Bounded Rationality under Analysis of Relative Priorities on Multi-cultural Policy (제한된 합리성 하에서 다문화 정책에 대한 상대적 우선순위 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop an AHP model to evaluate the relative importance and priorities of multi-cultural policies under bounded Rationality. The results of the study are as follows. First, in the evaluation elements for each measurement area, the following are the stable social settlement support policy (1rank), social capability development policy of multi-cultural family second generation (2rank), socio-economic activity policy (3rank), collaborative governance policy enforcement(4rank). Second, the priority of the measurement element is as follows. social settlement service target expansion policy was proved to be the top priority project stable social settlement support policy aspect and social capacity development policies of the second generation of multi-cultural families, social support policy was most important evaluated. Active economic activity support policy was as the top priority project socio-economic activity policy, and construct cooperation system of policy practice main agents was proved to be the top priority collaborative governance policy enforcement. These results will contribute to explain the reality of multi-cultural policy.

Simulation comparison of standardization methods for interview scores (면접점수 표준화 방법 모의실험 비교)

  • In this study, we perform a simulation study to compare frequently used standardization methods for interview scores based on trimmed mean, rank mean, and z-score mean. In this simulation study we assume that interviewer's score is influenced by a weighted average of true interviewee's true score and independent noise whose weight is determined by the professionality of the interviewer. In other words, as interviewer's professionality increases, the observed score becomes closer to the true score and if interviewer's professionality decreases, the observed score becomes closer to the noise instead of the true score. By adding interviewer's tendency bias to the weighed average, final interviewee's score is assumed to be observed. In this simulation, the interviewers's cores for each method are computed and then the method is considered best whose rank correlation between the method's scores and the true scores is highest. Simulation results show that when the true score is from normal distributions, z-score mean is best in general and when the true score is from Laplace distributions, z-score mean is better than rank mean in full interview system, where all interviewers meet all interviewees, and rank mean is better than z-score mean in half split interview system, where the interviewers meet only half of the interviewees. Trimmed mean is worst in general.

  • Ant algorithm is new meta heuristic for hard combinatorial optimization problem. It is a population based approach that uses exploitation of positive feedback as well as greedy search. It was first proposed for tackling the well known Traveling Salesman Problem. In this paper, we propose the improved $AS_{rank}$ algorithms. The original $AS_{rank}$ algorithm accomplishes a pheromone updating about only the paths which will be composed of the optimal path is higher, but, the paths which will be composed the optimal path is lower does not considered. In this paper, The proposed method evaporate the pheromone of the paths which will be composed of the optimal path is lowest(worst tour path), it is reducing the probability of the edges selection during next search cycle. Simulation results of proposed method show lower average search time and average iteration than original ACS.

A Study of the System of Official Costume of Baekche (백제 공복제도에 관한 연구)

  • This study analyzes the Baekche official costume system, including the dress, cap and belt systems, by relating documentary records with the results of excavations. The study shows that the system differed depending on the time. A system of dress based on official ranks was instituted during the region of King Goi in the third century. The rap amd belt systems were begun in the first half of sixth century The official costume system, as recorded in the Chinese history $Sus{\u{o}}$, included many subdivisions of cap colors, which followed belt colors. According to $Gudangs{\u{o}}$, dress and cap systems changed in the seventh century. The official costume consisted of a $jacket(j{\u{o}}gori)$, trousers(baji), and coat(po). The coat had wide sleeves and reached below knees. Its collar had straight neckline. Officials of all rank wore silk caps and belts of matching colors. Officials above sixth rank used silver flower decorations on their caps. Officials wore wide-crouch trousers and generally adjusted the hems of the trousers, but this practice stopped in the sixth century. Officials wore shoes or boots depending on occasion. From a historical viewpoint, Baekche is important for having been the first Korean kingdom to establish a government organization. The salient feature of the system of organization established in A.D. 260(the twenty-seventh year of the region of King Goi) was the application of different colors to identify different ranks.

RDP-based Lateral Movement Detection using PageRank and Interpretable System using SHAP (PageRank 특징을 활용한 RDP기반 내부전파경로 탐지 및 SHAP를 이용한 설명가능한 시스템)

  • As the Internet developed, various and complex cyber attacks began to emerge. Various detection systems were used outside the network to defend against attacks, but systems and studies to detect attackers inside were remarkably rare, causing great problems because they could not detect attackers inside. To solve this problem, studies on the lateral movement detection system that tracks and detects the attacker's movements have begun to emerge. Especially, the method of using the Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) is simple but shows very good results. Nevertheless, previous studies did not consider the effects and relationships of each logon host itself, and the features presented also provided very low results in some models. There was also a problem that the model could not explain why it predicts that way, which resulted in reliability and robustness problems of the model. To address this problem, this study proposes an interpretable RDP-based lateral movement detection system using page rank algorithm and SHAP(Shapley Additive Explanations). Using page rank algorithms and various statistical techniques, we create features that can be used in various models and we provide explanations for model prediction using SHAP. In this study, we generated features that show higher performance in most models than previous studies and explained them using SHAP.

  • Anomaly detection is the identification of data that do not conform to a normal pattern or behavior model in a dataset. It can be utilized for detecting errors among data generated by devices or user behavior change in a social network data set. In this study, we proposed a new approach using rank correlation coefficient to efficiently detect abnormal data in devices of a building. With the increased push for energy conservation, many energy efficiency solutions have been proposed over the years. HVAC (Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning) system monitors and manages thousands of sensors such as thermostats, air conditioners, and lighting in large buildings. Currently, operators use the building's HVAC system for controlling efficient energy consumption. By using the proposed approach, it is possible to observe changes of ranking relationship between the devices in HVAC system and identify abnormal behavior in social network.

  • With the advent of the big data era, the interest in the development of land using traffic data has increased significantly. However, the current research on traffic big data lingers around organizing or calibrating the data only. In this research, a novel method for discovering the hidden values within the traffic data through data mining is proposed. Considering the fact that traffic data and network structures have similarities, network analysis algorithms are used to find valuable information in the actual traffic volume data. The PageRank and HITS algorithms are then employed to find the centralities. While conventional methods present centralities based on uncomplicated traffic volume data, the proposed method provides more reasonable centrality locations through network analysis. Since the centrality locations that we have found carry detailed spatiotemporal characteristics, such information can be used as an objective basis for making policy decisions.

Fish Species Compositions and the Application of Ecological Assessment Models to Bekjae Weir, Keum-River Watershed (금강 수계 백제보에서 어류의 종 특성 평가 및 생태평가모델 적용)

  • The objectives of study were to evaluate fish species compositions of trophic guilds and tolerance guilds and apply ecological fish assessment (EFA) models to Bekjae Weir, Keum-River Watershed. The EFA models were Stream Index of Biological Integrity (SIBI) used frequently for running water and Lentic Ecosystem Health Assessment (LEHA) used for assessments of stagnant water. The region of Bekjae Weir as a "four major river project" was originally a lotic ecosystem before the weir construction (2010, $B_{WC}$) but became more like lentic-lotic hybrid system after the construction (2011, $A_{WC}$). In the analysis of species composition and ecological bioindicator (fish), fish species with a preference of running water showed significant decreases (p < 0.05), whereas the species with a preference of stagnant water showed significant increases (p < 0.05). After the weir construction, relative abundances of tolerant species increased, and the proportion of insectivores decreased. This phenomenon indicated the changes of biotic compositions in the system by the weir construction. Applications of SIBI and LEHA models to the system showed that the two model values decreased at the same time after the weir construction ($A_{WC}$), and the region became more like lentic-lotic hybrid system, indicating the degradation of ecosystem health. The model values of SIBI were 19 and 16, respectively, in the BWC and AWC, and the health conditions were both "C-rank". In the mean time, the LEHA model analysis showed that the values was 28 in the BWC and 24 in the AWC, thus the health was turned to be "B-Rank" in the BWC and "C-Rank" in the AWC. indicating a degradation of ecological heath after the weir construction.

Computer-Aided Decision Analysis for Improvement of System Reliability

  • Nowadays, every kind of system is changed so complex and enormous, it is necessary to assure system reliability, product liability and safety. Fault tree analysis(FTA) is a reliability/safety design analysis technique which starts from consideration of system failure effect, referred to as “top event”, and proceeds by determining how these can be caused by single or combined lower level failures or events. So in fault tree analysis, it is important to find the combination of events which affect system failure. Minimal cut sets(MCS) and minimal path sets(MPS) are used in this process. FTA-I computer program is developed which calculates MCS and MPS in terms of Gw-Basic computer language considering Fussell's algorithm. FTA-II computer program which analyzes importance and function cost of VE consists. of five programs as follows : (l) Structural importance of basic event, (2) Structural probability importance of basic event, (3) Structural criticality importance of basic event, (4) Cost-Failure importance of basic event, (5) VE function cost analysis for importance of basic event. In this study, a method of initiation such as failure, function and cost in FTA is suggested, and especially the priority rank which is calculated by computer-aided decision analysis program developed in this study can be used in decision making determining the most important basic event under various conditions. Also the priority rank can be available for the case which selects system component in FMEA analysis.

A Reconsideration of the Establishment & Revision of Official's Gongbok During Emperor Hongwu's Reign of the Ming Dynasty (명 홍무연간 문무관 공복의 제정과 개정 시기 재검토)

  • This paper researches the system of the official's gongbok(公服) during the reign of emperor Hongwu(洪武帝) in the Ming dynasty, and it is based on DaMingLing(大明令), DaMingJili(大明集禮), HongwuLizhi(洪武禮制), ZhusiZhizhang(諸司職掌), DaMingHuidian(大明 會典), MingTaizuShilu(明太祖實錄), and MingShi(明史). Official's gongbok is consisted of clothes, belt(帶), bokdu, scepter(笏), and black shoes. The system of official's gongbok wa schanged through three stages. First, the system of the Yuan dynasty(元代) was maintained in January, 1368, which was the first year of the emperor's reign. Second, the gongbok system was established in November, 1368. The system stated that the clothes had to be red-colored(赤色) regardless of rank and the belt was divided into okdai(玉帶), seodai (犀帶), gumdai(金帶), and kwangsoeundai (光素銀帶). Third, the system was revised in June, 1391, which was the 24th year of his reign. According to the rank, the clothing colors were divided into scarlet(緋色), blue(靑色), and green(綠色). The belt was divided into okdai, seodai, gumdai, and ogaggai(烏角帶). 'Hongmu26nyunjung(洪武26年定)' recorded on the Wanli's edition(萬曆本) of the DaMingHuidian has the meaning of ZhusiZhizhang regulations.
