Purpose: This study examines the impact of individual reciprocal preferences on coalition formation. The reciprocal model considers a player's own payoff, the player's perception of others' payoffs, and others' perceptions of the player's payoff. Research design, data and methodology: A reciprocal model is built to illustrate how reciprocity influences individual decisions in a coalition game and its formation. The prediction is examined with experimental evidences from a dictator game and a membership game. Results: The theoretical result suggests that the coalition formation could be unstable due to negative reciprocal kindness. The experimental findings support that negative reciprocal kindness could lead players participating in a coalition, no matter their dominant strategies are. When subjects were essential to make contributions to a coalition, they were more likely to cooperate if they were treated badly. In contrast, when subjects were unnecessary, the reciprocal kindness could enhance cooperative tendencies. Conclusions: This study reveals that the reciprocal behavior could influence individual decisions and reshape the coalition formation. In terms of policy implications, this study has shown that coalition formation could be reshaped by reciprocal prefe rences. Due to the strategic and complicated decision process in an interactive environment, a comprehensive investigation of factors would be required in a climate coalition in practice.

Purpose: The first purpose of this study was to determine the effect of reciprocal inhibition that influence changes in pain when applied to patients with culf cramps. The second purpose of this study was to determine the effect of manual therapy on iliaosacral joint that influence changes number of occurrences when applied to patients with frequent nocturnal culf cramps. Methods: The first study using reciprocal inhibition techniques to 20 patients with calf cramps and saw the change in pain. The second study using manual therapy on iliaosacral joint to 2 patients with frequent nocturnal culf cramps and saw the change in number of occurrences during the week. Results: The pain and number of occurrences were significantly difference between pre-treatment and post treatment. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, we found that reciprocal inhibition decreased pain and that manual therapy on iliaosacral joint decreased number of occurrences.

The present longitudinal study examined reciprocal influence between self-esteem and academic achievement using cross-lagged autoregressive model. This study employed data(four wave) from Korea Youth Panel Survey. Participants were 300 students(143 boys, 157 girls) who were 4th graders in 2004 and 7th graders in 2007. The results of this study indicated that 4th graders' self-esteem influenced 5th graders' academic achievement, in turn, 5th graders' academic achievement influenced 6th graders' self-esteem. However, students' self-esteem in 6th grade did not influence their academic achievement during 7th grade. Conversely, 6th graders' academic achievement influenced 7th graders' self-esteem.

Product involvement is an important factor in consumer evaluation of co-branding. However, academic discussions over this factor have largely been neglected. This paper bridges this gap and investigates how product involvement moderates the strength of the reciprocal effect on each brand partner. We validate two theory-driven propositions by using a theoretical modeling approach. Proposition 1 explains that the negative reciprocal effect on partnering brands is stronger in the scenario of higher-involved categories than in lower-involved categories. Proposition 2 argues that the positive reciprocal effect on partnering brands can be more significant in the case of lower-involved categories than in higher-involved categories. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first to explore the influence of product involvement on reciprocal effects in the scenario of a moderately-incongruent co-branding alliance.

본 연구는 인터넷환경하에서 콘텐츠의 정보속성과 인터넷이용자들의 커뮤니케이션과정과의 관계를 고찰하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 인터넷환경하에서 콘텐츠의 정보속성이 인터넷 이용자들의 커뮤니케이션을 통해서 어떻게 사회적 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고, 이용자들간의 사회적 영향이 구전활동과 어떠한 관계를 가지는지 살펴보고자 한다. 실증연구 결과 정보속성 가운데, 이해용이성, 관련성, 새로움은 인터넷이용자들간의 상호간의 커뮤니케이션에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었고, 인터넷이용자들간의 커뮤니케이션은 이용자들의 내재화와 동조에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 주는 인과관계가 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적 영향인 내재화와 동조는 인터넷이용자들의 구전활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과를 보여주었다.

Modified pulse waveforms were applied to an AC plasma display panel with an auxiliary electrode in order to improve the operation voltage margin. Reciprocal sustain pulse waveforms and modified auxiliary pulse waveforms were applied to the sustain and auxiliary electrode, respectively. During the sustain period, the influence of the address electrode on the luminous efficacy of long-coplanar gap discharges was mitigated by application of reciprocal sustain pulse waveforms. Modified auxiliary pulse waveforms maintained the high efficacy obtained from the AC PDP with an auxiliary electrode. The proposed reciprocal sustain and modified auxiliary pulses waveforms can induce stable discharges in long-coplanar gap discharges and can control wall charges with a wider auxiliary pulse voltage margin, thereby enhancing the luminous efficacy of the AC PDP with an auxiliary electrode.

온천공에 대한 일일 적정양수량 및 영향평가는 온천법에서 지정된 온천전문기관이 수행하여야 하는 중요한 조사 항목이다. 온천전문조사는 1996년 이전까지 한국지질자원연구원에서 수행하였으나, 2006년 현재에는 8개 온천전문기관이 온천법에 등록되어 있어 일관된 조사가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 이 논문은 온천법 및 온천업무처리지침에서 규정된 사항을 사례적용하는 방법을 통해서 온천전문기관 및 관련 업체에서 온천조사시 동일한 해석을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 그 목적이다. 적정양수량 산출시 온천공은 양수후 수위회복이 느린 것이 많아 수위회복시간이 고려되었다. 따라서 단계양수시험후 수위회복이 상대적으로 느린 온천공은 적정양수량이 감소하게 된다. 온천공간 영향평가는 2개 이상 온천공사이의 영향관계를 규명하는 것으로서, 신규공에서 양수시험을 실시하고 주위 공들에서의 수위강하를 관측하여 온천공간 영향의 정도를 평가하고 있다.

콩 품종간의 상호접목을 통하여 지상부와 지하부의 능력을 비교하여 콩품종개량이나 재배법 개선의 기초자료를 제공하고자 황금콩, 팔달콩, 보광콩 및 장경콩을 공시하여 자가접목 및 품종간 상호접목을 하여 이식재배한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 보광콩의 초장이 106.3-109.8cm로 가장 컸으며 팔달콩이 68.6-70.3cm로 제일 작았는데, 접목에 의하여 초장이 감소되기는 하였지만 대목의 영향은 인정되지 않았다. 2. 엽수는 팔달콩이 9.6-9.8매로 가장 적었으며, 장경콩이 14.2-15.3매로 제일 많았는데 처리간의 차이는 없었다. 3. 개화일수는 접목에 의하여 2-4일 지연되어 유의한 차이를 보였는데, 황금콩과 팔달콩은 자가접목보다는 상호접목에서 지연정도가 켰으나 보광콩과 장경콩은 상호접목보다는 자가접목에서 지연정도가 더 커서 품종간에 접목에 대한 반응이 다른 것으로 나타났다. 4. 부위별 건물중에 대한 접목의 영향도 품종간에 유의한 차이를 보여 황금콩과 팔달콩에서는 엽중에 대한 접목의 영향이 인정되었고, 보광콩과 장경콩의 상호접목에서도 장경콩이 보광콩의 부위별 건물중을 유의하게 감소시킨 것으로 나타났다. 5. 경태는 접목에 의하여 증가하였으며, 분지수는 감소하였고, 보광콩은 접목에 의하여 증중이 감소하였다. 6. 수양은 자가접목이 비접목에 비하여 11%, 상호접목은 자가접목에 비하여 14%그리고 상호접목은 비접목에 비하여 24% 감소하였으며, 경중은 수양과 같은 경향이었으나 접목에 의한 감소가 29-32%로 정도가 수량에 비하여 더 켰으나 자가접목과 상호접목간의 차이는 거의 없었다. 7 .수확지수는 접목에 의하여 황금콩과 장경콩은 1.4-6.1% 그리고 팔달콩과 보광콩은 4.4-8.6% 높아졌다. 8. 접목하였을 때의 수양이나 경중은 대목보다는 접수로 사용된 품종의 유전적 특성에 의하여 좌우되었으며, 품종과 특성에 따라서 접목에 대한 반응의 차이가 인정되었다.

Exposure of zinc samples in simulated acid rain solution (SARS) was investigated under a periodic wet-dry conditions using an AC impedance technique. The periodic wet and dry exposure consisted of the immersion of zinc samples in SARS for one hour followed by exposure to 7 hours drying at 60% RH. Phases of the corrosion products were indentified by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The influence of relative humdiity (RH), temperature, and surface inclination on the atmospheric corrosion of zinc is described. The reciprocal of polarization resistance (1/Rp) decreases rapidly during the initial stages then slowly and eventually attains a steady state as exposure time progresses. The average of reciprocal of polarization resistance per cycle, (ARPR) was calculated and found to decrease as number of exposure cycle increases. An increase of temperature enhances the corrsion rate of zinc. The values of ARPR, of a sample inclined at 30 o are lower than those for a sample oriented horizontally. The experiment result shows a pronounced dependence of reciprocal of polarization resistance on RH. Exposure in the presence of carbonate anions gives rise to more protective corrosion products than in nitrate anion solution. The corrosion mechanism during the initial stages of atmospheric zinc corrosion under wet-dry cyclic conditions is suggested.

조직 내 개인 및 개별 기기에 산재 되어 있는 지식의 체계적 관리가 조직의 지속적 성장을 위한 핵심 요인으로 인식되면서, 조직들은 지식경영에 대한 관심을 높이고 있다. 하지만, 조직 지식경영의 지속적 운영은 지식을 생산하는 구성원의 능동적인 공유 행동을 필수적으로 요구하지만, 리더 및 조직원의 참여 부족과 같은 이유로 실패 사례들이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구는 지식 생산 역량이 상대적으로 부족한 중소기업 내 리더의 진성 리더십이 조직에 대한 가치 인식을 통해 개인의 지식공유 의도로 이어지는 메커니즘을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한, 업무적 활동의 상호교환 관점에서 상호피드백과 업무 상호의존성이 지식공유 의도에 미치는 영향을 조절하는 것을 확인한다. 연구는 선행연구를 기반으로 연구 모델을 도출하였으며, 지식경영 정책을 도입한 중소기업에 근무하는 직원들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 272개의 표본을 확보하였다. 또한, 연구는 AMOS 22.0 기반의 구조방정식모델링을 적용하여 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 진성 리더십이 조직 동일시와 조직 몰입을 매개로 지식공유 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였으며, 상호피드백과 업무 상호의존성이 지식공유 의도에 영향을 주는 선행요인들에 대한 조절 효과를 가지는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 리더의 진정성 있는 행동이 구성원의 지식공유 행동에 미치는 절차를 제시하고, 업무적 협력이 절차의 영향을 강화하는 것을 제시하였기 때문에, 지식경영을 위해 중소기업 리더와 조직 차원에서 접근해야 할 행동 방향을 제시한다.
