An electronic receipt (e-receipt) is a receipt issued electronically in place of a traditional paper receipt. This e-receipt, which can be accessed on a smartphone or online, allows for the exchange of goods, refunds, and other services without a paper receipt. The government is focusing on widespread dissemination of e-receipts to realize a society without paper by 2020. Introduction of the e-receipt has begun in mainly large marts and coffee shops, and recently, major franchise convenience stores. As a result, individual customer's transactions are being converted into electronic transactions, and the payment methods are changing to card-based electronic payment services or prepaid electronic payment services. The number of non-paper commercial transactions are also on the increase. In this paper, we try to identify the e-receipt industry ecosystem by analyzing the industries and markets participating in the process of receipt issuance from the perspectives of storage, management and disposal, and to analyze the domestic industrial and social economic effects expected from the spread of electronic receipts.

Recently, a concept of bid-rigging is issued in electronic auction. To prevent this attack, Abe-Suzuki proposed firstly receipt-free scheme based on bidding-booth. Chen-Lee-Kim pointed out that Abe-Suzuki's scheme only provides receipt-freeness for losing bidders. Also, they introduced a new receipt-free sealed bid auction scheme using the homomorphic encryption technique. The main participants of their scheme are Auctioneer, Auction Issuer, Bidder and Seller. Bid-rigging can happen by a seller in their scheme. We propose receipt-free sealed-bid auction scheme using a universal re-encryption mixnet. For our receipt-free sealed-bid auction, we use Pseudo ID of a bidder and universal re-encryption technique of Golle et al. Also, our scheme satisfies privacy, correctness, public verifiability, non-reputation, and receipt-freeness.

The recent concept of kitchen is likely defined as "Kitchen Culture" including the function of living room where all families make a conversation as well as a dinner, and it is becoming another type of the residential environment, deviating from the stereotype as only cooking area. Particularly the comfortableness of living room is closely associated with a receipt function of kitchen, and the sort & dimension & size of furniture and diversity of shapes playa more meaningful role for improving our life standard & comfortableness compared with the past, nevertheless this receipt study is carelessly handled in the first phase of construction. This Study is focusing on understanding the modern concept of kitchen where the open space concept is being introduced as more reasonable space concept, and on suggesting a solution for receipt-function of the modern kitchen concept connected with "L-D-K (Living room - Dining room- Kitchen)" space idea. In the Chapter 2 the concept of receipt and function of kitchen, the wide variety of kitchen utensils was checked up, and in the Chapter 3 the change of trends of kitchen area & receipt space was considered, and finally in the Chapter 4 the modern concept of kitchen was presented, by instancing overseas examples with receipt planning. As a consequence, the alternative of the receipt in the modern kitchen is to install an Ireland table or another type of receipt-available table (lower furniture) in the dead space between kitchen & living room for motivating smooth communication and convenient receipt, and that is the trend nowadays. Kitchen desires a rapid change. Through this kind of study it should be more researched that kitchen is not an independent space any more and lies in the mutual connection of L-D-K.

대한제국기 내장원이 각종 국가 재원을 관할한 거대 재정기구로 확대되면서 공문서 양식도 변화되었다. 초기와 달리 1900년 2월부터 판심에는 궁내부가 삭제된 '내장원(內藏院)'이 찍힌 공문서 용지를 사용했다. 내장원경의 도장에 새겨진 명칭도 '내장원경지장(內藏院卿之章)'으로 변경되었다. 내장원이 거대 재정기구로 확대되면서 위상도 독자성을 갖는 기구로 높아졌던 것이며, 그 양상이 공문서 양식에도 반영되었던 것이다. 이러한 변화는 문서 유통 체계에서도 나타났다. 1897년까지 내장원이 각 군으로부터 받은 보고의 수신자는 대부분 궁내부대신이었으나 1899년부터는 수신자가 내장원인 보고서가 대부분이었다. 1899년 8월 이전에는 내장원이 각 군에 훈령을 내릴 수 없었으나, 1899년 8월 이후부터 내장원은 각 군에 훈령을 내릴 수 있게 되었다. 그렇지만 아직 내장원은 중앙기관과 대등한 위치에서 문서를 거래하지는 못했다. 그러나 1900년 9월부터 내장원은 중앙기관과 대등한 위치에서, 지방 기관과는 상급 기관으로서 문서를 거래하게 되었고, 내장원에는 기록과가 설치되었다. 내장원은 궁내부 소속의 하급 기관에서 벗어나 독립된 기관으로서 각 기관과 문서를 거래하게 되었다. 1900년 9월 기록과가 설치된 이후부터 내장원은 독자적으로 문서 접수책을 작성했다. 1901년도 접수책과 1905 1906년도 접수책을 비교해 보면 1905년도 접수책부터 접수 호수가 등장하고 일부에서는 해당 문서의 담당 기관이 기록되었다. 1902년부터 1904년까지의 접수책이 없어 접수책에 언제부터 접수 호수가 기록되었는지 접수책을 통해서는 알 수 없지만, 1905년도 접수책에 기록된 접수 호수와 일자가 접수스탬프에 기입된 내용과 일치하는 것으로 보아 접수 호수가 기록된 시점은 접수스탬프를 찍기 시작한 1902년 7월 전후인 것으로 추정된다. 다음으로 접수스탬프와 달리 접수책에는 업무 담당 기관인 과(課)가 먼저 기록되었다. 이는 내장원이 접수책을 과를 구분해서 작성했던 방식에서 과를 통합하여 작성하는 방식으로 전환했기 때문이었다. 내장원은 과를 구분하지 않고 하나의 접수책에 접수한 순서대로 문서를 기록하면서 각 문서에 연속된 접수 호수를 부여하고, 해당 문서의 업무 담당 기관을 구분하기 위해 접수책 하단에 과를 기록했던 것이다. 1900년 9월 기록과가 설치된 이후 독자적으로 문서를 수발하게 된 내장원은 접수한 문서에 도장 '내장원영수증(內藏院領收證)'을 찍고, 문서접수 장부를 작성했다. 내장원은 과를 구분해서 접수책을 작성했던 초기의 방식에서 과를 통합해 하나의 접수책에 작성하는 방식으로 전환하고 접수책에는 접수 호수와 업무 담당 기관을 기록하였다. 그리고 접수한 문서에는 접수일자 호수로 구성된 접수스탬프를 찍어 점차 접수 체계가 정비되는 방향으로 나아갔다.

Determination of the time and place of dispatch and receipt of electronic messages is an important element of the operation of many rules of law, particularly the timing of formation of the contract. In this paper, I reviewed interpretation and application of time and place of dispatch and receipt of electronic records in electronic transactions under the UNCITRAL(United Nations Commission on International Trade Law) Model Law on Electronic Commerce, USA Uniform Electronic Transactions Act and Korea Electronic Transactions Act. Time of dispatch and time of receipt are effective when received. The sender has the burden to prove that the electronic record is sent successfully to the information process system of the recipient. Therefore, to safety electronic transactions, the sender needs to request a confirm notice for receipt to the recipient when the electronic record is sent like the provisions of UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce and Korea Electronic Transactions Act. By requesting the above, the sender is able to take precautionary measures for damage according to the failure of dispatch and receipt of the electronic records.

본 연구는 60세 이상을 대상으로 하여 국민연금 수급액 차이에 따라 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후가 어느 정도 차이가 있는지 분석하고, 그 후 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 수급액의 차이에 따라 삶의 만족도와 성공적 노후에 차이가 나는 것으로 나타나 수급액이 많을수록 삶의 만족도가 향상되고, 성공적 노후를 보내고 있다는 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 영향을 미치는지 알아보기 위해 회귀분석을 한 결과, 수급액의 차이는 삶의 만족도에선 유의미하였으나, 성공적 노후에는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이로 볼 때, 국민연금 수급이 경제적 안정감을 주어 삶의 만족도를 증가시키는 기반이 될 수는 있으나 성공적 노후로 이어지려면 여가선용과 같은 사회적 지지도 필요하다는 것을 파악할 수 있었다. 또한 현재 국민연금의 수급액의 만족도는 낮은 편이며, 수급액만으론 생활이 불안정하고 느끼고 있기 때문에 차후에 수급액의 만족도를 높이며, 여가선용 확대를 통해 안정적인 생활을 영위할 수 있는 정책적 방안이 필요하다.

요즈음 전 세계적으로 경제위기가 심각해지고 우리나라 서민들의 생활이 어려워지면서 많은 신용불량자가 발생하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 우리는 개인이 실시간으로 구매내역 및 금액을 확인할 수 있는 e-receipt 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발과정에서는 임베디드 소프트웨어 공학 프로세스를 적용하였다. 우리가 개발한 e-receipt 시스템은 개인의 신용카드의 무분별한 사용으로 인한 과소비를 예방하고 계획적인 지출을 유도할 수 있을 것이다.

Considering the current situation where cash transactions account for 51.5% of private consumption expenditure, it is very important to secure a tax base by exposing business operators' cash transactions. In the September 2011 national audit, it was pointed out that although a significant part of the investment amount of businesses (VAN operators, etc.) related to the issuance of cash receipts has been recovered, they are still supported through the state tax. At this point in time when a significant amount of the initial investment has been recovered, it is necessary to study a new way to support business operators through methods other than the tax credit method. This study proposes various methods to improve the current cash receipt system and describes the advantages and disadvantages of each method. The most important thing for the improvement of the cash receipt system is that the issuance of cash receipts should be beneficial to business operators. As a result of this study, the most desirable improvement method is to provide differential compensation for the discriminatory cost because the cost is different for each cash receipt operator. For this purpose, we analyze the best way to improve the cash receipt system is a tax credit method and a tax credit for maintenance costs.

Dental care is becoming more available on the NHI(National Health Insurance) in Korea. Especially, complete denture, partial denture, dental scaling, and dental implant has been applied by NHI from 2012 to 2014. Although, the entire nation is not eligible for the benefit now, the more dental coverage of NHI is extended, the more regulaition is tightened. Essential documents for proof of correctness of dental treatment covered by NHI are dental records and the receipt book. Summary of regal regulation about them is as follows 1. Chief complaints of patients, diagnosis, progress, and act of treatment, drugs and materials of treatment, doctor's sign, date and hour should be placed accurately on dental record 2. Dental clinic should collect patients sharing of the dental cost covered by NHI. 3. Dental clinic should keep the receipt as proof of purchase of dental drugs or materials.

최근 전자투표 시스템에 대한 투표자의 신뢰성을 높이기 위하여, 투표자가 자신의 투표 결과를 확신할 수 있도록 하는 영수증 발급 기술에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 전자투표 영수증은 투표소 밖에서도 검증할 수 있어야 하기 때문에 개별 검증성과 함께 매표방지에 대한 요구사항을 만족해야 한다. 기존의 연구에서는 특수한 용지와 프린터를 필요로 하거나 투표기가 올바로 작동하는 것을 수시로 검증해야 하는 관리상의 문제점을 가지고 있었다. 본 논문에서는 전자투표에 대한 신뢰성을 높이면서, 특수한 종이나 프린터 또는 스캐너가 필요 없고 투표소 내의 기기나 관리자를 신뢰하지 않아도 되는 영수증 발급 방식을 제안한다.
