  • This study intends to investigate the impact of leadership style on civil servants' (in 4 ministries representatives of the Indonesian government) readiness to change and relocate to the future capital of Indonesia (Ibu Kota Nusantara / IKN). The quantitative approach was used from the data survey from 62 high-level civil servant representatives using a questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using the SPSS software and exploratory factor analysis (EFA). The findings also indicated that, out of the 12 indicators of leadership style measured in this study, persuasion and integration leadership style should be considered crucial and important factors in shaping supportive behavior in the context of readiness for change. Making the relocation process successful requires avoiding the type of initiation structure leadership style. The finding of this study reveals that to choose the best leaders, the Indonesian government is urged to use these two criteria (persuasion and integration leadership style), especially for those in charge of facilitating the relocation process to IKN. Additionally, to demonstrate their confidence and make full use of their resources, leaders who are in command must be able to anticipate that the relocation of civil servants would go smoothly with less risk.

  • Public disapproval of National Assembly is resulted not only from the structural peculiarity of its decision-making process, but from the gap between public expectation of the National Assembly and its performance. While Korean electorate, being interested in politics with relatively high level of political efficacy, hold higher expectation from politics, the National Assembly fails to satisfy public expectation. In particular, irresponsible behaviors of representatives and the crippled operation of the National assembly are responsible for the low level of public trust to it. Institutional reform and individual efforts of representatives are necessary to promote public trust toward the National Assembly.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between factors affecting the quality of life (QOL) of call center representatives by applying the PRECEDE model to structural equation modeling. The subjects of the survey were 695 consultants engaged in inbound work at four call centers in D metropolitan city. Data collection was conducted using structured, self-administered questionnaires from November 15th to December 5th, 2016. The results of this study show that the QOL of the reps was significantly negatively correlated with mental health and emotional labor but significantly positively correlated with work environment, self-efficacy, organizational support, and organizational commitment. The results of structural model analysis show that mental health had a negative influence on QOL, whereas work environment and self-efficacy had a positive influence. In addition, emotional labor had a negative effect on mental health, but organizational commitment and work environment had lowered emotional labor level. In addition, organizational support had enhanced employee self-efficacy and organizational commitment, and organizational commitment had mitigated emotional labor. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a health promotion program to improve the QOL of call center reps.

  • See and feel the emotion recognition is the image of a person variously changed according to the environment, personal disposition. Thus, the image recognition has been focused on the emotional sensibilities computer you want to control the number studies. However, existing emotional computing model is numbered and the objective is clearly insufficient measurement conditions. Thus, through quantifiable image Emotion Recognition and emotion computing, is a study of the situation requires an objective assessment scheme. In this paper, the sensitivity was represented by numbered sizes quantified according to the image recognition calculation emotion. So apply the principal attributes of the color image emotion recognition as a configuration parameter. In addition, in calculating the color sensitivity by applying a digital computing focused research. Image color emotion computing research approach is the color of emotion attribute, brightness, and saturation reflects the weighted according to importance to the emotional scores. And free-degree by applying the sensitivity point to the image sensitivity formula (X), the tone (Y-axis) is calculated as a number system. There pleasure degree (X-axis), the tension and position the position of the image point that the sensitivity of the emotional coordinate crossing (Y-axis). Image color coordinates by applying the core emotional effect of Russell (Core Affect) is based on the 16 main representatives emotion. Thus, the image recognition sensitivity and compares the number size. Depending on the magnitude of the sensitivity scores demonstrate this sensitivity must change. Compare the way the images are divided up the top five of emotion recognition emotion emotions associated with 16 representatives, and representatives analyzed the concentrated emotion sizes. Future studies are needed emotional computing method of calculation to be more similar sensibility and human emotion recognition.

  • The lowest amount of heavy metals was found outside the city (25 km away), the highest amount was found near the thermoelectric power plant, and the average amount was discovered in the central part of the city. The presence of heavy metals in soil samples resulted in reduction of several important soil characteristics (pH, humus content, soil "breathing"). Use of simple and quick methods to examine soil with high heavy metals pollution resulted in the discovery of a pedobiota group, consisting of nematodes, fungi (genus Fusarium) and Protozoa which indicated the toxicity of the Almaty city soils.

  • We provide an useful method to design codebooks with better performance than conventional methods. In the proposed method, new codevectors obtained by learning iterations are not the centroid vectors which is the representatives of partitions, but the vectors manipulated by the distance between new codevectors and old codevectors in the early stages of learning iteration. Experimental results show that the codevectors in the obtained by the proposed method converge to a better locally optimal codebook.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop Semantic Differential Scales with Tailored Jacket. Sixteen slides were made from selected Jacket which were representatives of four types of Jackets. The slides were shown to college students and graduate school students. The students were asked to describe their responses to each slide in Korean adjectives. In order to extract the representative and the frequency each adjective was calculated. As a results, 35 adjectives-elegant, graceful, neat, mature, slim, formal, natural, brisk, comfortable, etc-were selected. Therefore the Semantic Differential Scales composed of 35 pairs adjectives were developed.

  • K-means clustering has been widely used in many applications, such that pattern analysis, data analysis, market research and so on. It can identify dense and sparse regions among data attributes or object attributes. But k-means algorithm requires many hours to get k clusters, because it is more primitive and explorative. In this paper we propose a new method of k-means clustering using the grid-based representative value(arithmetic and trimmed mean) for sample. It is more fast than any traditional clustering method and maintains its accuracy.
