The purpose of this study is to understand and analyse the community information services in Korean public libraries. Regarding this matter, this study first extensively analysed terms related to community information services and clearly defined the meaning of community information services. Second, this study investigated the current status of community information services in the public library. Finally, this study suggested the directions of community information services. In this study, literature studies and case studies were conducted, and the case to be discussed is online service of regional central libraries in Korea.

We have investigated the characteristics of transparent indium zinc oxide(IZO)/Ag/IZO multilayer electrode grown on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrates using a specially designed roll-to-roll sputtering system for use in flexible device are described. By the continuous R2R sputtering of the bottom IZO, Ag, and top IZO layers at room temperature, we were able to fabricate an IZO-Ag-IZO multilayer electrode with a sheet resistance of 6.15 ${\Omega}$/square, optical transmittance of 87.4 %, and figure of merit value of 42.03 10-3 ${\Omega}$-1. In addition, the IZO-Ag-IZO multilayer electrode exhibited superior flexibility to the RTR sputter grown single ITO electrode, due to the existence a ductile Ag layer between the IZO layers. This indicates that the RTR sputtered IZO-Ag-IZO multilayer is a promising flexible electrode that can substitute for the conventional single ITO electrode grown by bath type sputtering for use in low cost flexible device, due to its low resistance, high transparency, superior flexibility and fast preparation by the R2R process.

Machine learning is widely used in various academic fields, and recently it has been actively applied in the medical research. In the medical field, machine learning is used in a variety of ways, such as speeding up diagnosis, discovering new biomarkers, or discovering latent traits of a disease. In the respiratory field, a relative regional air volume change (RRAVC) map based on quantitative inspiratory and expiratory computed tomography (CT) imaging can be used as a useful functional imaging biomarker for characterizing regional ventilation. In this study, we seek to predict RRAVC using various regular machine learning models such as extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost), light gradient boosting machine (LightGBM), and multi-layer perceptron (MLP). We experimentally show that MLP performs best, followed by XGBoost. We also propose several relative coordinate systems to minimize intersubjective variability. We confirm a significant experimental performance improvement when we apply a subject's relative proportion coordinates over conventional absolute coordinates.

We conducted this research to examine how well regional housing prices are suited to use as an alternative to conventional census-based regional deprivation indices in health and medical geography studies. To examine the relative performance of mean regional housing prices compared to conventional census-based regional deprivation indices, we compared several multilevel logistic regression models, where the first level was individuals and the second was health districts in the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) in Korea, for the sake of adjusting the regional clustering tendency of unknown factors. In these models, we predicted two dichotomous variables that represented individuals' after-lunch tooth brushing behavior and use of dental floss by individual characteristics and regional indices. Then, we compared the relative predictive performance of the models using the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) and Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). The results from the estimations showed that mean regional housing prices and census-based deprivation indices were correlated with the two types of dental health behavior in a statistical sense. The results also revealed that the model with mean regional housing prices showed smaller AIC and BIC compared with other models with conventional census-based deprivation indices. These results imply that it is possible for housing prices summarized using aerial units to be used as an alternative to conventional census-based deprivation indices when the census variables employed cannot properly reflect the characteristics of the aerial units.

The purpose of this study is to derive and propose agenda to improve the quality of minority services provided by regional cental libraries at the present time when information gap is deepening. First, text mining and topic modeling were conducted on 144 studies in the field of library and information science that dealt with minorities, and the discussions surrounding minorities in the domestic library world were examined in detail. Next, the current status of services for minorities in Regional central libraries were examined in detail, and tasks requiring discussion were sought in planning and operation of services for minorities in Regional central libraries. To this end, interviews were conducted with practitioners, in charge of services for minorities at Regional central libraries. Specifically, 1) awareness of minorities by practitioners, 2) current status of minority services, and 3) responsibility and role of Regional central libraries for planning and operating minority services and necessary support were analyzed. Based on the analysis results, the following tasks were derived. 1) Recategorization of minority groups, 2) Establishment of reference resource, 3) Reinforcement of education, and 4) Cooperation support between regional representative libraries and local public libraries were derived and suggested.

This study reviews and modifies general IS success models to find success factors of WIS(Web-based Information Systems) and to confirm the relationship between WIS success and user's satisfaction of web use. A WISSM(Web-based Information Success Model extended to include EQ(E-Quality) is developed to anticipate user's intention to use Web-based Agricultural Information System and fit into the survey data from 252 WIS users of RDA(Rural Development Administration). PLS is applied to estimate a structural model based on EQ-WISSM to test hypotheses including 1) users reach a high level of intention to use Web-based Information Systems when they feel a high level of interactivity among an 'E-Quality', 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction' and 'Task Support Satisfaction', and E-Quality boosts intention to use Web-based Information Systems. The results show high path coefficients and $R^2$ values and find followings; First, the EQ-WISSM explains the user's intention to use WAIS quite well. Second, E-Quality can be used well in web-based IS environment to predict IS Success. Finally, this research finds the importance of 'Task Support Satisfaction' as a mediator between 'Decision Making Support Satisfaction', 'E-Quality' and 'Intention to Use'.

본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 전환장벽(Switching Barrier)과 E-Quality, 상호작용성(Interactivity), 신뢰성 (Trust)을 중심으로 고객충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히고자 하였다. 전체 100명의 표본을 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 사용하여 구조모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과, EQ, 상호작용성, 신뢰성이 가상관계에 유의한 영향을 주고 있으며, 가상관계, 전환비용, 대안의 매력이 쇼핑몰에 대한 충성도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 사회적자본 이론(Social Capital Theory)과 자기표현 이론(Self Expression Theory)을 중심으로, 인터넷 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 밝히고자 시도하였다. 전체 108명의 표본을 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 구조모형 분석을 실시하였으며, 분석한 결과, 혁신성은 자기표현에 유의한 영향을 주었고, 자기효능감은 사회적자본과 자기표현에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 또한 사회적자본과 자기표현은 지식공유에 유의한 영향을 주고 있다.

본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑 시 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 쇼핑가치와 신뢰의 관점에서 접근하였으며, 인터넷 구매 경험이 적은 그룹과 구매 경험이 많은 그룹을 구분하여 그 변화를 실증 분석하였다. 전체 204명의 표본을 구매경험이 적은 그룹(107명)과 구매 경험이 많은 그룹(96명)으로 나누어 PLS(Partial Least Square)를 통하여 분석한 결과 구매경험이 적은 그룹은 신뢰와 태도가 매개가 된 쾌락적 쇼핑가치가 큰 영향을 미치는 반면에 구매경험이 많은 그룹은 효용적 쇼핑 가치가 구매의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper introduces a sequential clustering technique as a tool for an effective grouping of transmission systems. The interconnected network system retains information about the location of each line. With this information, this paper aims to carry out initial clustering through the transmission usage rate, compare the similarity measures of regional information with the similarity measures of location price, and introduce the techniques of the clustering method. This transmission usage rate uses power flow based on congestion costs and similarity measurements using the FCM(Fuzzy C-Mean) algorithm. This paper also aims to prove the propriety of the proposed clustering method by comparing it with existing clustering methods that use the similarity measurement system. The proposed algorithm is demonstrated through the IEEE 39-bus RTS and Korea power system.
