In high-speed line, at some part of the track which rubber ballast-mat installed, track irregularity grew rapidly and affected riding comfort and train running stability. It is urgently requested to establish counter-measures which can be applied to track under operation. To do this, it is very important to analysis the origin of that phenomenon before. Track support stiffness is an essential factor for evaluating track condition. Sudden changes of support stiffness along track occur instability of train and bad riding comfort. Preventing sudden changes of track support stiffness is a key technique in high-speed track maintenance. Besides the sudden changes, the magnitude itself also significantly affects track and train. Low stiffness of ballast-mat makes ballast acceleration area wider. And it may accelerate track irregularity growth. So, the stiffness should be limited. To calculate track stiffness, measuring load and displacement on track is needed. In this study, the behavior of the track which rubber ballast-mat installed was measured and analyzed to understand the origin of rapid growth of it.

Recently, much attention is paid on the office design be-cause the real world of work has undergone substantial changes, in both spatial and temporal aspects, due to the in-troduction of data processing technologies and new types of production. Today's renewed objectives of office are to define new physical space for work, to deal with economic and organizational changes. In the period of information, the purpose of an office is to improve the productivity for employers employees the comfort and vitality. Today's intellecture resources are necessary for the development in the modern business. The Hypid office, as an alternative in order to correspond the rapid changes, is proposed to give the space for satisfy-ing the basic desires of a human being-eating, resting and working. Accompanying with flexibility and comfortability, this office should include the space for personal purpose and the space for social purpose. Applying the concept of comfort like at home leads to re-lease a worker's stress from the society of information. The future office which is to enhance the quality of culture by in-tegrating indivisual, domestic and social life should commu-nicate efficiency, movement, energy, transformation.

Mixed-mode (or multi-mode) surveys and (volunteer) web panels were recently introduced as ways to cope with changes in the social survey environment, which is going through a rapid and massive transformation. The direction, speed, and magnitude of these changes have been clear in Korea, too. Enumerated in Figure 1 are the social surveys between 1960 and 2010 archived by the Korean Social Science Data Archive (KOSSDA) 2. The left panel shows the exponential growth in the overall volume. The other two panels, more importantly, show the changes in the composition. Mixed-mode and online surveys are rapidly increasing their shares and are fast becoming de facto standards in Korea, as in many other countries.

In Korea, there is an urgent need to identify nutrition-related risk factors for obesity, because the prevalence of these conditions continues to rise among Koreans. While some studies suggest that westernized dietary pattern may increase the risk of obesity, others do not support these findings. Longitudinal studies examined the role of dietary patterns in relation to changes in body fat composition. Nowadays rapid changes in dietary patterns are related to socioeconomic status and westernized diet. Major dietary changes include a large increase in the consuming of at in the diet and a fall in total cereal intakes and fiber. This research showed remarkable decline in the consuming proportion of the grains and vegetables. These results fit closely with the trend toward increased prevalence of obesity in Korea. Most longitudinal studies on these relationships among children and adults showed that the dietary patterns affected obesity. In conclusion, we need programs to promote healthy Korean diet pattern in Korea.

Modern society changes so fast that it makes the borderlines obscure among all the elements in physical environments as well as culture and economy through rapid flows of Network or new media. Also these flows of changes appears and collides everywhere at the same time, which continuously generates heterogeneous environmental factors. For this reason, architecture is required to correspond with circumstances of the day, but it doesn't keep up with the speed of social changes actually because it features physically fixed construction. This research offers new direction and possibilities of architecture space elements using pluralistic and do-centering attributes of hypertext as a counterplan, and finds out how architecture space should correspond with the moving environment of modern society.

The microstructures of the HAZ (Heat Affected Zone) are generally different from the base metal due to rapid thermal cycle during welding process. Particuraly, CGHAZ (Coarsened Grain Heat Affected Zone) near the fusion line is the most concerned region in which many metallurgical and mechanical discontinuities have been normally generated. A computer program by the numerical formularization of phase transformation during cooling with different rates was developed to generate the CCT diagram, and to predict microstructural (phase) changes in the CGHAZ. In order to verify simulated results, isothermal and continuous cooling transformation experiments were conducted. The simulated and experimental results showed that the developed computer model could successfully predict the room temperature microstructural changes (changes in volume fraction of phases) under various welding conditions (heat input & cooling rate $(Δt_{8/5})$).

The economic exchanges have become increasingly frequent between China and Korea and the average annual growth rate of the total trade volume has increased by 30% since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries. With the rapid economic growth and industrial upgrading of China, there are changes in the investment of Korea in China and domestic demand of China, and the trade structure of Sino- Korea has changed a lot in recent years. The changes have mainly manifested in the following aspects, including the increased proportion of high-tech products, raw materials and the intra-industry trade, the decreased proportion of consumer goods, the inter-industry trade and the trade deficit of China. With the development of the situation of international economy, the scale of Korea and China trade will continue to expand and the structure of Korea and China trade will also keep on changing in the long run.

This study aimed to analyze the prioritized area for the functional change of agricultural reservoir according to the rapid urbanization and social changes through the mapping method. Changwon-si, Gimhae-si, and Jinju-si in Gyeongnam province were selected as the study area, considering the results of land-use and cluster analysis. As the planning unit of management area, watershed was used and land coverage map from 1975 to 2015 were analyzed for changes of land use. The reduction ratio (%) of farmland was calculated for identifying the changes in 2013 compared to 1975. As a result, the reduction ratio was 11.9% for Changwon-si, 12.2% for Gimhae-si and 9.3% for Jinju-si, and the number of watershed having functionally reduced potential-area was relatively high in the proportion to the city size.

The content industry was greatly affected by the pandemic that hit the world in 2020. The release and production of major Hollywood films were postponed. Performances, festivals, and mega-events such as tourism and the Olympic Games were also canceled or postponed. The innovation of the content industry became inevitable in line with these rapid environmental changes, and the industry had to undergo internal changes according to these external environmental changes. Representative examples are talent fostering and job creation for young people. This study conducts both SWOT analysis and PEST analysis on the South Korean content industry, thereby analyzing cases of talent fostering and job creation suitable for the new environment.

Currently, the global atmosphere around the world is altering at a very rapid pace. Among those changes, some are beneficial, but most of the changes are lead to destruction to our planet. The area of environmental science is a significant resource for learning more about these changes. Due to the urbanization, the human population is increasing, natural resources becoming very limited. To solve the limited resources issues, recycling is absolutely an alternative source for the new demands and limitations. Recycling education is very important to raise awareness among students and their communities about the need for recycling and what materials are recyclable locally. In this paper, we reported the role of sustainability science and technology and the impact of recycling research education in the middle schools, both in developing countries and Asian countries and also we included the brief data of global recycling of waste.
