RLS 기법을 이용한 유도전동기의 속도센서없는 벡터제어 (Speed-Sensorless Vector Control of an Induction Motor Using Recursive Least Square Algorithm)

  • This paper is on realization of the speed-sensorless vector control of an induction motor using the RLS(Recursive Least Square) algorithm. The speed estimator is including the RLS algorithm and a rotor flux observer. The RLS algorithm has speed and rotor time constant as parameter vectors and rotor flux observer is designed to have robustness to stator resistance variation and through the IP(Integral and Proportional) speed controller stable performance is obtained for estimating rotor speed. Finally the total algorithm are realized in induction motor drive system and its effectiveness is verified.

  • This paper deals with the torque characteristic of AFPM Brushless DC motor, which is driven by 3 phase inverter and with the effect of phase of input voltage to the output by varying the input voltage to the induced voltage in stator of motor. To accomplish this, a prototype AFPM Brushless DC Motor was produced and phase variation was detected by a set of photo interrupter. In this realized system. method to maximize the output torque depend on the speed of motor is presented.

  • This study is applied to common induction motor, and vector control is realized by using an indirect type of induction motor which has a simple composition. In this study extended Kalman filter is used from control theoretical viewpoint, and primary resistance and secondary resistance which change according to the temperature of motor are simultaneously estimated. This paper aims to research an indirect vector control in which the secondary resistance obtained from this estimation is consistent with secondary flux. This estimation is made by on-line estimation, but on-line estimation is difficult because extended Kalman filter takes long time in computation time. So off-line estimation was made on the assumption that the variation of temperature in motor is slow temporally.

  • 본 연구에서는 초광대역증폭기를 설계하고자 GaAs MESFET 소신호 동가회로에 인덕터 피킹소자를 첨가하여 캐패시턴스의 영향을 감소시키는 주파수 피킹현상에 대하여 분석하였다. GaAs MESFET의 소신호 둥가회로의 전달함수로 부터 인턱터 피킹소자의 최적값을 유도하였으며, 매 우 균일이득을 갖는 귀환증폭모듈을 실현하였다. 실 주파수법에 의하여 입력과 출력단의 엄피던스정합회로를 설계하여 초광대역 마이크로파증폭기를 구현하였으며 컴퓨터 시률레이션에 의하여 셜계된 증폭기의 이득의 오차는 O.lGHz-12GHz에서 O.56dB의 매우 균일한 이득을 얻을 수 있었다.

  • In this paper, to realize high speed position control of LDM (Linear DC Motor), the minimum time control method is applied. But, In this control method, calculation of non-linear function is required Therefore, in order to avoid this complex calculation, optimum switching of the Bang-Bang control is done on parabola type switching function established in the plane of phase. But, the sliding mode is occurred due to the modeling error of LDM and the variation of parameters. Thereby, the optimum 'control is not realized. In order to realize optimum control, the algorithm to modify switching function is proposed

  • This paper presents a study on a small scale single-phase UPFC preliminary researches on power quality compensating schemes of electrical railway. As the UPFC is very complicated power-electronic system consisting of grid-connected transformers, four single phase inverters interconnected with dc-link capacitors and various electrical apparatuses, multiple controllers and control algorithms are needed, and entire UPFC has been modelled in the form of block diagrams and simulated by using Simulink. The main purpose of the compensating system is to manage reactive and active powers with the four single phase inverters, so, the control effort has been focused on the power flow control and has been realized through the hysteresis current control of the single phase inverters. And transport-delayed PLL with additional delay-time compensating term has been used to synchronize a grid voltage and the simulation results have shown that the compensating term could improve PLL performance under some frequency variation of the voltage.

Pb Free 솔더를 사용한 솔더 접합부의 접합 강도 향상에 관한 연구 (Study on Joining Strength Improvement of Solder Joint with Pb Free Solder)

  • In this paper, stability of initial strength at solder joint with lead free solders, such as Sn-In (52-48%) and Sn-Ag (96.5-3.5wt%) was studied. To obtain at solder joint with high quality, it is very important to control the temperature at the interface of solder joints. It is found that the thermal EMF (electro motive force) occurs betwee lead frame and copper pad on a substrate during reflow soldering process using heated tip. As a result of control the temperature at interface of solder joints, variation of initial strength at solder joint decreases from about $\pm40%$ to $\pm20%$, and it is realized Pb free soldering process using Sn/In and Sn-Ag solder paste.

  • Development of construction technology and various condition is realized by high-rise buildings and so concrete placing by pressure pump has been developed in with the trend of large-size and high-rise building. So, it is judged that reservation of the basic data for standard of quality control standard Code by the prediction and this to a quality change exact here is urgent. In this study it is going to carry out experimental research for a physical-properties change searching examination of the concrete by the after pressure change factor which does not become hard by the pumping method of construction.

  • 종래의 WPC方式에 依한 市外 DDD System 代身에 Microprocessor를 利用한 SPC 方式의 System에 關한 構成과 實驗硏究의 結果를 報告하였다. 本 硏究는 現用 PTP 方式(Selector 구동方式)의 新型 DDD 整合中機裝置를 그대로 出中機線 Repeator로 使用되도록 設計하였으므로 이 System을 中小都市型 市外交換機에 적용시킬 경우 Stage別 Selector가 不必要하며 裝置의 小型化 및 信賴度의 向上이 기대될 뿐 아니라 Route의 變更도 Program의 變更만으로 간편하게 實現시킬 수 있다.

  • We present a pressure sensor based on the mechanically induced long-period fiber gratings (LPFG) for detecting the multi-location strain variation. The theoretical analysis is performed using a graphic method for a weakly guiding step-index fiber. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental results. In this study, from the fact that the optical parameters of a single-mode fiber slightly differ from manufacturing company to manufacturing company, the multipoint pressure-detection sensor systems composed two identical LPFGs are realized. When the pressure is applied two LPFG sensors at once, the resonance peaks are separated as much as about 40 nm. These types of sensor systems are well suited as a multipoint monitoring of strain or temperature in the ship or the smart structure.
