There have been large concerns about survivability defined as the capability of a system to perform a mission-critical role, in a timely manner, in the presence of attacks, failures. In this Paper, we applied self-healing mechanism utilizing two factors of self-healing mechanism (fault model and system response), the core technology of autonomic computing to secure the protection power of the ITS and consisted of a state transition diagram of the ITS composed of a primary server and a backup server. We also defined the survivability, availability, and downtime cost of the ITS, and then performed studies on simulation experiments and two cases of vulnerability attack. Simulation results show that intrusion tolerance capability at the initial state is more important than coping capability at the attack state in terms of the dependability enhancement.
Purpose - The convenience store business sector in South Korea has contributed to economic growth and job creation, and the growth potential of this market segment remains very high. In addition, service value is a more important factor than price in determining purchase intention. Research in the convenience store market is relatively very low compared to other retail sectors. In particular, research on service quality for the convenience of retailers who examine and analyze customer behavior and service quality factors used in the convenience store side of the situation is very inadequate. We have investigated the relationship of store service quality, service satisfaction, and store loyalty. In addition, we have examined the way service value moderates the relationship among these variables. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire was developed using modified and supplementary questions based on the KD-SQS and RSQS models. The study suggested a theoretical model composed of 15 hypotheses on the relations between theoretic variables, and surveys conducted with consumers in discount stores in the Seoul and Gyunggi Metropolitan area in order to verify the hypotheses. We used the SPSS/PC statistical packages to analyze the results. The number of surveys used was 227. Moreover, a structural equating model was also used to analyze the reliability and validity of the composing elements and to verify the suggested hypotheses. Results - The overall results of this study are as follows. First, all service quality elements have a significant effect on service satisfaction. Second, all service quality elements have a significant effect on store loyalty. Third, service satisfaction has a significant effect on store loyalty. Finally, when the participants were divided into high and low service value the results of the multiple regression analyses showed that only the relationship between policy of service quality and satisfaction, and human interaction and policy of service quality and loyalty were significant. The implications are discussed based on the findings of the study. Conclusions - First, through direct hypotheses testing, we confirmed that the convenience service quality positively impacts the service satisfaction and loyalty of buyers. In particular, the reliability, origin benefit, and promotion were found to have more influence on satisfaction and loyalty of consumers of a convenience store. Further, for the service quality of the convenience for the consumer loyalty, greater human interaction was a high-value and statistically significantly higher than the degree of improvement in consumer loyalty. This underscores the importance of education and human services management of employees working in a convenience store. In particular, frequent changes in personnel generate results that negatively impact loyalty with customers. These results may lead to a serious problem in the economics of the store. Therefore, it should enhance the value of services through the establishment of training and compensation for employees. In addition, a certain educational level is required as well as a basis for compensation and retention.
This study was aimed to analyze the wedding servicescape color combination image focusing on the comparison between hotel banquet hall, general wedding hall and sanctuary. The survey was conducted among 400 customers(aged from 20~39 years old) who lived in Seoul and Kyunggi Province and 315 were analyzed. The statistical data analyses were performed using SPSS/WIN 17.0 and reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, color image of wedding hall were classified into 3 factors: delicateness, nobleness, and vivaciousness. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, wedding hall color image were shown 'clear' 3.60, 'mild' 3.50, 'delicate' 3.38. Comparison among wedding hall types, 'vivaciousness' was 3.00 at general wedding hall, 'nobleness' was 3.64 at hotel banquet hall, and 'delicateness' was 3.60 at hotel banquet hall. Demographic differences of wedding hall color image were found by sex, marital status, monthly income but not by age, education and occupation. The results of this study will serve as a basis of wedding hall color marketing researches.
This study was aimed to investigate the effects of restaurant in-store color and music congruency on consumer's emotional responses and behavioral intentions. The web survey was conducted among 400 customers(aged from 20~39 years old) who lived in Seoul and Kyunggi, Incheon Province. To find ensemble effect of color and music, 3D studio MAX were used to make high-stimulus(exciting) and low-stimulus(calm) and 3D virtual reality restaurant simulation stimulus were applied. The statistical data analyses were performed using SPSS/WIN 18.0 and reliability analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis were used. Based on the result of the conducting factor analysis, emotional responses were classified into 2 factors: positive emotion and negative emotion. Satisfaction was classified into 1 factor: satisfaction. Loyalty was classified into 1 factor: loyalty. Cronbach's alpha was calculated for the reliability of the survey instrument. Consequently, restaurant in-store color and music congruency were shown to affect positive emotion and negative emotion. Positive emotion and negative emotion were shown to affect satisfaction. Satisfaction were shown to affect loyalty. Music congruency had a higher effect on positive emotion than color congruency. Color congruency had a higher effect on negative emotion than music congruency. The results of this study will serve as a basis of color and music congruency with restaurant atmospherics.
To identify the satisfaction level towards Gwangju regional TV broadcasting company's program, "I Like the Market" and the effect of market vitalization on the market merchants' public relationships, this study carried out survey targeting 256 merchants who are residing at the region. The research results demonstrated that the satisfaction level towards the program and market vitalization via the program exert significant effect on the public relationships. Specifically, satisfaction level towards the program for the vitalization of regional broadcast exert effect in the following order; devotion, relationship and reliability. Meanwhile, market vitalization exert positive effect on the relationship, reliability and devotion, in the order mentioned. This implies that the development of quality program for the regional residents plays an important role in the convergence of regional broadcast and in increasing broadcasting company's brand image. Accordingly, positive interaction via regional vitalization when it comes to the formation of regional broadcast program going forth may be needed for regional broadcast policies.
The purpose of this study was to investigate characteristics of Blockchain to introduce Blockchain technology to the medical industry. Thus, the 5 factors such as Security, Availability, Reliability, Diversity and Economic feasibility were used as the characteristics of Blockchain, which are independent variable, based on precedent studies. Also, Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) that are widely used in the research on Acceptance Intention in order to introduce new technology accept was utilized for intervening variable and dependent variable. For the purpose of this study, the health professionals and ordinary people were classified into health care providers and medical service consumers respectively to conduct survey and comparative analysis. The researching findings discovered that Hypothesis1-1(Security-Perceived Easiness-Acceptance Intention), Hypothesis2-1(Security-Perceived Usefulness-Acceptance Intention) and Hypothesis 3-1(Security-Perceived Easiness-Perceived Usefulness-Acceptance Intention) were rejected in all participants including health professionals and ordinary people. Additionally, all characteristics of Blockchain such as Availability, Reliability, Diversity and Economic feasibility were rejected in Hypothesis3-2 and Hypothesis 3-5 that pass through Easiness and Usefulness to Acceptance Intention, in case of the medical service consumers. Thus, this study discovered and confirmed that there's difference between the health care providers and medical service in the characteristics of Blockchain, as they pass through Perceived Easiness and Perceived Usefulness to Acceptance Intention. The significance of this study can be found, as it suggested activation plan through empirical analysis, which was hardly ever used in the study on Blockchain activation.
This study was conducted to present comprehensive professionalism measurement tools suitable for hospital administration staffs. The study used measurement tools related to the psychological and behavioral characteristics of individuals used in prior studies for administration staffs at general hospitals and hospitals. Factor analysis and reliability analysis were conducted to verify the validity and internal relevance. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that composed of 5 factors, and that the total reliability was 94.4%, which was very reasonable as a comprehensive professionalism measurement tool. Therefore, each component was defined as Confidence of Job performance, Salary Adequacy, Pride in Duties, Ability to achieve work goals, and Work Autonomy in order to provide a clear meaning. Professionalism from a modern perspective is a broader concept than traditional professionalism, including the subjective perceptions of job values and individuals' their abilities. Therefore, comprehensive professionalism measurement tools presented in this study will be very suitable and useful for hospital administration staffs.

Objects : This study was carried out to develop the Korean form of Leyton Obsessional Inventory-Child Version(LOI-CV) designed to assess the obsessive compulsive symptoms in children and adolescents. The LOI-CV was modified into a paper-and-pencil form in order to administer it to group. Methods : We applied the Korean form LOI-CV to 127 elementary, middle and high school children, and retest it to 82 children with 3 weeks interval. Together with LOI-CV, Korean form of SCL-90-R which had been proved its reliability and validity, were administered to the all subjects for examining of concurrent validity. And then we examined whether this scale discriminates between obsessive patients, psychiatric controls and normal controls in the level of obsessive symptoms. Results : Test-retest reliability, internal consistency were very satisfactory. Concurrent validity with SCL-90-R was moderate level. And obsessive patients was scored significantly higher than psychiatric and normal controls in the level of obsessive symptoms. In factor analysis, items are clustered to 5 factors. In the global obsessive symptom, obsessive scores of female elimentary school students were higher than that of male students. Conclusions : These results indicate that the Korean form of LOI-CV is reliable and valid self-rating scale to assess the obsessive-compulsive symptoms in Korean children and adolescents. Author suggests that future research is needed for Korean version standardization study in normal and clinic-refered population.
The elevated standard of living and increased interest in health and well-being have caused customers to expect a role. Consumers are more and more interested in food service merchandise development. The purpose of this paper is to perform a discriminant analysis of merchandise development policies based on customer participation strategies. Statistical techniques employed included the reliability analysis and the discriminant analysis. The current thesis is based on the 350-questionnaire-survey conducted from July 1 to July 31, 2008 at five food service companies in Seoul and Gwangju. The data collected for this study was analyzed with frequency analysis, reliability analysis, validation analysis, factor analysis, and discriminant analysis using the SPSS 12.0 package program. The results of the test of the hypotheses can be summarized as follows: the analysis shows that there is significant difference between the active groups and the passive groups in all the merchandise development related factors, market directivity, and customer satisfaction directivity. Thus, food service management needs to apply customer participation strategies aggressively.
Application of the soil nailing method is continuously extended in maintaining stable excavations and slopes. Occasionally, however, ground anchor support system may not be used because of space limitations in urban excavation sites nearby the existing structures. In this case, soil nailing system with relatively short length of nails could be efficiently adopted as an alternative method. The general soil nailing support system, however, may result in excessive deformations particularly in an excavation zone of the existing weak subsoils. Pretensioning the soil nails then, could play important roles in reducing deformations mainly in an upper part of the nailed-soil excavation system as well as improving local stability. In the present study, the analytical procedure and design technique are proposed to evaluate maximum pretension force and stability of the pretensioned soil nailing system. Also proposed are techniques to determine the required thickness of a shotcrete facing and to estimate probability of a failure against the punching shear. The predicted results are compared with the limited measurements obtained from the excavation site constructed by using the pretensioned soil nails. Based on the proposed procedure and technique, effects of the radius of a influence circle and dilatancy angle on the thickness of a shotcrete facing, bonded length and safety factors are analyzed. In addition, effects of the reduction of deformations expected by pretensioning of the soil nails are examined in detail throughout an illustrative example and FLAC$^{2D}$ program analysis.s.
