Producing Korean organic beef cattle costs a great deal because it needs breeding conditions like the organic feed, an uncontaminated breeding farm and so on. So the price of Korean organic beef (KOB) is more expensive than that of Korean general beef (KGB). To overcome this adverse price condition, a case production organization in Asan will choose direct marketing routes for consumers or the shop under direct management of the organization, or franchise shops. As a result, these marketing routes are expected to narrow the price gap between KOB and KGB. And consumers will accept the price of KOB if quality of KOB is very high level, for example the first grade++.

The Japanese economy has been unstable since 1990. Economic instability and changes in working conditions have made the acquisition of housing and the improvement in housing standards difficult. Unstable working and habitation conditions have also spread, and the Nagoya Metropolitan Area is recognized as a traction community in the Japanese economy. This study employed existing statistics and helpline consultations in 2013 to clarify the state of housing poverty in the Nagoya Metropolitan Area. Moreover, it clarified the conditions for improvement in the housing standards for the low-income households, a regional gap, and reasons for the deteriorating housing levels of low-income households by investigating the "Housing and Land Survey." Furthermore, it clarified housing difficulties that do not appear in existing statistics by investigating the examples of "toll-free call consultations" in 2013.

In spite of the government policies and incentives to revitalize rural areas, we still have a lot of problems such as the environmental degradation in rural areas, widening gap in living conditions between urban and rural areas, and decreasing rural populations. This paper aims to suggest a new planning model for ecotourism based rural villages and develop a village revitalization plan for Jangwha-ri in Gangwha Island. The new model emphasizes sustainable development based on local indigenous resources and resident initiatives.

Monitoring of water surfaces through permanent measurement of hydrodynamic and meteorological data is one of the main requirements in safe and sustainable water management. The Caspian Sea, the major surface water body in Iran, significantly affects more than 600 km of urban and industrial coastline. In the present work, an integrated marine monitoring network for the entire southern coastline of the Caspian Sea was developed. The main design concerns centered on the network measuring components and data recording, checking, filtering, gap recognition, and transferring systems. Four coastal monitoring stations were assigned, along with two regional collecting stations and one central data station for gathering, checking and delivering recorded data at different access levels. Applicable guidelines on selection of measuring devices for both shallow and deep water zones are presented herein.

New issues arise as to surface characterization, quantification and interface formation. Surface and interface control of CdSe nanocrystal systems, one of the most studied and useful nanostructures. Semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) have been the subject of much interest for both fundamental reseach and technical applications in recent years, due mainly to their strong size dependent properties and excellent chemical processibility. In this dissertation, the synthesis of CdSe quantum dots were synthesized by pyrolysis of high-temperature organometallic reagents. In order to modify the size and quality of quantum dots, we controlled the growth temperature and the relative amount of precursors to be injected into the coordinating solvent. Moreover, an effective surface passivation of monodisperse nanocrystals was achieved by overcoating them with a higher-band-gap material. Synthesized CdSe quantum dots were studied to evaluate the optical, electronic and structural properties using UV-absorption, and photoluminescence measurement.

본 연구는 가나의 비료 보조금 정책(Fertilizer subsidy program: FSP)의 농업 생산성에 대한 영향을 분석하였다. 가나의 군(district) 지역 수준의 농업 생산량 및 투입요소에 대한 자료를 사용하여, FSP 도입 이전과 FSP 도입 이후의 농업 생산성을 계측하였다. 지역적으로 상이한 수준의 농업 생산성을 반영하기 위한 지리적가중회귀(GWR)모형을 사용하여 계측의 오류를 줄이고 공간이질성을 고려하였다. 추정 결과를 바탕으로 ArcMap을 이용하여 생산성을 지도로 시각화 한 자료를 살펴보면, FSP 도입 이후 농업 생산성이 전반적으로 개선되었으며 그 중에서도 생산성이 크게 향상된 지역을 특정할 수 있다. 이러한 공간적 변화는 FSP의 지역적 할당의 효율성 증진을 위한 의사결정 자료로 이용 가능하며, 국내 ODA 추진기관에서 농업 지도 및 지원을 위해 유용한 정보로 사용할 수 있다.

Korean government has announced declared prices of apartment reflecting market condition each year. Therefore, on that basis, apartment owners have used as basic data trading apartments and the government has been used to calculate the tax. However, the sales prices and declared prices of apartment has occurred difference depending on the region and the brand. This study has analyzed and compared regional differences in sales price of apartments. The results of this study, we have known that sales price of apartments was a big difference depending on the region and the gross area. Especially, Seoul and Gyeonggi Province are the highest. And sales price of Southeast and urban area are the highest in Seoul. In the future, it is necessary that gap analysis between sales price and declared prices of apartment. And It is needed to develop apartment index considering the region and the gross area.

Insulation breakdown voltage and insulation lifetime were investigated in straight lines or twisted pairs with polyesterimide-polyamideimide enameled round wires (EI/AIW ). The enamel thickness was 50 μm and the conducting copper radius was 0.50, 0.75, 1.09, and 1.50 mm, respectively. There were many air gaps in a twisted pair therefore, when voltage was applied to the twisted pair, enamel erosion took place in the air gap area because of partial discharge according to Paschen's law. Insulation breakdown voltage and insulation lifetime were highest in the sample of 0.75 mm conductor radius, which was higher than those values for 0.50 mm or 1.09 and 1.55 mm.

The moving behavior of particle with voltage biasing is studied by analyzing the displacement current generated in electrodes and the drift current by moving particles in cell gap. These currents are ascertained by optical reflectivity on the panel. We obtained the saturated current after a peak in threshold voltage which is coincide with reflectivity of 80%. These saturated optical reflectivity and its drift current offer optimum q/m of particles and driving voltage and can be analytically studied on grey scale methods. Especially regional analysis is useful to aging and driving voltage and the understanding of operating mechanism of charged particle type display.

In case of attaching thermoelectric module and heat source, the polymer pad is attached on the $Al_2O_3$ plate, which is cooling side of thermoelectric module, in order to enhance mechanical safety of the system. It is impossible to calculate the exact distribution of temperature and flow pattern of inner gap of thermoelectric module. Therefore CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) analysis was executed to determine the thermo-fluid phenomena and distribution by Fluent. As the result of these analysis, heat transfer was dominated by conduction and the difference of temperature was linear distribution according to the thickness of polymer sheet.
