The purpose of this study was to gauge customers' satisfaction with the hospital, university, factory, and office foodservices from a contracted provider. Importance-performance analysis (IPA) evaluations were conducted. Questionnaires were returned from 1,808 customers in 46 foodservice locations. The average total scores of the importance and performance of seventeen quality characteristics were 4.14 and 3.23, respectively, on 5-point scales. The average total score of gap (gap = performance - importance) was -0.92. Analysis of significant difference according to the type of foodservices revealed that, hospital foodservices had more items with significant high scores than those of other groups in the average total scores concerning importance (p<0.01) and performance (p<0.01). The average total scores of gap showed no significant difference. Significant differences were evident in the food and personal service dimensions, and the scores of hospital foodservices trended significantly higher than those of other groups. Importance-performance analysis (IPA) analyses for hospital foodservice implicate 'variety of menu', 'cleanness of dishes', and 'taste of food' as items requiring prompt attention and improvement.

Recently, the Korean government has been trying to conserve the genetic resources of native chicken. Although the production aspect is important, consumers should also value the native chicken in order for this market to grow. As certification systems are used to inform consumers about the value of a product, this study aims to investigate certification systems for chicken in France. Two regions were selected: Alsace and Bresse. We conducted a value-chain analysis of activities related to native chicken in each of these two regions, including hatching, breeding, slaughtering and processing, distributing, and marketing activities. We found that various certification systems were used not only to inform consumers about the value of the native chicken but also to protect biodiversity. Also, geographical indication, one kind of certification system, was utilized to establish higher quality based on the characteristics of each region. Implications pertinent to a domestic certification system for Korean native chickens were suggested.

In the housing market, the construction company started to recognize the importance of the brand power since 1998. Many brand names of apartment construction company have newly formed and many apartments are representative of the brands of construction company by quality of apartment construction and service after hand apartment over to owner with many other elements of their brands. According to these trends in the housing market, it should be also interested in improving the value of brand name in apartment construction. The former researches have been achieved several topics in only a specific target market about the distinction of apartment's plan, the examination of preference, and the satisfaction survey of inhabitants etc. But construction company don't have developed any available marketing strategy according to construction location and regional characteristics. Nowadays, they should be interested in improving the value of apartment brand. Therefore, this research was conducted by interviewing and surveying preference factor, which factors are considered by consumer when consumers purchase apartment house, to compare the two regions such as Metropolis and Cities. The purpose of this research is to provide the preference trend of apartment house in the future to construction company by comparing consumer's preference examination.

This study analyzed the structure of imported fisheries, focusing especially on the following factors of live fisheries import : First of all, it is confirmed that the import of live fisheries expands when domestic production decreases. To put it concretely, the structure of domestic live fish supply is based upon the production of aquaculture, the shift from export to domestic use, and imported live fisheries. These all coexist, expand, and grow together. Secondly, the structure of the consumer's market - the background of expanding and growing live fisheries-is currently diversifying with quality and quantity from a local area consumer system based upon regional markets, to a wider ranged system based upon the food industry and retailing market. The existence of the consumer markets is premised upon a stable supply structure, in terms of material and price. Thirdly, in terms of trade policy, control of imports instantly reduces import goods. But it is reasonable to say that there is not any logical effectiveness of denying the stable growth of low market capital under the background of strong consummer expansion. Fourthly, the attitude of the import related managener organization is directly related to the degree to which it is connected to live fish import. It is demanded that such a managing organization possess suitable facilities, specializaed knowledge, and management skill of live fisheries. So it is predicted that newly introducing the importing of live fisheries is not simple. It indirectly shows that the capital which relates to live fisheries are connected with the importing og live fish fisheries.

The aims of this study were to do a survey on teachers' perception and operational state for elementary science online remote classes and suggest ways to improve the elementary science online remote classes. The survey was based on responses from 100 teachers who have taught elementary science online remote classes for the first semester of 2020 for COVID-19. The questionnaire used in this study consisted of four parts: general informations of participants, the operation status of elementary science online remote classes, teachers' perceptions on the operation of elementary science online remote classes, ways to improve elementary science online remote classes. As a result of this study, elementary teachers taught elementary science online remote classes on the main use of content utilization type. And they had a difficulty in conducting elementary science online remote classes because of lack of contents, absence of elementary science online remote classes teaching methods, learner management and heavy workload. Therefore, to improve elementary science online remote classes the Ministry of Education and regional offices of education have to develop and provide high-quality contents reflect the characteristics of elementary science subjects, introduce a rent-an-experiment equipment system, and build a science class platform providing frequent real-time interaction between teacher and student.

This study was investigated the characteristics of indoor air concentration of fiber particles in 30 public facilities and 245 schools by PCM (phase contrast microscopy). Also SEM/EDX (scanning electron microscope / energy dispersive using X-ray analysis) was used to obtain physicochemical information of asbestos fiber and to classify asbestos and non-asbestos of fiber particles. The airborne concentrations of fiber particles were $0.0009\pm0.0009$ counts/mL in public facilities and $0.0012\pm0.0006$ counts/mL in schools by PCM. All the samples were satisfied with the IAQ (indoor air quality) level of 0.01 counts/mL. In classification of 4 type shapes, over 80% of the fiber particles were identified as single fiber type. And this study analysed airborne fiber particles in 4 sites for identifying asbestos of by SEM/EDX. The asbestos fibers in most samples could not be found.

Average concentration of PM in Seoul metropolitan area satisfied the Korean air quality standard in 2010. Furthermore, concentration of PM in all boroughs across Seoul met the air environment standard in 2012. $PM_{10}$ concentration was relatively higher in center of Seoul in comparison to the rest, while $PM_{2.5}$ concentration showed exactly the contrary result. We analyzed the effect that PM emissions from vehicles would have on PM concentrations across Seoul. The results showed that average annual PM concentration recently decreased in Seoul although the number of vehicles registered annually continued its upward trend. By contrast, average fine dust concentrations in Seoul showed a decline which suggested that correlation between annual average PM concentrations and number of registered vehicles remained low. However, year-on-year vehicle registration rate recently showed a declining tendency in the same way as the trend of changes in average PM concentrations. Particularly, the upward trend in annual average PM concentrations in 2002 and 2007 was consistent with the increase in vehicle registration rate, suggesting that vehicle registration rate was closely associated with changes in PM concentrations.

Various forms of passive shock absorber have developed to supplement performance which is poorer than that of active shock absorber. It is called 'Hybrid Conventional Damper (HCD)'. Frequency sensing shock absorber that this study will cover belongs to the HCD. This study aims to demonstrate that performance of frequency sensing shock absorber is superior than that of passive shock absorber. Study process is as follows. Firstly, analysis models for both passive shock absorber and frequency sensing shock absorber are developed to secure reliability. Then, elements which cause difference of ride quality are found out through comparison of hysteresis characteristics. By comparison of frequency characteristic, furthermore, damping principle of frequency sensing shock absorber is understood. Also, it determines if the absorber performs well even though maximum excitation speed is changed. Finally, the study proves that performance of frequency sensing shock absorber is superior than that of passive shock absorber after comparing change of damping power in excitation condition that various frequencies are mixed.

The convenient determination of methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) for a commercially available dietary supplement was developed using gas chromatography (GC)-flame ionization detector (FID). Chromatography was performed on a capillary column ($0.32mm\;I.D{\times}30m$, $0.25{\mu}m$) coated with dimethylpolysiloxane using diethylene glycol methyl ether as an internal standard. The performance characteristics of GC were evaluated in terms of selectivity, linearity, precision, accuracy, recovery, limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ). The calibration curve was highly linear (the coefficient of determination: 0.9979) within the concentration range of $10.0{\sim}800.0{\mu}g/mL$ for MSM. The recoveries for three fortified concentrations were 96.7~97.1%, 96.6~97.3% and 96.8~97.2%, respectively. The LOD and LOQ of the method were $0.29{\mu}g/mL$ and $0.97{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. All obtained results were acceptable according to the guidelines of the Association of Official Analytical Chemists for dietary supplements. Thus, the validated analytical method using the GC-FID system is suitable for the determination of MSM in dietary supplement formulations for quality control.
