NAPTR(Naming Authority Pointer) is a type of resource record specified IETF RFC 2915. NAPTR enables to register various services in tile domain name systems and thus Provides a way to discover services available on specific hosts. This paper describes the design and implementation of a proxy DNS system aimed at supporting NAPTRS. The goal of this work is to study on the feasibility of the service discovery registered in DNS via NAPTR records. This research result can be applied to service discovery in the resource information management for high performance GRID environments as well as to implement generic ENUM services

본 연구는 2001년부터 2013년까지 국내 기록정보서비스 연구에 관한 동향 분석을 수행한 결과이다. 총 73편의 기록정보서비스 논문을 대상으로 정량분석을 통해 기록정보서비스의 연구 동향을 다각도로 파악하였으며, 뒤이어 각 세부 주제별로 내용을 분석함으로써 이제까지의 기록정보서비스 연구 성과를 체계적으로 정리하고, 부족한 연구 주제들을 파악하고자 하였다. 나아가 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현장연구의 확대, 이론적 논의의 활성화, 그리고 법 제도 정책 연구의 다각화 등 세 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다.

대통령기록관은 다양한 형태로 기록정보서비스를 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DigiQUAL을 활용하여 대통령기록관의 웹 기록정보서비스를 평가했다. 평가 방법은 이용자 설문조사를 실시했으며, 평가 영역은 기록 및 정보검색, 기록물 활용 서비스, 확장 서비스로 나누었다. 본 연구는 설문을 분석하기 위해서 기술 통계와 신뢰도 검정을 실시했다. 그 결과, 전반적인 만족도가 낮았다. 이러한 설문 결과를 바탕으로 대통령기록관 웹 기록정보서비스 개선 방안을 제시했다.

이 연구의 목적은 국가기록원의 이용자가 실제 이용하는 기록물 유형과 이용목적을 파악하고, 이용에 기반한 기록서비스 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다. 국가기록원의 기록 이용 및 제공서비스를 전반적으로 이해할 수 있는 정보가 거의 없는 상황에서 이 연구에서는 탐색적 연구 방법을 통해 현황과 쟁점을 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 우선 통계자료를 통해 국가기록원 이용자의 기록열람 실태를 확인한 후 인터뷰를 통해 기록유형별 서비스 사례를 조사하였다. 또한 인력(서비스 제공자의 역량), 도구(검색도구), 기록(적절성과 충분성)의 세 영역으로 구분하여 기록제공서비스의 성공요인과 위험요인을 조사하였으며, 이를 기반으로 국가기록원 기록서비스의 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 특히 '권리보호의 무기고'이자 '학술정보원'이라는 아카이브 역할을 고려하여 각기 다른 서비스 전략을 수립할 것을 강조하였다.

본 연구에서는 기록관 웹사이트의 검색어 분석 결과를 이용자들에 대한 기록 정보서비스에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있을지 알아보고자 하였다. 특히 검색어 분석을 콘텐츠서비스 등 기록정보서비스 개발의 한 방법론으로 검토해보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 공기록관이자 주제기록관으로서 일반 이용자들의 폭넓은 관심을 끌만한 특징을 가지고 있는 대통령기록관의 검색어 데이터를 수집하여 분석하였다. 대통령기록관의 웹사이트 검색어 분석 결과는 (1) 일반 검색어 분석; (2) 대통령 이름별 분석; (3) 검색어 주제 영역 분석 등 세 가지로 제시되었다. 검색어 분석 결과는 콘텐츠서비스 및 웹사이트 메뉴 설정, 전시, 교육 등 다양한 서비스에 실질적으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

지방기록물관리기관의 이용자 서비스 모형을 개발하기 위하여 국내외 관련 선행연구를 고찰하고, 외국 지방기록관 웹 사이트를 통하여 이용자 서비스 사례를 조사 분석하였으며, 개방과 공유 그리고 참여의 개념을 가진 웹 2.0 기술과 기록관 응용사례를 탐구하였다. 분석결과를 기초로 하여 기본서비스, 확장서비스 I, 확장서비스 II, 상호작용서비스 등 4단계로 구성된 지방기록물관리기관의 이용자 서비스 모형을 제안하였다. 단계별 모형은 고정된 것이 아니며 각 지방기록물관리기관에 따라 필요한 서비스를 선별하여 적용할 수 있다. 지방기록물관리기관의 이용자 서비스 활성화를 위하여 지역사회 조사와 연구, 서비스 만족도에 대한 평가, 구체적인 서비스 지침의 제정 등을 제안하였다.

The primary function of an electronic records management system (ERMS) is to support organisations in providing effective records management services by enabling efficient remote access to the organisations' records. This helps the organisation to continue running during emergency events, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The need to study ERMS for accessing records remotely has increased dramatically, due to the increase in daily use. The situation arising from the COVID-19 pandemic has increased the need for implementing proper digital systems, such as ERMS, to enable efficient work processes and enhance business continuity. An ERMS has the potential to allow organisations to create records and workflows off-site. During a pandemic, the ability to structure processes digitally helps in maintaining operations remotely. This study aims to provide a narrative review of the ERMS literature with an emphasis on explaining the primary components of ERMS that act as enablers for the implementation of the system in the oil and gas sector of developing countries. The current study proposes ERMS roles and responsibilities that could enhance business continuity. The authors use a qualitative narrative review and analyse the literature related to this study and its findings. The results show that, in cases of risk or crises, staff members need to have easy access to their records and documents to remain productive. An ERMS allows professionals to remain active and work off-site. Thus, ERMS play a significant role in protecting an organisation's content through the monitoring and control over who has authorisation to access its records.

2020년 「공공기록물에 관한 법률 시행령」 개정에 따라 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 방안이 법제화되며, 국가기록원은 행정정보 데이터세트 기록관리 업무를 지원하기 위해 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템을 구축할 계획을 밝혔다. 하지만 데이터세트와 관리 기준표의 특성을 고려한 구체적인 서비스 방안은 부재한 작금이다. 이에 본 논문은 국내·외 공공데이터 포털 및 기록관 웹사이트 14곳을 대상으로 데이터세트 서비스 현황을 비교 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 행정정보 데이터세트 종합관리시스템에 적용 가능한 서비스 방안 6가지를 제안했다. 본 연구의 결과가 행정정보 데이터세트 활용 및 서비스 활성화로 이어지기를 기대한다.

The author analyses the challenging activities of Japanese libraries in this decade by launching two keywords; "product-sharing" and "outcome generation." "Product-sharing" means that libraries share knowledge, skills, and records which are produced as the result of the services or in the process of activities. And "outcome generation" means that libraries generate any efficiency or effectiveness through their services to users. Using these concepts, reported are the current situation and aspects of Japanese libraries which try to make various contributions to the society; research and learning of the people, and education and training for professional librarians, and so on. In the analysis, the author shows some examples of "product-sharing" at first, including the records of reference transaction and the multi-functioned online public access catalogue. Especially, focused is on the various possibility and adoptability of the Collaborative Reference Database System of the National Diet Library of Japan. This system is one of digital reference service in Japan, and the database of reference transaction records is expected to be useful for research and academic studyies as knowledge-base of professional librarians. And the system is also expected to be a platform for LIS education and professional development in the e-learning environment. Secondly, as the examples of "outcome generation", explained are the problem-solving-type activities, and provision of the collection about books on struggling against disease and illness. A few examples of outcome in the problem-solving-type activities are these; increase of sales in the services for shop managers, business persons, and entrepreneurs, contribution to affluent daily life by providing the local information services to residents and neighbourhoods, and etc. And for both the patients with serious cases and their family or those who nurse them, books about other persons' notes or memorandum are the greatest support, and sometime healing. The author discuss the 'raison d'etre' of these activities focusing on public libraries in Japan.

공공기관 내에서의 전자기록물의 중요성과 비중이 높아져감에 따라 다양한 형태의 기록물 관리의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 2007년 제안된 국가기록원의 기록관리 메타데이터 표준안의 요소들은 주로 텍스트 형태의 기록물에 중점을 두고 있으므로 다양한 유형의 전자기록물을 표현할 수 있는 요소의 확장이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 이미지 기록물에 초점을 맞추어 메타데이터 요소들을 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 이미지 기록의 특성을 파악하였고, 최근에 그 개정판이 제공 된 호주 국가기록원의 Australian government recordkeeping metadata standard와 PREMIS 데이터사전과 요소들을 비교분석하였다. 이를 통하여 포맷(format), 중요속성(significant properties), 환경(environment), 범위(coverage)등의 네 요소의 수정 및 추가를 제안하였다.
