QR 분해법을 이용한 적응 쌍선형 격자 알고리듬 (QR-Decomposition based Adaptive Bbilinear Lattice Algorithms)

  • This paper presents new QRD-based recursive least squares algorithms for bilinear lattice filter. Bilinear recursive least square lattice algorithms are derived by using the QR decomposition for minimization covariance matrix of predication error by applying Givens rotation to the bilinear recursive least squares lattics algorithms. The proposed algorithms are applied to the bilinear system identification to evaluate the performance of algoithms. Computer simulations show that the convergence properties of the proposed algorithms are superior to that of the algorithms proposed by Baik when signal includes the measurement noise.

  • There exists an increasing need of study for generalized consecutive k-out-of-n systems. This paper demonstrates that a recursive formula for multi-dimensional consecutive k-out-of-n systems can be systematically developed by means of conventional structure function analysis. By taking advantage of notational convenience, the formulae expressed in the same recursive fashion just as the one dimensional consecutive k-out-of-n system. With the aids of the recursive formulae, not only the exact reliability of the system, but also the optimal arrangement of components is obtainable in a straightforward way.

  • In this paper, overdetermined method is used for high resolution spectral estimation in case of short data record length. To reduce the computational effort and to obtain recursive form of estimation algorithm, we modify data matrix to have near-Toeplitz structure. Then, new recursive algorithm is derived in the form of fast Kalman algorithm. Two stage procedure is used for the estimation of ARMA parameters. First AR parameters are estimated by using overdetermined modified Yule-walker equation, and then MA parameters are implicitly estimated by estimating numerator spectral coefficients(NS).

  • 소나나 레이더분야에서의 방위 정보 추정에 있어서 직접신호와 반사신호가 있는 경우의 연구가 많이 이루어져왔다 특히 반사 신호 성분 중에 직접신호와 상관도가 높은 성분이 있는 스펙큘러 반사 성분이 있는 경우에 대한 연구가 많이 이루어져왔다. 이런 연구들은 대부분이 Block 데이타 처리 구조를 가지고 있다 따라서 방위가 시간에 따라서 변하는 경우 이런 Block 처리 구조를 가지고 처리하는 것은 오류를 범할 가능성이 높다. 본 논문에서는 recursive 구조를 갖는 알고리즘을 스펙큘러 환경에 강하도록 수정하여 시간에 따라 방위가 변하는 환경에 적용할 수 있도록 만든 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • The Multiple Recursive Generator(MRG) has been considered by many scholars as a very good Random Number generator. For the long period and excellent statistical properties, the method of the combination with random number generators are used. In this paper, for two-combined MRGs, we examine the statistical properties and show the importance of the seeds likewise other random number generators. And we modify the two-combined MRGs and verify the statistical superiority.

  • PASCAL has a recursive nested structure and uses deep binding of identifiers. This paper studies the problems and techniques in storage management for PASCAL on the IBM 370 system, and presents run-time storage administration algorithms which use stack scheme and heap efficiently on the view of storage. The stack-scheme was used to implement the feature of recursive nested structure and the heap was used to implement the feature of the dynamic allocation procedure and pointer variable, allowing an additional dynamic storage recovery procedure.

Frequency Selective Recursive LP of Discrete Harmonic Spectra for Audio Cording

  • n this paper, an efficient LP method for discrete harmonic spectra is proposed and discussed. A new efficient LP method is a combination of recursive and frequency selective LP. While the recursive LP provides better spectral matching in spectral hill, frequency selective LP eliminates numerical instability and improves spectral matching when the harmonics are confined in the low frequency region. The proposed LP method is applied to the HILN coder. Simulation results using a verification model(VM) software for real audio signals show a definite trend of significant improvement.

  • MPEG-2 Advanced Audio Coding(AAC) is widely used in the multi-channel audio compression standards. And it combines hi인-resolution filter bank prediction techniques, and Huffman coding algorithm to achieve the broadcast-quality audio level at very low data rates. The forward and inverse modified discrete transforms which are operated in the encoder and the decoder of the filter bank need many computations. In this paper, we propose suitable recursive structure at IMDCT processing for MPEG-2 AAC real-time decoder. We confirm the memory, the computation speed and complexity of the proposed structure.

  • In this paper, a new Recursive Least-Squares(RLS) algorithm based on matrix pseudo-inverses is presented. The aim is to use the proposed new RLS algorithm for not only the over-determined but also the under-determined estimation problem. Compared with previous results, e.g., Jie Zhou et al., the derivation of the proposed recursive form is much easier, and the recursion form is also much simpler. Furthermore, it is shown by simulations that the proposed RLS algorithm is more efficient and numerically stable than the existing algorithms.
