Through 3D seepage analysis of pressure relief well installed on the embankment of agricultural reservoir, the effects of reducing pore water pressure and hydraulic gradient, and increasing piping safety, depending on diameter (0.2, 0.4, 0.6 m) and space (10, 25, 50 m) of relief well, were analyzed. The conclusions drawn through this study are as follows. i) At the location of pressure relief well, pore water pressure decreases by 25.3~62.5%, and hydraulic gradient decreases by 22.4~55.7%. ii) Between relief wells, pore water pressure decreases by 2.7~40.3%, and hydraulic gradient decreases by 2.8~47.0%, which are relatively less than at the cross section of installed location of relief well. iii) Piping safety factor by critical hydraulic gradient increases by 28.9~125.6% at the location of relief well and increases by 2.9~88.8% between relief wells. iv) Seepage analysis needs to be performed by the 3D method to make evaluation of seepage at the location of relief well and between relief wells possible. v) Additional evaluation is required for various conditions such as waterhead, engineering characteristics of embankment body and its foundation, location, diameter, spacing and depth of pressure relief well.
Purpose: High-pressure injection(HPI) injury is an injury caused by accidental injection of substances by industrial equipment. HPI injury of the hand is a serious injury that can be potentially devastating. There have been a number of publications on the results of its treatment and its functional outcome of these hands. Unfortunately, the clinical outcomes were unsatisfactory following an initial treatment approach of digital expression of the injection material, elevation, soaks, dressing changes, and antibiotics. Methods: A 43-year-old right handed man sustained a high pressure injection injury to the tip of the left index finger. The injected material was industrial paint thinner. Tissue necrosis was noted at the pulp of the finger. Several debridements and irrigation were required. A pedicled chest flap transfer was performed on the eighteenth day after injury as the dorsal nail complex remained viable. This is a retrospective review of our experience with high-pressure finger injection injury caused by paint. A literature review, retrospective chart and radiologic review were presented. Results: Follow-up length was about 1 year. The injuried hand was left nondominant hand, the index. Patient complaints were cold intolerance, paresthesia, contact pain, and impairment of activities of daily living. Conclusion: The outcome of high-pressure injection injuries of the hand is affected by many factors. The time between injury and operative treatment has been regarded as a key determinant by a number of authors. The nature of the injected material is probably more important. It has been noted by many authors that injuries with paints have a worse outcome than those with oil or grease. This study confirms the fact that high-pressure injection injury caused by paint thinner to the hand is a significant problem. Virtually a patient suffers sequelae of this injury. The injury has significant repercussions for future function and reintegration into the work force.
Aluminum nitride (AlN) is used by the semiconductor industry, and is a compound that is required when manufacturing high thermal conductivity. The AlN films with c-axis orientation and thermal conductivity characteristic were deposited by using the Pulsed Laser Deposition (PLD). The AlN thin films were characterized by changing the deposition conditions. In particular, we have researched the AlN thin film deposited under optimal conditions for growth atmosphere. The epitaxial AlN films were grown on sapphire ($c-Al_2O_3$) single crystals by PLD with AlN target. The AlN films were deposited at a fixed temperature of $650^{\circ}C$, while conditions of nitrogen ($N_2$) pressure were varied between 0.1 mTorr and 10 mTorr. The quality of the AlN films was found to depend strongly on the $N_2$ partial pressure that was exerted during deposition. The X-ray diffraction studies revealed that the integrated intensity of the AlN (002) peak increases as a function the corresponding Full width at half maximum (FWHM) values decreases with lowering of the nitrogen partial pressure. We found that highly c-axis orientated AlN films can be deposited at a substrate temperature of $650^{\circ}C$ and a base pressure of $2{\times}10^{-7}Torr$ in the $N_2$ partial pressure of 0.1 mTorr. Also, it is noted that as the $N_2$ partial pressure decreased, the thermal conductivity increased.
의료산업의 급속한 변화와 의료 및 간호 인력의 증가로 인하여 가상 시험 장치에 대한 개발이 요구되고 있으며 심장 모델링할 수 있는 시뮬레이터와 혈관, 혈류에 대한 실습장비에 대한 개발의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스텝 모터를 이용하여 심장 펌프를 제작하여 동맥과 정맥 혈압, 혈류 시뮬레이션을 위한 장비를 개발하고 그 기능을 평가하고자 한다. 제안 시스템은 심장 시뮬레이션을 위한 펌프와 동맥, 정맥 혈관의 저항을 모사하기 위한 밸브장치 그리고 정맥계의 특성을 나타내는 저감장치로 구성한다. 심장 시뮬레이터는 롱거펌프(BOXER)를 사용하였으며 동맥과 정맥혈관은 실리콘 튜브를 사용하고 저감장치를 설계 및 제작하였다. 그리고 동맥혈압 측정을 위하여 압력센서를 사용하였다. 또한 제안 시스템의 평가를 위하여 심장 박동수는 분당 60회로 혈압의 범위는 50 ~ 100mmHg로 선정하여 측정 혈압과 사람의 혈압을 비교 평가하였다.
연소가스에 의한 내압 조건에서 필라멘트 와인딩 공법으로 제작되는 복합재 연소관은 돔에서 구조적으로 취약해진다. 본 논문에서는 압력분포비(PDR) 변화에 따른 복합재 돔의 파열압력을 비교하기 위해 유한 요소 해석을 수행하였다. 돔 내/외면 응력, 금속 보스 체적을 산출함으로써, 정량적으로 복합재 연소관의 성능을 비교하였다. 그 결과, PDR 2.5-3.0에서 파손 모드의 임계점이 존재함을 확인하였다. PDR 2.5-3.5 설계는 연소관 파열압력의 변동 없이 금속 보스 무게 감량이 가능하며, 돔 형상 및 오프닝 크기에 대해 설계 기준값이 변경되므로 해석 및 시험을 통한 규명이 필요하다.
Fire damage time in high-rise buildings and wildland fire increasing every year. The use of high-pressure fire pumps is required to effectively extinguish fires. Reflecting the curvature effect of the fire hose occurring at the actual fire fighting site, this study provides a database of pressure drop, discharge velocity and maximum discharge height through C FD numerical analysis and it can provide using standards for fire extinguishing. Two Reynolds numbers of 200000 and 400000 were numerically analyzed at 0° -180° bending with water of 25℃ as a working fluid in hoses with a diameter of 65mm, a length of 15m, and a radius of curvature of 130mm. Realizable k-ε turbulence model was used and standard wall function was used. The pressure drop increases as the bending angle increases, and the maximum value at 90° and then decreases. The increasing rate is greater than the decrease. The velocity of the secondary flow also decreases after having the maximum value at 90°. The decreasing rate is greater than the increase. The turbulent kinetic energy increases to 120° and decreases with the maximum value. Pressure drop, velocity of the secondary flow, and turbulence kinetic energy are measured larger in the second bending region than in the first bending region.
Monopile foundations of offshore wind turbines embedded in soft clay are subjected to the long-term cyclic lateral loads induced by winds, currents, and waves, the vibration of monopile leads to the accumulation of pore pressure and cyclic strains in the soil in its vicinity, which poses a threat to the safety operation of monopile. The researchers mainly focused on the hysteretic stress-strain relationship of soft clay and kinds of stiffness degradation models have been adopted, which may consume considerable computing resources and is not applicable for the long-term bearing performance analysis of monopile. In this study, a modified cyclic stiffness degradation model considering the effect of plastic strain and pore pressure change has been proposed and validated by comparing with the triaxial test results. Subsequently, the effects of cyclic load ratio, pile aspect ratio, number of load cycles, and length to embedded depth ratio on the accumulated rotation angle and pore pressure are presented. The results indicate the number of load cycles can significantly affect the accumulated rotation angle of monopile, whereas the accumulated pore pressure distribution along the pile merely changes with pile diameter, embedded length, and the number of load cycles, the stiffness of monopile can be significantly weakened by decreasing the embedded depth ratio L/H of monopile. The stiffness degradation of soil is more significant in the passive earth pressure zone, in which soil liquefaction is likely to occur. Furthermore, the suitability of the "accumulated rotation angle" and "accumulated pore pressure" design criteria for determining the required cyclic load ratio are discussed.
In analyzing the operational characteristics of a rice whitening machine, the internal radial pressure of the machine was measured using strain gage equipment. Changes in cylinder and feed screw configurations, screen type, cylinder speed and counter-pressure levels were examined to determine their impact on the quality and quantity of milled rice and the performance of the machine. The results are summarized as follows: 1. The internal radial pressure in the whitening chamber varied with the surface condition of the grain being processed. During the first or second pass through the machine, pressure was relatively low, reached a maximum after two to three passes with combinations I and II, three to six with combination III and then began to fall. 2. The pitch of the feed screw and the size of the feed gate opening which determine the rate of entry of grain into the whitening chamber, appeared to be the most important factor aff-::cting the degree of radial pressure, quality and quantity of milled rice and the efficiency of the machine. Using a feed screw with a wide pitch (4.8cm), radial pressure was relatively high and head rice recovery ratio \vere quite low. In this case capacity and machine effic?iency were much higher than obtained when using a feed screw with a narrow pitch (2.3cm). Very significant responses in radial pressure, head rice recovery rates and machine capacity were observed with changes in cylinder speed and counter-pressure levels when using the wide pitch feed screw. 3. The characteristics of the screen which surrounds the whitening chamber had an important effect on whitening efficiency. The existence of small protuberances on the original screen resulted in significant increases in both machine capacity and efficiency but without a significant decrease in head rice recovery or development of excessive radial pressure. Further work is required to determine the effects of screen surface conditions and the shape of the cylinderical steel roller on the rate of bran removal, machine efficiency and recovery rates. The size of the slotted perforations 0:1 the screen affects total milled rice recovery. The opening size on the original screen was fabricated to accommodate the round shape of Japonica rice varieties but was not suitable for the more slender Indica type. Milling Indica varieties with this screen resulted in a reduction in total milled rice recovery. 4. An increase in cylinder speed from 380 to 820 rpm produced a positive effect on head rice recovery for all machine combinations at every level of counter-pressure used in the tests. Head rice recovery was considerably lower at 380rpm using a wide screw pitch when compared to the results obtained at speeds from 600 to 820 r.p.m. The effects of cylinder speed On radial pressure, capacity and machine efficiency showed contrasting results, depending on the width of the feed screw pitch. With a narrow feed screw pitch (2.3cm), a direct proportional relationship was observed bet?ween cylinder speed and both radial pressure and machine efficiency. In contrast, using a 4.8 centimeter pitch feed roller produced a series of inverse relationships between the above variables. Based on the results of this study it is recommended when milling Indica type long grain rice varieties that the cylinder speed of the original machine be increased from 500-600 rmp up to a minimum of 800 rpm to obtain a greater abrasive effect between the grain and the screen. The pitch of the feed screw should be also reduced to decr?ease the level of internal radial pressure and to obtain higher machine efficiency and increased quality of milled rice with increased cylinder speeds. Further study on the interaction between cylinder speed and feed screw pitch is recommended. 5. An increase in the counter pressure level produced a negative effect On the head rice recovery with an increase in radial pressure, capacity, and machine efficiency over all combinations and at every level of cylinder speed. 6. Head rice recovery rates were conditioned primarily by the pressure inside the whitening chamber. 본 연구에서는 터빈 전효율의 불확도에 영향을 미치는 측정변수들의 불확도에 대한 영향을 실험의 결과로부터 분석하였다. 실험에 사용된 터빈은 축류형 3차원 단단터빈으로써 평균반경에서 반동도가 0.373이며 상온저압 상태에서 실험이 수행되었다. 입구전압력과 출구전압력에 의하여 발생되는 불확도는 전효율의 불확도에 전파되는 영향이 상당히 크게 나타나므로 상온저압시험에서는 높은 정밀도를 갖는 압력계를 사용하여야 한다. 측전변수의 불확도가 효율의 불확도에 차지하는 영향은 토오크에 의하여 발생되는 불확도가 가장 크게 나타났으며 회전수의 불확도가 가장 적었다. 토오크의 불확도 영향은 회전수의 증가에 따라 증가하는 경향이 있다. 전압력의 경우는 출그측에서의 불확도가 입구측에 비하여 영향력이 크게 나타났다.

① NDSL에서 제공하는 모든 저작물의 저작권은 원저작자에게 있으며, KISTI는 복제/배포/전송권을 확보하고
있습니다.
② NDSL에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 상업적 및 기타 영리목적으로 복제/배포/전송할 경우 사전에 KISTI의 허락을
받아야 합니다.
③ NDSL에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 보도, 비평, 교육, 연구 등을 위하여 정당한 범위 안에서 공정한 관행에
합치되게 인용할 수 있습니다.
④ NDSL에서 제공하는 콘텐츠를 무단 복제, 전송, 배포 기타 저작권법에 위반되는 방법으로 이용할 경우
저작권법 제136조에 따라 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만 원 이하의 벌금에 처해질 수 있습니다.
제 14 조 (유료서비스)
① 당 사이트 및 협력기관이 정한 유료서비스(원문복사 등)는 별도로 정해진 바에 따르며, 변경사항은 시행 전에
당 사이트 홈페이지를 통하여 회원에게 공지합니다.
② 유료서비스를 이용하려는 회원은 정해진 요금체계에 따라 요금을 납부해야 합니다.
제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한
제 15 조 (계약 해지)
회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 하는 때에는 [가입해지] 메뉴를 이용해 직접 해지해야 합니다.
제 16 조 (서비스 이용제한)
① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는
경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 2년 이상 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 경우
- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
