국가기록원의 기록관리교육에 대한 개선방안 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Record and Archives Training in the National Archives of Korea)

  • 오늘날 대부분의 국가는 기록물관리의 중요성을 인식하고 기록물관리자를 양성하기 위한 교육과정을 대학과 전문기록물관리기관을 중심으로 운영하고 있다. 그간 우리나라는 대학원과 국가기록원 등에서 기록관리자 양성을 위한 교육훈련이 진행되어 왔는데, 국가기록원의 기록관리교육은 공공기관의 기록관리의 품질에 대해 직접적인 영향을 끼치는 것은 물론 기록관리 전반에 영향을 끼친다. 본고에서는 기록관리종사자의 지속적인 전문수행능력 배양을 위해 중앙기록물관리기관으로 공공기록물관리를 담당하고 있는 국가기록원의 기록관리 교육의 제반 현황을 소개하고, 운영상의 주요 쟁점 및 이에 대한 대안을 제시하였다.

역도 인상, 용상 기록향상과 관계가 높은 주요 훈련종목 추출 (Extraction of Major Training Method that are Highly Related to Snatch Record and Jerk Record Improvement)

  • Objective: It is to extract training items that have a high relationship with the improvement of weightlifting records through correlation and regression analysis between training methods used commonly in the field and Snatch records and jerk records. Through this, it is intended to promote training efficiency to improve the records of weightlifters. Method: For 90 elite weightlifters of the professional teams, 4 groups (lightweight (30 people): 61 kg, 67 kg, 73 kg., middleweight (30 people): 81 kg, 89 kg, 96 kg., heavyweight (30 people): 102 kg, 109 kg, +109 kg., the whole group (90 people)) were divided. At the significance level of 0.05, correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were performed between record of training methods used widely in the field and Snatch records and Jerk records. Results: First, the better the record in Jerk, the better the Snatch record. Second, the three training methods HS, ForceS and WP performed in the field were all found to be important factors related to the improvement of Snatch record. Third, In the jerk where there are more types of training than Snatch, three training methods (HC, ForceS, BPP) appeared to be an important training method for improving the jerk record. Conclusion: While many training methods have been devised and carried out in the field, 3 types of training (HS, ForceS, WP) for improving Snatch record and 3 types of training (HC, ForceS, BPP) for improving Jerk record was found to be the most influential training method. Since all of them showed a large value of explanatory power by regression analysis, it is considered that this study is meaningful in that it can promote training efficiency by simplifying although there are many types of training for athletes.

기록물관리전문요원의 직무만족과 조직몰입도 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발 (A Study on the Development of a Training Program for the Improvement of Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment for Records Managers and Archivists)

  • 본 연구는 기록물관리전문요원의 직무 만족과 조직몰입도 향상을 위한 교육프로그램 개발을 목적으로 국가기록원에서 실시하는 기록물관리전문요원을 위한 교육프로그램이 실제 전문요원의 직무 만족 및 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위해 현직의 기록물관리전문요원을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 분석 결과와 기록물관리전문요원의 요구사항을 바탕으로 기록 관리에 관한 지식이나 기술의 충족과 더불어 직무 만족 및 조직 몰입을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 국가기록원의 교육프로그램은 기록물관리전문요원의 직무 만족 및 조직 몰입을 향상시키면서 기록물관리전문요원에게 요구되는 전문 분야에 대해 보다 확장된 전문성을 획득할 수 있고, 변화하는 환경에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있는 역량을 강화할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

아키비스트의 양성, 어떻게 할 것인가? (Some Thoughts on The Training of Archivists for Korean Records)

  • This paper is propose for some guidelines in making curriculum for the training of archivists for Koran records. This paper pays special attention to the revival of the culture of record-keeping tradition of our owns. Without it's revival, a blind introduction of archival sciences based on Western civilizations can be ended up another version of cultural and academic imperialism as such in the field of the record-management of Korean records. Rapidly growing information and computer technology of our owns must be incorporated in the making of archivist training programs. It proposes that the opening of archival science major as a department at the graduate school level is in the long run essential, yet that of an associate master degree program can be in real an alternative. A training of archivists is not just to produce of a technician but a crafts(wo)man who would be in the vanguard of the renaissance of the record-keeping culture in Korea.

Effect of Inspiratory Muscle Training with Elastic Taping on Forced vital capacity and Sway Area in Stroke Patients

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the forced vital capacity and sway area of respiratory muscles taping with threshold inspiratory muscles training for 1 week. Methods: Nineteen stroke patients were divided into two groups: experimental group (respiratory muscles taping with threshold inspiratory muscles training, n=10) and control group (threshold inspiratory muscles training, n=9). Forced vital capacity tests were performed using a spirometer. The instrument records the forced vital capacity (FVC). COP excursion test was performed using Zebris. The instrument records the sway area. All tests were measured before and after intervention. Results: The experimental group and control group showed significant increase in FVC (p<0.05). The sway area showed a significant decrease only in the experimental group (p<0.05). The FVC and sway area was no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05). Conclusion: Threshold inspiratory muscles training is an effective intervention for improving FVC. Threshold inspiratory muscles training with respiratory taping is an effective intervention for improving FVC and sway area. Threshold inspiratory muscles training with respiratory taping can improve balance ability.

스포츠비젼 트레이닝이 시기능 및 야구성적에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Sports Vision Training on Baseball Player's Visual Performance and Baseball Records)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 스포츠비젼 트레이닝의 효과를 검증하고, 그 결과가 야구성적에 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 하였다. 또한, 스포츠에 있어서 시력의 중요성을 인식시키고, 스포츠비 젼 트레이닝에 대한 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 방법: D 고등학교 야구부 선수 21명을 대상으로 원근거리 시위량과 융합 여력, 폭주 근점, 정지 시력과 동체 시력, 정적 입체시와 동적 입체시, 대비감도, 시각-반응 시간을 평가한 후 8주 동안의 스포츠비젼 트레이닝을 실시하고 그 변화량을 측정하였다. 결과: 스포츠비젼 트레이닝 이후 시기능이 향상되었고, 타율 또한 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 스포츠비젼 트레이닝의 원리를 다양한 스포츠에 적용하고, 보다 체계적인 검사장비와 훈련방법이 정비된다면 선수들의 스포츠 수행능력 향상에 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조수단으로 사용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

배가로근 수축을 강조한 체간 안정화 훈련이 양궁선수들의 정적 균형 및 경기기록에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Trunk Stabilization Training Emphasizing Transverse Abdominis Contraction on Static Balance and Game Records for Archers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of trunk stability training on static balance and game records among archers. Methods: The subjects comprised 24 voluntary archers in middle and high school (aged 14-19 years). All the subjects received trunk stability training for an hour per day 3 days a week for 4 weeks. The Tetrax balance system was used to measure the stability index of the subjects' static balance. The subjects' game records were scored using a single FITA round system. All the subjects were measured before the intervention, 2 weeks into the intervention, and 4 weeks after the intervention, with a follow-up measurement 2 weeks later. Results: The results of this study showed that the stability index was significantly different across all the measuring positions after the intervention (p<0.05). Furthermore, the results of the measurements of the standing position with eyes open and closed were significantly different before the intervention compared to 4 weeks after the intervention (p<0.05). The archery position with the head turned to the left and eyes closed was also significantly different pre-intervention compared to 2 weeks after the start of the intervention (p<0.05). Additionally, the archery records were significantly different after the intervention (p<0.05), as well as before the intervention and 4 weeks after the intervention (p<0.05). Conclusion: Trunk stability training can improve static balance in archers. It may also be helpful in improving athletic performance and maintaining the life of the athlete. Accordingly, trunk stability training may prevent and resolve injuries through careful management when playing one-side sports.

운동부 지도자들을 위한 스마트폰 기반 기록관리 어플리케이션의 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of Smart phone-based Records Management Application for Sports Clubs)

  • 본 연구는 운동부 지도자들이 운동선수들의 기량을 향상시키기 위하여 효율적으로 기록관리 할 수 있는 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한 것이다. 운동선수들이 기량을 향상시키기 위해서는 실전과 같은 훈련을 하여야 하며 그에 대한 방안으로 기구, 시설, 장비, 상황 등에 맞추어 훈련하는 방법도 있겠지만, 훈련 시 달성한 기록을 체크하여 운동선수에게 기록에 대한 동기부여를 하는 방안도 생각할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유소년 농구클럽을 대상으로 사전 조사를 통하여 실제 농구경기에서 쓰이는 기록관리 시스템으로 운동을 하였을 때와, 그렇지 않았을 때 경기 기록 활용이 동기 부여가 되는 것을 확인하였다. 그리하여 스마트폰 기반 기록관리 어플리케이션을 설계하고 개발하였으며, 이 시스템을 이용한 후 지도자들의 설문조사를 통하여 훈련 효율성을 측정한 결과 실력향상을 위한 동기부여가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Kinematic Analysis for Improving the Starting Technique in 500-m Speed Skating

  • Objective: In this study, we analyzed kinematic changes in the start phase of speed skating before and after physical training. Method: We introduced a new strength training program (2017) that was improved in terms of exercise type and intensity [%, one repetition maximum (1RM)] compared with the previous strength training program (2016). The new program was applied to elite speed skating athletes (four males and four females). To determine the improvement in starting technique, we recorded race images during the start phase of the 500-m race held in 2016 and 2017. The race images were collected using five high-speed cameras and kinematic characteristics of the start phase were analyzed by three-dimensional image analysis. Results: The 1RMs were improved by 11% on an average after the strength training. In 2017, records of four out of the eight athletes were shortened in terms of the initial lap time (100 m), and 500-m records were shortened in six athletes. The time to nine strokes was shortened in five athletes, and the ratio of correct kinetic chain was increased or maintained at a high level in six athletes. Conclusion: In this study, the new strength training program (2017), applied to elite speed skating athletes, showed a positive effect on starting technique and reduced the record times.

A TSK fuzzy model optimization with meta-heuristic algorithms for seismic response prediction of nonlinear steel moment-resisting frames

  • Artificial intelligence is one of the efficient methods that can be developed to simulate nonlinear behavior and predict the response of building structures. In this regard, an adaptive method based on optimization algorithms is used to train the TSK model of the fuzzy inference system to estimate the seismic behavior of building structures based on analytical data. The optimization algorithm is implemented to determine the parameters of the TSK model based on the minimization of prediction error for the training data set. The adaptive training is designed on the feedback of the results of previous time steps, in which three training cases of 2, 5, and 10 previous time steps were used. The training data is collected from the results of nonlinear time history analysis under 100 ground motion records with different seismic properties. Also, 10 records were used to test the inference system. The performance of the proposed inference system is evaluated on two 3 and 20-story models of nonlinear steel moment frame. The results show that the inference system of the TSK model by combining the optimization method is an efficient computational method for predicting the response of nonlinear structures. Meanwhile, the multi-vers optimization (MVO) algorithm is more accurate in determining the optimal parameters of the TSK model. Also, the accuracy of the results increases significantly with increasing the number of previous steps.
