The purpose of this study was to reveal relations between fashions and economic by analyzing the fashion style expressed in women magazine advertisements. The method of this study was used content analysis with 1933 samples in women magazine ('Women Sense', 'Yeosung Dong-A', and 'Jubu Saeng-hwal') which were issued in March, June, September, and December from 1994 to 2002. The data analyses were divided six elements: silhouette, color, pattern, length of skirt & slacks, adjustment, and breadth of collar lapel. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The silhouette of the period before and after economic crisis was expressed in square silhouette. 2. The color of the period before economic crisis was expressed in white and black. The period after economic crisis was expressed in white, warm colors, secondary colors with black. 3. The pattern was expressed in plain pattern. 4. The length of skirt & slacks was expressed in various lengths. 5. The Adjustment was expressed in single button. 6. The breadth of collar lapel of the period before economic crisis was expressed in large breadth. The period after economic crisis was expressed in small breadth.

Background : Tinnitus is a common symptom in outpatients of Otolarygology but has no correct diagnosis and effective treatment. Patients with tinnitus experienced the disorder to a degree that their quality of life and productivity are impaired. Objective : This study was conducted to investigate the change of THI score, the number of attending symptoms for the Korean medical treatment. And we investigated that the interrelationship is in existence as sex, age. Methods : Fatty patients were recruited in this study who was ill with tinnitus. They wrote out the questionnaire about tinnitus and the Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI) before and after treatment. The Korean medical treatment include a herb remedy, acupuncture. Result : THI score changed before and after treatment remarkably, and the number of attending sysmptoms also decreased noticeably. Relativity of questionnaires before and after treatment has difference as sex and age. Conclusion : Before and after treatment, the patients's THI score change significantly. In this study, the Korean medicine has effect on patients's quality of life with tinnitus. We expect that this study inform the effect of Korean Medicine about tinnitus and THI is the good questionnaire for measureing quality of patients' life with tinnitus for Korean medical doctors.

The characterization of the MHC of domestic animals may constitute a first step towards increasing the efficiency of food production through improved disease resistance. In order to study the role of the MHC in regulating immune response it is first necessary to identify the different MHC alleles. In this research we try to investigate the possible associations between BoLA of Korean native cattles and infectious cattle disease. For this purpose we used one approach, serology. The results were summarized as follows : 1. Korean native cattle's lymphocyte reacted with alloantisera which recognized seven official BoLA allele. Korean native cattle's lymphocytes were reacted same as European breeds(especially with 673/3(W20)). 2. Korean native cattle's lymphocytes reacted with alloantisera 773/2, 673/3, 638/3, 773/3, 602/2, 639/2 and 639/3 at high reaction frequency. But alloantisera 642/1 was not expressed on Korean native cattle. If this allele, recognized by alloantisera(642/1), officially certificate In BoLA workshop it will be characterization factor of Korean native cattle. 3. According to cellular similarity index, we can presume on genetic relativity which has no family relationship.

Due to the remarkable development of the GIS and spatial information technology, the information on the national land and scientific management are disseminated. According to the result of research for an efficient analysis of forest site, it presents distinguishing of satellite image and methodology of TPI (Topographic Position Index). The prediction of forest site distribution through this research, specified Gyeongju-si area, gives an effect to distinguishing honor system through Quickbird image with the resolution 0.6m. Furthermore it was carried out through TPI grid that is abstracted by DEM, slope of study area and type of topography, as well as it put its operation on analysis and verification of relativity between the result of prediction on forest site distribution and the field survey report. It distinguishes distribution of country rock that importantly effects to producing of soil, using 1: 5000 forest maps and grasping distribution type of soil using satellite image and TPI, it is supposed to provide a foundation of the result on prediction of forest site. With the GIS techniques of analysis, inclination of discussion, altitude, etc, and using high resolution satellite image and TPI, it is considered to be capable to provide more exact basis information of forest resources, management of forest management both in rational and efficient.

The gravitational radiation capture between unequal mass black holes without spins is investigated with numerical relativistic simulations, and compared with the Post-Newtonian approximations. The parabolic approximation which assumes that the gravitational radiation from a weakly hyperbolic orbit is the same as that from the parabolic orbit is adopted. Using the radiated energies from the parabolic orbit simulations, we have obtained the impact parameters (b) of the gravitational radiation captures for weakly hyperbolic orbits with respect to the initial energy. The most energetic encounters occur around the boundary between the direct merging and the fly-by orbits, and we find that several percent of the total ADM initial energy can be emitted at the peak. The equal mass BHs emit more energies than unequal mass BHs at the same initial orbital angular momentum in the case of the fly-by orbits. The impact parameters obtained with numerical relativity deviate from those in Post-Newtonian when the encounter is very strong ($b{\leq}100M$), and the deviations are more conspicuous at the high mass ratio.

This paper is mainly on the epistemology of "Dodeok-gyeong(道德經)" and "Hwangje-Naegyeong(黃帝內經)", and the relation of each other. Amog the conclusions, following things are worth mention. The point of "Dodeok-gyeong" can be said as the epistemological "Do(道)". When it expressed as something, it cannot be the original form. This principle can be applied to "Hwangje-Naegyeong" in the flow of Gi(氣) and in the property of movement of Eumyang-Ohaeng(陰陽五行). In "Dodeok-gyeong", the notions of the relativity of all things, come out as inter promotion and interacting. It can be related to the typical etiology and pathology of the Eastern medicine, In "Dodeok-gyeong", the emphasis on woman which represents the 'Eum' also emerged well in "Hwangje-Naegyeong". "Dodeok-gyeong" emphasize on the relative value of the contrasted things, In the Easten ideas, the smallest thing can be the same as the largest thing with the exception of comparison of each other. As the same way, the human body can be the small cosmos, and the Heaven and human beings correspond to each other.

The synthesis of poly(2-ethynylpyridine) having glycidyl functionality was performed by the direct polymerization of 2-ethynylpyridine and epibromohydrin under mild reaction conditions without any initiator and catalysts. The polymerization proceeded well to give the resulting poly(2-ethynylpyridinium bromide) with a glycidyl functionality having relativity high molecular weight in high yields. The polymer structure was characterized by various instrumental methods to have the conjugated polymer backbone structure having glycidyl functionality. This ionic polymer was completely soluble in water, methanol, DMF, DMSO, and N,N-dimethylacetamide, but insoluble in THF, toluene, acetone, nitrobenzene, and n-hexane. This polymer system exhibited the UV-visible absorption around 300 and 520 nm and red photoluminescence spectrum around 725 nm.

In order to study for the principle of the Dan-Jeon respiration and Seon meditation to be ascetic exercises for the sake of experience of Oriental medicine as practical science, they were investigated the theory of the Jeong-Gi-Shin. The results obtained were as fallows ; 1. The Dan-Jeon respiration was Mahayana of ascetic exercises to act demension of Gi to be observed two sides of material and spirit. 2. The Seon meditation was Mahayanea of exercises to experience demension of Shin to be the subject of life directly. 3. Even though Dan-Jeon respiration takes the golden mean of Shin, it belongs to the category of Jeon-Gi to correspond to appearance of material dimension. Seon meditation utilizes the Jeong-Gi in the stage of the golden mean of Shin. As results, Dan-Jeon respiration does not get out of the world of appearance centering around the Gi. But Seon meditation gets out of the world of appearance and utilizers the relativity in the free absoluteness.

The purpose of this study is the introduction of pollutant loads's estimation into Saemangeum watershed area with M.E.'s guidebook for TMDL and GIS tool. To estimate reliable pollutants loads, it is necessary to think about characteristic of removal, discharge and runoff as time series. In this study, it was calculated for generation loads which be came from pollutant source, discharge loads which be reduced in the treatment facilities and delivery loads which be considered the self purification parameter and delivery distance. To assess the delivery distance handily, it was particularly estimated using Arc-GIS. It was met with good results that delivery loads of BOD, T-N and T-P was reflected to seasonal precipitation. Lastly to verify the estimated pollutant loads, HSPF developed by USEPA was applied to it. It was showed a relativity of observed to simulated data for flow, Temperature, DO, BOD, $NO_3^--N$ TN and TP. Consequantly, this delivery loads can make full use of model input data for prediction of pollutant loads.
