  • Our previous research[1] suggested object extraction and modeling method based on Fillmore's case grammar. This approach had not considered of use case extraction and method. To solve this problem, we adopt Fillmore's semantic method as linguistic approach into requirement engineering, which refine fillmore's case grammar for extracting and modeling use cases from customer requirements. This Refined mechanism includes the definition of a structured procedure and the representation of visual notations for 'case' modeling. This paper also proposes the use case decision matrix to identify use case size from extracted use cases based on goal oriented requirement engineering(GoRE), which related with the complexity of use case, and also prioritizes the use cases with this matrix. It demonstrates our proposal with the bank ATM system.

  • This paper contained an actual investigation of a wildfire which broke out on 23 April R 1996 in Go-sung Kun, Kang-won Do examined the calories and the total calories of the m main trees which were Quercus variabillis and Pinus densiflora. There were three important f fire spread factors which were weather condition, fuel condition and terrain. The weather c condition was the most dangerous alarm level. The fuel condition having a high calory v value, Pinus densiflora made up 63% of the forest. Terrain of the forest were mostly c covered by steep slopes and complicated line construction. This experimental calorie study a about Pinus densiflora and Quercus variabillis showed that Pinus densiflora had 13,34kcal/g a and Quercus variabillis had 9.64kcal/g. In the case of weight loss of pyrolysis, Pinus densiflora had a higher percentage rated 35.71~10.05% than Quercus variabillis. Accordingly, Pinus densiflora showed lower than Quercus variabillis in heat resistance.

  • Wave-induced Longshore Sediment Transport (LST) play an important role in the dynamics of the Dhanushkodi sandspit located southeast of Rameshwaram. The LST along the Dhanushkodi coast is studied based on data collected simultaneously in Gulf of Mannar (GoM) and Palk Bay (PB) using directional waverider buoys. The numerical model REF/DIF1 was used to calculate the nearshore waves and the LST rate was estimated using three different formulae. The model validation was done based on the measured nearshore waves using InterOcean S4DW. Numerical model LITPACK was also used for simulating non-cohesive sediment transport and the LITLINE module was used to study the shoreline evolution over 5 years. Low net annual LST along PB (${\sim}0.01{\times}10^6m^3$) compared to the GoM region ($0.3{\times}10^6m^3$) were due to the weak waves. Accretion in the region led to growth of the Dhanushkodi sandspit by 65 m during the period 2010-2015.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research was to identify the relationships between stroke knowledge, health perception, exercise self-efficacy and stroke prevention behaviour and the factors influencing stroke prevention behaviour in middle-aged adults. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted in 2 cities of Korea from May to July 2020, using structured questionnaire. The participants were 168 middle-aged adults without a history of stroke. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression with SPSS/WIN 25.0. Results: There was significant correlations among degree of stroke prevention behaviour, stroke knowledge about warning sign (r= .20, p= .010), health perception (r= .35, p< .001) and exercise self-efficacy (r= .43, p< .001). The most important factor influencing stroke prevention behaviour was exercise self-efficacy (β= 0.38, p< .001), followed by health perception (β= 0.18, p= .008), body mass index (β= -0.17, p= .011), stroke knowledge about warning sign (β= 0.13, p= .045) in that order. These factors explained 37.7% of total variance in stroke prevention behaviour (F= 11.09, p< .001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that the development of nursing intervention for stroke prevention behaviour improvement is needed considering exercise self-efficacy and stroke knowledge.

  • A series of hybrid molecules between (R)-lipoic acid (ALA) and the acetylated or methylated polyphenol compounds were synthesized and their in vitro cholinesterase [acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BuChE)] inhibition activities were checked. The $IC_{50}$ values of all hybrid molecules for a BuChE inhibition were lower than those of the single parent compounds. Specifically, ALA-acetyl protected caffeic acid (11, ALA-AcCA) was shown as an effective inhibitor of BuChE ($IC_{50}=0.5{\pm}0.2\;{\mu}M$) and also had a great selectivity for BuChE over AChE (more than 800 fold). Inhibition kinetic study indicated that 11 is a mixed inhibition type. Its binding affinity ($K_i$) value to BuChE is $1.52{\pm}0.18\;{\mu}M$.

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify relationships among stress, hardiness, and the level of self-care in kidney transplant patients and use the results of this study as baseline data for developing self-care promotion programs. Method: Subjects were 41 patients who undergone a kidney transplantation surgery at least one month before and were receiving regular follow-up care via OPD. Four researchers interviewed each subjects by filling out questionnaires. Results: The mean score of the level of stress was 2.32(SD=0.54) on a 4 point scale and the mean score of hardiness was 4.68(SD=0.62) on a 6 point scale. The mean score of self-care among the subjects was 3.83(SD=0.55). There was statistically a significant positive relationship between selfcare and hardiness(r=0.42). Especially, relationships between self-care and commitment (r=.51) and control(r=.36) as the subdimensions of hardiness were significant. The item suggested as most stressful was economic burden and the item suggested as least stressful was sexual activity. Conclusion: Although transplant patients have various stressors, the positive self-care activities of the patients could be increased if the commitment and control were enhanced by proper intervention programs.

  • Recently, CM at Risk delivery system(CM@R) that could solve the problems of Design Bid Build delivery(DBB) system has been emerging. In the CM@R delivery system, the contractor negotiates for a maximum guaranteed price(GMP) with the client at the design stage, and the contractor carries out the construction within the GMP. In CM @ R, the construction company with expertise in construction participates from the design stage to reflects the construction know-how in the design. On the other hand, the modification design frequently occurs due to the change of the construction cost when negotiating the GMP. In addition, uncertainties are inherent in the GMP calculation because the calculation is based on unfinished drawings and documents. This study proposes a probabilistic GMP estimation method applying MCS to the BIM - based cost prediction model, in order to extract the accurate quantity information when estimating the GMP and to cope with the change of the construction cost inherent in uncertainty.
