Development of an Adjustable Beam Bracket for Beam Table Form - Conceptual Design and Structural Stability Analysis - (보 테이블 폼 전용 가변형 보 브라켓 개발 - 개념 디자인 제시 및 구조적 안정성 분석 -)

  • Recently, the construction industry has lively utilized system forms to improve the work productivity and safety of form work, and the beam table form is one of them. However, the beam table form is used limitedly for the construction of buildings where the same beam size is applied to every floor. To make it possible to apply the beam table form to a building where different beam sizes are designed according to the uses of floors, it was analyzed that among the components of the beam table form, the beam bracket, should be able to flexible adjust the size of the beam form only with simple operation. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the conceptual design of "an adjustable beam bracket for beam table form" that allows the adjustment of beam form size with simple operation and has excellent applicability to construction sites as well. In case this study's conceptual design of adjustable beam bracket for beam table form is fabricated into a real thing, it is expected that the beam table form will be applicable to even buildings where different beam sizes are designed according to the uses of floors, thereby contributing to the improvement in the work productivity and safety of form work.

  • For the property right's protection of the nation, the uncertainty's dissolution and the reliability's security of real estate trade are very important. With the life style's change, the market of real estate becomes diversification, and the level of the real estate trade becomes diversification. But compared with this, the trade system of the real estate has not broken away from the mode in the past yet. To cope with it actively, it needs to review the real estate trade form. Especially, it needs to investigate a plan that can advance the Agency Listing method. The Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System have been the usual system in some advanced countries like America, Japan. It is the system that establishes the real estate brokerage's trade order and encourages the execution for the real estate client's property right's protection and benefit offer. In our country, The Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System were created in the revised real estate brokerage law in 12, 1993. But because of varies of questions, it can not be settled down. So this paper will develop the characteristic factors of the Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System revitalization and examine the mutual relation depends on the factors. And these factors were studied through the proved analysis to the effecting made on the Agency function's consideration and real estate broker' trust and customer satisfaction. So depends on these, the existed value now will present the revitalization plan and political implication about the Exclusive Agency Listing and the real estate Information Network System.

  • The virtual reality(VR) technology can provide various stimuli, including, visual and auditory stimuli, simultaneously in the virtual environment and encourage the user to interact. Virtual reality is a set of computer technologies, which when combined, provide an interactive interface to a computer generated world. In this world the subject can see, hear and navigate in a dynamically changing environment in which he participates as an active player, by modifying the environment according to his will. Moreover, the subject can get a feeling for the virtual environment in much the same way as one feels real life situations. In the real world, a plethora of information from various modalities may be in conflict, and modulate each other to form an illusion. In this study we investigated whether a tactile illusion on a real hand could be evoked by a virtual stimulus, the time required to generate this illusion and its duration. This study shows that the illusion occurred, and that was correlated with presence score in the virtual environment.

  • R&D is a foundation for new business chance and productivity improvement leading to enormous expense and a long-term multi-step process. During the R&D process, decision-makers are confused due to the various future uncertainties that influence economic and technical success of the R&D projects. For these reasons, several decision-making models for R&D project investment have been suggested; they are based on traditional methods such as Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Decision Tree Analysis (DTA) and Real Option Analysis (ROA) or some fusion forms of the traditional methods. However, almost of the models have constraints in practical use owing to limits on application, procedural complexity and incomplete reflection of the uncertainties. In this study, to make the constraints minimized, we propose a new model named Real Option Decision Tree Model which is a conceptual combination form of ROA and DTA. With this model, it is possible for the decision-makers to simulate the project value applying the uncertainties onto the decision making nodes.

  • Channel attenuation must be taken into account when designing Time Division Multiple Access(TDMA) communication systems. In addition, Automatic Gain Control (ACG) is a requirement in satellite communication systems in order to form a stable network regardless of rapidly changes in channel environment. In this study, we present an AGC with possible real-time application to time slots in satellite TDMA communication systems. A satellite TDMA system was designed and implemented in order to test the performance of the proposed real-time AGC, and the system's BER (Bit Error Rate) was found by applying the proposed AGC algorithm. These results can be expected to be of high value in improving the stability of satellite TDMA communication systems in the future.

  • Most vehicles are in the form of maintenance when a problem occurs by the user himself or herself. During maintenance, users are not able to operate the car while it is being serviced, and if the target vehicle is a revenue-generating vehicle, they will have to bear economic losses. Collecting vehicle information in real time, identifying problems that could arise with a vehicle based on the collected big data and providing advance service rather than after-sales service can help secure vehicle operation and reduce economic loss. Thus, in this thesis, a platform was designed to design IoT-based gateways, collect real-time vehicle information, and organize big data to provide vehicle information in real time.

  • The DVR system realization with watermarking and MPEG-4 for real time processing speed improvement is presented in this paper. For the real time processing the system is used the DSP processor, Quick DMA for data transmission, watermarking for security and MPEG-4 compression for facility. The algorithms are that the operational structure has the internal memory of processor, and the optimal realization is suitable to form the DSP processor structure r processed for the iterative operations. The experimental result shows the real time processing is improved 12% over for the D1 image in comparison with the other system.

Community Detection using Closeness Similarity based on Common Neighbor Node Clustering Entropy

  • In order to efficiently detect community structure in complex networks, community detection algorithms can be designed from the perspective of node similarity. However, the appropriate parameters should be chosen to achieve community division, furthermore, these existing algorithms based on the similarity of common neighbors have low discrimination between node pairs. To solve the above problems, a noval community detection algorithm using closeness similarity based on common neighbor node clustering entropy is proposed, shorted as CSCDA. Firstly, to improve detection accuracy, common neighbors and clustering coefficient are combined in the form of entropy, then a new closeness similarity measure is proposed. Through the designed similarity measure, the closeness similar node set of each node can be further accurately identified. Secondly, to reduce the randomness of the community detection result, based on the closeness similar node set, the node leadership is used to determine the most closeness similar first-order neighbor node for merging to create the initial communities. Thirdly, for the difficult problem of parameter selection in existing algorithms, the merging of two levels is used to iteratively detect the final communities with the idea of modularity optimization. Finally, experiments show that the normalized mutual information values are increased by an average of 8.06% and 5.94% on two scales of synthetic networks and real-world networks with real communities, and modularity is increased by an average of 0.80% on the real-world networks without real communities.

Concurrency Control Based on Triggering Relationship for Real-Time Active Database (실시간 능동 데이터베이스에서 triggering 관계를 고려한 동시성 제어 기법)

  • Transactions in real-time active databases have the notion of activeness where transactions are generated by external effects and another transaction. In this paper, we propose the multi version concurrency control algorithm for real-time active transactions. A real-time active transaction has a timing constraint in the form of a deadline until which the user wants to complete the transaction, and is characterized by triggering relationships which mean that association between a transaction that triggers the execution of another transaction and the triggered transaction. The triggering relationship is an important factor to resolve data conflicts among real-time active transactions. The proposed concurrency control mechanism resolves data conflicts by considering triggering relationships between conflicting transactions as well as priorities and precedence relationships. The conflict resolution mechanism considers association types of the triggering relationship such as abort and commit dependency, and then resolves data conflicts in favor of higher priority transactions. We also present the experimental results of our algorithm comparing other real-time active concurrency control algorithms.
