This research was conducted to investigate the actual condition of injured wild animals in Gangwon-do between January and December in 2002. The subject of this study was the wounded wild animals on the receipt of the governmental and the civil organizations for medical treatment. Especially, the natural monuments among the wounded were included in this research. 363 cases in birds and 274 cases in mammals were saved from injuries. In the case of the natural monuments, 140 and 7 cases got help in birds and mammals, respectively. Wild animals were injured particularly in summer and the ultimate causes were trauma and dehydration. More than 50% out of the animals under medical treatment from the organizations were dead. It was clear that most causes of the animal injuries were artificial owing to the breakdown of the ecosystem. Consequently, the consistent observation on the control system of the wild animals will be needed. And it will be also necessary to increase research works and the nationwide public city activities on the wild animals.

Looseleaf publications are truly a unique type of library material, partaking simultaneously of the nature of serials and monographs. Therefors, two disparate methods of cataloging looseleaf publications coexist today. But the decision to catalog looseleaf publications as serials as monographs affects the acquisition, budget allocation, receipt, record maintenance, and user access. In view of these aspects, this study analyzed the sources of information and seven areas of description (title and statement of responsibility ; edition ; publication, distribution, etc. ; physical description; series ; note ; standard number and terms of availability) of CRDLP2 as the exclusive cataloging rules of looseleaf publications. The results of the analysis were summarized in chapter 4 in detail. Finally, it is desirable that looseleaf publications for updationg are cataloged as monographs since the bibliographic description applied to looseleaf publications follows so colosely that of monographs. And, the cataloger must pay partioular attention to describe the physical description area because of numerous changes of the bibliographic records accompanied by frequent revisions or updates of the publications.

최근 사회적 이슈가 되고 있는 전자투표는 관리적 측면에서는 유용하지만, 사회적으로 투표기의 동작에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하지 못하여 도입에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전자투표기에 대한 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여 투표소 밖으로 가지고 나갈 수 있는 영수증 발급 기술을 제안한다. 이 방식은 기존 방식과 비교하여 특별한 용지나 프린터가 필요없고, 투표소 내의 기기나 관리자를 신뢰하지 않아도 되므로 실제 투표에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

E-mail system is the most important service that enterprises and normal users in internet use. However, because a data security is not satisfied yet, and E-mail system with security service is essential. In this paper, We implemented the E-mail system with Certification of Delivery that was not provided in prior mail system with basic security services and can prove that sender's document is properly sent to the intended receipt. And an implementation of the system used Java Cryptography API.

This work focuses on reducing claims by improving the existing receipt process, and proposed an executable Claims solving method used QR code. We propose a effected claim process methods after introduced claim process based on bar code, RFID. Also, we illustrated proposed claim solving method to M company and verified the useful and effectiveness by a survey.

In this paper, we proposed the automatic postal drop-off system based on the microprocessor board or PC. The weight of the small postal package is transmitted from the electronic scale and user-entered addresses and delivery rate are processed by the controller to calculate the fee. For 24 hour out-door operation and maintenance, non-cash payment methods such as credit card payment is used. The post stamp and receipt are printed by the thermal printer. For the electronic processing of the parcel, serial code is also printed on the stamp and receipts in bar code format. The parcel information obtained by the automatic postal drop-off system is transferred to remote central system by dial-up modem shared by the on site office. The proposed system and its control software are built for prototype model operation and the result met the design requirements. For real time processing, data reception through three serial ports is handled by interrupt routine. The proposed system is expected to be applied for commercial logistics system and pc automation system.

The research for development of remote monitoring and control systems composed three stages of research categories. At the first stage, we decided the suitable instrumentation devices for interface between H/W systems and waste water treatment facility. And at the second stage, we developed the software package for remote monitoring and data transmission system including data receipt system via wired telephone line. At the final stage we developed local control system for auto-process control of waste water treatment facilities. For the first stage of research we developed the a drawing of design the instrumentation and selected optimal sensors or monitoring basic important data. The aim of synchronization of production and transportation planning in the supply chain is to increase the flexibility and to decrease various costs. The suggested model in this study synchronizes the timing to supply to a downstream manufacturer directly after production and to be consumed in a downstream manufacturer right after receipt. This model deals with the frequent delivery in small amount which is a new trend of the transportation not governed the economy of scale principle. Moreover, various types of transportation governed by the economy of scale principle or not are considered. Then, the two-phase mathematical model is suggested to obtain optimal job sequence and production quantity for each tasks. But, it is difficult to gain optimal solutions if there is a transportation governed by the economy of scale principle in the supply chain, or the size of the problem is increased. Thus, heuristic algorithms based on simulated annealing and genetic algorithm are suggested to find good solutions in the reasonable time.

Requirement of facilitating electronic trade transactions and efforts to platform on the electronic trade in major countries are link to the interest of Bill of Lading, the major transportation document, to be electronic, namely interest in Electronic Bill of Lading. Regardless of the benefits from replacing paper based Bill of Lading to the electronic form, which are eliminating of the Crisis of Bill of Lading and cost saving of international trade community, it has not been successful so far. Among the three functions of Bill of Lading, evidence of contracts and receipt of goods can be easily transferable to the electronic form. However the most important function, Document of Title, became the hardest work to replicate in electronic form. The purpose of this paper is to clarify what kind of conditions shall be prepared to ensure the transfer of right and negotiability of the Electronic Bill of Lading and propose to ensure the use of electronic bill of lading and its transfer of right and negotiability in the era of the electronic transactions.

It is discussed how to determine time windows for pickups and deliveries, which have been assumed to be given in all most of previous studies on traveling salesman problems with time window, vehicle routing problems with time window, vehicle scheduling and dispatching problems, and so on. First, time windows are classified into four models (DR, DA, AR, and AA) by customers‘ polices. For each model, it is shown how a time window is related to various cost terms of suppliers and customers. Under the assumption of collaborative supplier-customer relationship, an integrated cost model for both supplier and customer is constructed for determining boundaries of time windows. The cost models in this paper consists of cost terms that depend on waiting time, early arrival time, late arrival time, and rejection of receipt. A numerical example is provided and results of the sensitivity analysis for some parameters are also provided to help intuitive understanding about the characteristics of the suggested models.
