This paper tries to define and analyse the subjective responses on noise environment according to operators continuous service in the field. The hypothesis of this paper is that the longer they serve in the same field, the more they feel seriously on noise effects. A predesigned enquete was handed out to 500 operators, and performed Friedman Test in order to check the hypothesis Concludingly, this paper accepts the hypothesis by year of continuous service-questionaire number analysis.

This study was investigated the actual usefulness of bathrooms in individuals living in apartment. We performed a randomized questionaire study involving 487 individuals who use a unit-bathroom and live in apartment in Taegu and its rural cities for the period from May to June, 2000. Most of the individuals used bathroom for washing behavior of daily living, such as, washing hands, feet, face, and hair, except bathing. Almost all the individuals reported some complaints about the height and size of wash-stand when they wash face or hair. And most of the individuals does not use the bath-tube when they shower or bathe.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the usefulness of organizational development techniques for the behavioral change of employees and to inform organizational developer useful information for decision making. The scope of this study be limited to the techniques for the individual behavioral change among the organizational development The methodology of this study used the questionaire, and the sampling objected to the white class of manufactures. A questionaire survey has been conducted to find out the total quality management practices in Korea. Its initial purpose is to search for some general measure of depth and width of spread of quality management throughout Korean industries, specifically in manufacturing and service sectors. This can be used as a guideline for supporting any activities endeavoring to find appropriate methods to boost quality management in Korea. Also, through comparisional analysis at the macro-level, some characteristics in quality management practices are shown to exist in Korean industries. The analysis is based on perceptions of surveyed people about quality management practices in their companies.

The purpose of the present study was to examine the relationship of attachment to their mother of kindergarten children and their mother's parenting behavior and their cognitive development. The subjects were 32 children and their mothers who participated in Hong's study (1993) The instruments were Mother's Child Rearing Questionaire revised by this researcher and Kim's IQ test. The results showed partial significant correlation between mother's parenting behavior and their children's attachment to them. Children's attachment to their mothers has significant correlation to their cognitive development.

In the classical research, technological forecasting was used in the field of substitution of a new technology product for a old in the developed countries. But in the developing or underdeveloped countries, more interested in the forecasting of technological level in certain industry than technological forecasting in certain product. This article shows the forecasting method of technological level by using a procedure of AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process). With the historical data of the technological levels in the Korean Civil Aerospace(KCA) industry using AHP questionaire, the Gompertz curve was used to forecast the technological levels of KCA industry.

The purpose of this study is to investigate some influencing factors related to housewives' environmental concern and environmental management behavior. Data were collected from questionaire with 786 housewives who live in Jeonbuk area. The results could be summarized as follows. The level of environmental concern was relatively high and differed significantly according to the level of innovation, residence, the level of education, and age of wives. But the level of environmental management behavior was relatively low, especially clothing disposal behavior and buying something to eat. These findings pointed that the program of environmental education should be more pragmatic.

This study delineates the preferences of elderly housing characteristics among a middle-aged population. The data were collected from an independent, random, age-stratified sample of house wives using structured questionaire and interview methods. The data were analyzed using a SAS statistics analysis program. The preferred way of living style and housing characteristics were investigated. Preferred housing characteristics were influenced by age, income, job and education. Education was the most powerful indicator for predicting the preferences.
