  • In this paper, we conducted a study that utilizes deep learning to calculate appropriate physical exercise information when basic human factors such as sex, age, height, and weight of users come in. To apply deep learning, a method was applied to calculate the amount of fat needed to calculate the amount of one repetition maximum by utilizing the structure of the basic Deep Neural Network. By applying Accuracy improvement methods such as Relu, Weight initialization, and Dropout to existing deep learning structures, we have improved Accuracy to derive a lean body weight that is closer to actual results. In addition, the results were derived by applying a formula for calculating the one repetition maximum load on upper and lower body movements for use in actual physical exercise. If studies continue, such as the way they are applied in this paper, they will be able to suggest effective physical exercise options for different conditions as well as conditions for users.

  • This paper examines the destruction behavior of NPN BJT (bipolar junction transistor) by repetition pulse. The injected pulse has a rise time of 1 ns and the maximum peak voltage of 2 kV. Pulse was injected into the base of transistor. Transistor was destroyed, current flows even when the base power is turned off. Cause the destruction of the transistor is damaged by heat. Breakdown voltage of the transistor is 975 V at single pulse, and repetition pulse is 525~575 V. Pulse repetition rate increases, the DT (destruction threshold) is reduced. Pulse Repetition rate is high, level of transistor destruction is more serious.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship of one repetition maximum between flat bench press exercise and incline bench press exercise, and so 40 male students of U-university were sampled purposedly, who were skilled in flat bench press and incline bench press exercises. After measuring lRM of each exercise by free barbell weight, the correlation analysis and the simple regression analysis were examined by using SPSS 120 at a significance level .05. The conclusions were as follows; Firstly, it was identified that 1RM of flat bench press exercise and incline bench press exercise were $89.2{\pm}25.9kg$, $67.1{\pm}22.1kg$ respectively, and the coefficient of correlation between two variables was 0.969, so the relationship was positive correlation. Secondly, it was identified that the regression equation predicted 1RM of incline bench press exercise was significant actually and statistically, so it was expressed that the equation was -6.648 + 0.827 (1RM of flat bench press exercise).

  • Zero current switching(ZCS) series resonant converter is used to control laser power density in a pulsed Nd:YAG laser power supply. The high power and high repetition rate paused Nd:YAG laser is designed and fabricated to control current pulse width and pulse repetition rate in the double elliptical laser oscillator. In order to find out operational characteristics of pulsed Nd:YAG laser, the electrical properties of driving power supply and laser output power are investigated and experimented by changing of the current pulse width from 200uS to 350uS(step 50uS) and pulse repetition rate range of 500pps(pulse per second) to 1150pps. From that result, we obtaind maximum efficiency of 1.83% and maximum laser output or 220W at the condition of 350 uS and 1150pps with one Nd:YAG rod), and obtained that of more than 400W with two laser head connecting series.

  • Background: This study investigated effective posture for gluteus medius rehabilitation training and effects of isometric muscle activity by electrophysiology through EMG while performing dynamic isotonic behavior of weight placed differently on upper limbs. Method: 16 healthy male subjects 20 to 29 years of age volunteered for the study. Lateral stabilizer right gluteus medius activity was assessed using EMG while the right lower extremity maintains single limb support, and the left upper extremity elevation movement maintains 5 seconds without load, 1RM to 1 repetition, 5RM to 5 times, 10RM to 10 times, 5RM and 10RM maintain 5sec. Results: Comparison of the mean value of EMG data showed a statistically more significant difference in upper extremity elevation movement on opposite upper extremity added weight than one that was not added on a single limb weight bearing posture(p>.05). Weight supported side gluteus medius activity for 1RM, 5RM, 10RM weight difference and movement repetition did not differ(p>.05). Comparison in maximum value showed statistically significant differences in not adding weight on upper limb elevation exercise and 1RM, 5RM, 10RM repeated behavior. Elevation behavior and repetition appeared over 70% of MVIC. Conclusion: Unilateral weight bearing stance added weight in the opposite upper limb elevation movement was an indirect exercise to effectively stimulate gluteus medius activity. Applying various added weight will have effective exercise on the early stages of rehabilitation because activity gluteus medius did not differ through added weight.

  • Background and Objectives : Syllable Maximum Repetition Rate(MRR) is ability to repeat rapidly the articulators and is assessed for oromechanism function as one of the MPT. MRR is measured by rate(counts/sec), also simultaneously considered accuracy and consistency. The objective of the present was to examine stimuli effects and age and sex differences for MRR. Materials and Method : This study was participated 60 normal males and females(1 : 1) who were divided into two groups young(<40 years old) and old($\geq$40 years old). Stimuli were $/{P^=}a/,/{t^=}a/,/{k^=}a/,/{P^h}a/,/{t^h}a/,/{k^h}a/,/{P^=}{at^=}{ak^=}a/$ for, manner(tense and aspirated) of articulation, $/{p^h}{at^h}{ak^h}a/,/{t^h}{ap^h}{ak^h}a/$ for the effect of the order of syllable, glide /u-i/ for coordination of lip and tongue, interrupted vowel /i/ for laryngeal function. Results : There were little differences in two age groups and sex and manner of articulation for MRR tasks. The fastest average MRR of the single syllable included in this study was $/{t^=}a/$. significant differences existed between MRR for ${p^h}{at^h}{ak^h}a/ and /{t^h}{ap^h}{ak^h}a/$, which suggested that MRR was affected by the order of the syllables. MRR for interrupted vowel /i/ was about 2 counts/sec slower than average rate of 1 syllables. Conclusion : From these results, the order of the syllables was a crucial variable in MRR. rather than age or sex. There were no difference age, sex and manner of rate. The interrupted vowel repetition rate was slightly slow used and can provide basic information to assess the speech mechanism and can be useful to develop effective stimuli to differentiate the disordered group from normal.

  • The development of a compact two-wavelength Nd:YAG laser for dental and ENT applications is presented. The Nd:YAG resonator generates either 1.06$\mu$m or 1.32$\mu$m. The wavelength selection is made at the control panel. The Nd:YAG laser parameters at 1.06$\mu$m are ; the maximum pulse duration of 150$\mu$s, repetition rates of I-100Hz, and the maximum average power of 25W. At 1.32$\mu$m, the pulse duration is the same where the repetition rates and the maximum average power are I-30Hz and lOW respectively. High voltage power supply consists of a simmer module and two identical high voltage DC converters. In order to make a complete medical laser system, an optical fiber delivery unit, foot pedal and water spray handpiece are also developed. The wavelength selection is reliable since no movement of optical or mechanical components is required. The high voltage power supply is compact, easy to be maintained and applicable for other laser systems due to its modular design.

  • Picosecond lasers are a very effective tool for micromachining metals, especially when high accuracy, high surface roughness and no heat affected zone are required. However, low productivity has been a limit to broadening the spectrum of their industrial applications. Recently it was reported that in the micromachining of copper with a 1064nm picosecond laser, there exist the optimal pulse energy and repetition rate to achieve the maximum volume ablation rate. In this paper, we used a 515nm picosecond laser, which is more efficient for micromachining copper in terms of laser energy absorption, to obtain its optimal pulse energy and repetition rate. Theoretical analysis based on the experimental data on copper ablation showed that using a 515nm picosecond laser instead of a 1064nm picosecond laser is more favorable in that the calculated threshold fluence is 75% lower and optical penetration depth is 50% deeper.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference in the number of repetitions and the change in electromyographic response during the maximum speed squat exercise according to the depth conditions and the maximum speed squat exercise according to the time of each depth. Ten men in their 20s were selected as subjects and the maximum speed squat was performed for one minute in three environmental conditions (ground, knee depth, waist depth). We found that the number of repetitions according to the depth of water showed a significant difference, and as a result of the post-mortem comparison, the number of repetitions was higher in the ground condition and the knee depth than in the waist depth. And the muscle activity of rectus abdominis, erector spinae, rectus femoris, biceps femoris was increased during ground squat exercise, activity of all muscle was decreased during knee depth squat exercise, and activity of rectus abdominis, erector spinae, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius was decreased during waist depth squat. In conclusion, muscle activity of lower extremities during squat exercise in underwater environment can be lowered as the depth of water is deep due to buoyancy, but muscle activity of trunk muscles can be increased rather due to the effect of viscosity and drag.

  • For the purpose of application to new natural dyestuff, the dyeability of Rubus coreanus Miquel extract was analyzed. It was dyed in silk fabric according to various dye concentration, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, and dyeing repetition. And the effects of mordanting conditions were examined as color differences and color fastnesses. The maximum absorbance of Rubus coreanus Miquel extract was at 521 nm. The dyeaffinities were increased gradually as were increased dye concentration, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, and dyeing repetition. The dyeaffinity was increased at pre-mordanted condition, and color difference was increased distinctly at post mordanted condition. The hues of mordanted silk fabrics were RP, P, PB, BG where as non mordanted silk fabric was R. Lightfastness was the best at pre-Sn mordanted and the worst at Post-Al mordanted. Washing and perspiration fastnesses were improved on pre and post-Sn mordanted.
