difference model. The average thermal conductivity deviation between measured data and these models is of the magnitude $1\%$ to $5\%$.
