Due to the decreasing domestic construction market since 2007, Korean construction companies are expanding overseas market. As a result, the international market share by Korea has been continuously increased and achieved 65.2 billion dollars in 2013. Despite of such visible results, profitability concerns are constantly arising. It is pointed out that the low-priced bid competition between Korean construction companies and various unpredictable risks are the most crucial factors which aggravate the profitability in the overseas projects. From this point of view, predicting the risks in advance and controling them could be the most important tasks to improve the profitability. This research proposed 202 risk factors with a hierarchy and relational database schema for power plant construction, which is based on the 24 risk classifications in previous research (Kim & Jung 2013). Proposed risk classification and relational database schema could be utilized as the basic data in risk management system.
A karst collapse, as a natural hazard, is totally different to a normal collapse. In recent years, karst collapses have caused substantial economic losses and even threatened human safety. A risk assessment model for karst collapse was developed based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and grey relational analysis (GRA), which is a simple and effective mathematical algorithm. An evaluation index played an important role in the process of completing the risk assessment model. In this study, the proposed model was applied to Jiaobai village in southwest China. First, the main controlling factors were summarized as an evaluation index of the model based on an investigation and statistical analysis of the natural formation law of karst collapse. Second, the FAHP was used to determine the relative weights and GRA was used to calculate the grey relational coefficient among the indices. Finally, the relational sequence of evaluation objects was established by calculating the grey weighted relational degree. According to the maximum relational rule, the greater the relational degree the better the relational degree with the hierarchy set. The results showed that the model accurately simulated the field condition. It is also demonstrated the contribution of various control factors to the process of karst collapse and the degree of collapse in the study area.
The purpose of this study was to understand the effect of WeChat relational benefits on customer satisfaction and purchase intention. Due to the rapid development in the technological field, the use of WeChat has expanded drastically in recent years. In visual arts industry, WeChat business occupies a significant proportion of emerging industries. The recruited participants that were recruited via an online survey website were 335 (www.sojump.com). SPSS 22.0 statistical system was used to analyze the descriptive statistics, reliability, and validity. This study conceptualizes the positive relationship among relational benefits, customer satisfaction, and purchase intention of visual arts products. The findings indicated that WeChat users' relational benefits can be categorized into two distinct benefit types: confidence, and social benefits. The more relational benefits WeChat users perceived, the higher the level of satisfaction. In contrast, the positive influence of customer satisfaction on purchase intention is weaker in consumers with a higher level of perceived risk. The results of this study will help WeChat business to retain its customers, thus, gaining a long-term value for visual arts industry. Theoretical and managerial implication for WeChat business are provided.

Recently, IT outsourcing has become a very important management strategy which implements information systems in organizations. This paper investigates the risks and strategic recognition as a key factors affecting on the degree of IT outsourcing. Specifically the risks of IT outsourcing and its four components-risk of control, risk of economical, risk of technical, risk of relational - are examined to be a negative effect on the degree of outsourcing. And strategic recognition about outsourcing is examined how to affect en the risks and the degree of IT outsourcing. To empirically test these relationships, data ere gathered from senior IT managers in 86 corporations. Results of this study show that the degree of outsourcing is strongly influenced by risk of control, risk of economical, risk of relational. But risk of technical does not influence on the degree of outsourcing. And strategic recognition about outsourcing is found that is negative effect on the risks of IT outsourcing and positive effect on the degree of IT outsourcing. The results provide a good framework to minimize the risks for IT outsourcing success.

In recent years, an increase in deaths and injuries of port cargo handling workers, has raised the need for more effective accident management. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the accident risk for port cargo handling workers and assess ports with high accident risk within the Korean alternative ports using the Entropy & GRA (Grey Relational Analysis). To achieve this purpose, first, 11 Korean ports were selected and the evaluative factors for their outranking evaluation by brainstorming were extracted. Second, the Grey Relational Coefficient of 11 alternative ports was calculated using the GRA. This paper, finally, determined the priority orders of accident risk through calculation of the Grey Relational Grade as the link Grey Relational Coefficient method and the weights of the evaluative factors were calculated by using the Entropy method. In the proposed model, eight criteria such as cargo worker, old cargo worker, work hours, facilities environment, steel cargo volumes, cargo volumes, injury numbers, and death numbers were collected. Busan port was identified as highest accident risk port, and so it should be a top priority to develop a plan to mitigate the risk.
Some researches insist that, to participate in an e-partnership, a distributor needs a given level of trust to reduce the perceived risk of an e-partnership to his/her own threshold. However, other researches insist that if a distributor has only a given level of trust in his/her suppliers, irrelevant of the perceived risk level, he/she participates in the e-partnership. Thus, from the perspective of a distributor, this study built a trust model in which these two viewpoints were reflected. And then this study examined whether or not perceived risk mediates an influence of trust to e-partnership. The proposed trust model was tested with 265 questionnaires about a distributor-supplier e-partnership in food wholesale markets. The analysis results Indicated that perceived risk partially had a mediating effect between trust and e-partnership Intention. That is, of the two risk types, only perceived performance risk mediated an influence from competence trust to e-partnership intention. Relational risk did not play a mediating role between goodwill trust and e-partnership intention. This result Implies two managerial meanings. First, a distributor Intends to engage In e-partnership with his/her supplier, irrelevant of relational risk's level if goodwill trust level surpasses his/her own threshold. Thus, suppliers should concentrate more effort in developing goodwill trust than in reducing relational risk. To develop goodwill trust, they should endeavor to establish mutual interests and individual trust with their distributor, and to utilize institutional trust bases. Second, a distributor requires a certain competence In his/her suppliers to sufficiently reduce performance risk caused bye-partnership. Thus, to develop competence trust in e-partnership, suppliers should improve on any lack of competence and build a good reputation.
Objectives: Previous studies have reported that self-neglect, which may be a sign of elder abuse, can result in suicide among older adults. The signs of self-neglect and its impact on the risk of suicide may differ by gender. Thus, this study explored the association between self-neglect and suicide risk in older Korean adults and examined the potential moderating effect of gender on this relationship. Methods: Data were collected from 356 Korean adults aged 65 or older through an online survey. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. First, the associations between 4 sub-dimensions of self-neglect (i.e., daily life management issues, personal hygiene issues, financial management issues, and relational issues) and suicidal ideation were examined. Then, the moderating effect of gender on these relationships was investigated by including interaction terms. Results: Self-neglect was significantly associated with suicidal ideation in older adults. Aspects of self-neglect related to daily life management and relational factors were key predictors of suicidal ideation. Gender significantly moderated the effect of the relational dimension of self-neglect on suicidal ideation. The relational dimension of self-neglect was more strongly associated with suicidal ideation in older women than in older men. Conclusions: The findings suggest the importance of screening older adults with signs of self-neglect for suicide risk. Special attention should be paid to older women who experience relational issues as a high-risk group for suicidal ideation. Public programs and support systems should be established to improve daily life management and promote social relationships among older adults.
There has recently been a surge of interest in relational database mining that aims to discover useful patterns across multiple interlinked database relations. It is crucial for a learning algorithm to explore the multiple inter-connected relations so that important attributes are not excluded when mining such relational repositories. However, from a data privacy perspective, it becomes difficult to identify all possible relationships between attributes from the different relations, considering a complex database schema. That is, seemingly harmless attributes may be linked to confidential information, leading to data leaks when building a model. Thus, we are at risk of disclosing unwanted knowledge when publishing the results of a data mining exercise. For instance, consider a financial database classification task to determine whether a loan is considered high risk. Suppose that we are aware that the database contains another confidential attribute, such as income level, that should not be divulged. One may thus choose to eliminate, or distort, the income level from the database to prevent potential privacy leakage. However, even after distortion, a learning model against the modified database may accurately determine the income level values. It follows that the database is still unsafe and may be compromised. This paper demonstrates this potential for privacy leakage in multi-relational classification and illustrates how such potential leaks may be detected. We propose a method to generate a ranked list of subschemas that maintains the predictive performance on the class attribute, while limiting the disclosure risk, and predictive accuracy, of confidential attributes. We illustrate and demonstrate the effectiveness of our method against a financial database and an insurance database.
The purpose of this research is to identify effect of communication strategy as effectively communication method which is decreasing Internet Web site users' perceived information privacy concerns as important factor affecting to positive behavior or behavioral intentions on long-term relational outcome perspectives. This study suggests alternatives concepts and causal relationship about information privacy issues. First, it addressed collaborative communication strategy (CCS) model of effective communication method for Web site's IPP to users. Second, it provided comparing and integrating streams of information privacy research on long-term relational outcomes perspective. Third, it assessed effectiveness of Web site's IPP on organization legitimacy ensured continuous survival of organization. A research model was proposed and subsequent hypotheses were empirically tested with partial least square (PLS) based on 684 responses from the users of 21 Internet Website among entirely finance, recruit, portal /e-store Web site. It was learned that CCS(as a communication method) and relationship quality(representing long-term relational outcomes)was positively associated with decreasing user's IPC more than privacy risk. Also, legitimacy to information privacy practice positively associated with willingness to information providing more than negative effect of IPC. Lastly, their association strength was partially moderated by the type of real information sensitivity.
