In this paper, we characterize some semi-invariant submanifolds of codimension 3 with almost contact metric structure (${\phi}$, ${\xi}$, g) satisfying 𝔏_ξ∇ = 0 in a nonflat complex space form, where ${\nabla}$ denotes the Riemannian connection induced on the submanifold, and 𝔏_ξ is the operator of the Lie derivative with respect to the structure vector field ${\xi}$.

The three dimensional finite element models for the basic deflection of linear motion guides and ball screws were developed. Form the comparison of the results calculated by the finite element method with those by the experiment, it was proved that the modeling method might be applied to real machine tool structures. Form the structural analysis of the headstock of the machine tool, it was found that the static stiffness was calculated within 6.5% error

Kwon and Bae gave an interpolation for a continuous form of H$\ddot{o}$lder's inequality for a real-valued bounded measurable function on a product of measure spaces. It is given some generalizations of their result.

A separable minimal surface is represented by the form of f(x) + g(y) + h(z) = 0, where f, g and h are real-valued functions of x, y and z, respectively. We provide exact equations for separable minimal surfaces with elliptic functions that are singly, doubly and triply periodic minimal surfaces and completely classify all them. In particular, parameters in the separable minimal surfaces change the shape of the surfaces, such as fundamental periods and its limit behavior, within the form f(x) + g(y) + h(z) = 0.

An n-dimensional complex space form $M_n(c)$ is a Kaehlerian manifold of constant holomorphic sectional curvature c. As is well known, complete and simply connected complex space forms are a complex projective space $P_n C$, a complex Euclidean space $C_n$ or a complex hyperbolic space $H_n C$ according as c > 0, c = 0 or c < 0.

In this study, a DNC(Distributed Numerical Control) management system is designed that can directly control and manage hybrid CNC machine tools on real-time. And management software is developed to inter-communicate field informations with CNC controllers using an interface processor(Intelligent Multi Communication Board, IMCB). Especially, IMCB supports that DNC system sends and receives part program with CNC controllers in the form of real-time multi-tasking.

The paper presents the analysis and results of traffic measurements in the 155 Mbit/s real working ATM backbone network. The traffic is described as an ordered sequence of real-time cells. In this paper we analyze two timescales in which some form of a stochastic process is taking place: cell scale and burst scale. We present another way to describe the cell flow in ATM networks by definition the function, designed to be the probability of the burst of length ∫in n sequential slots.

We introduce a special class of real recurrent polynomials $f_m$$($m{\geq}1$) of degree m+1, with positive roots $s_m$, which are decreasing as m increases. The first root $s_1$, as well as the last one denoted by $s_{\infty}$ are expressed in closed form, and enclose all $s_m$ (m > 1). This technique is also used to find weaker than before [6] sufficient convergence conditions for some popular iterative processes converging to solutions of equations.

In this research an induction motor vector control system was developed using Simulink and RTW(Real Time Workshop). On the Simulink window, control system is designed in the form of block diagrams, program codes are produced automatically with the RTW, then c compiler compiles the program codes. With this automatic real time program producing mechanism rapid prototyping is realized without the time-consuming manual program coding procedures. To show effectiveness of the proposed designing scheme a DSP-based induction motor vector control system was constructed and implemented

A real-tme nonlinear parameter tomography is pumping wave method. This tomorgraphy has a merit which requires no 180$^{\circ}$ projection datum, while the ray-bending effect is remrkably remained on the reconstructed image. In this paper we intend to compensate this ray-bending effect using the perturbation method. Impulsive pumping wave makes derived compensative term simple form, nad the compensative image is easily obtained. We perform computer simulation to confirm the improvement of corrected imate.
