기본간호실습 교육 현황 및 실습교육 필요도 (Content and Educational Needs for Fundamental Nursing Practice)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify content of Fundamental Nursing Practice (FNP) and the educational needs for nursing practice items in schools of nursing. Methods: Participants were 81 professors who were teaching FNP and 166 clinical nurses. The research questionnaire included 148 practice items, which were selected by content analysis of 7 FNP textbooks. Data were collected from May 20 to July 27, 2011 and analyzed using descriptive statistics and t-test with SPSS 17.0. Results: The research findings showed that : 1) the seven items included in the education content of all schools of nursing were putting on sterile gloves, checking radial pulse, checking blood pressure in the arm, Foley catheterization, injection preparation with ampule, intramuscular injection in the buttocks, and mixing intravenous fluid. Fifty items were included in the content in more than 80% of the schools. 2) Educational domains needing emphasis were medication, infection control, health assessment, oxygenation, urinary elimination, activity/positioning, and nutrition. There were significant differences in reported educational needs between professors and clinical nurses for 62.8% of practice items. Conclusions: Results indicated that standardization of FNP education contents using the findings of this study should lead to improvement in quality of FNP education.

표준 복약정보 모델에 대한 일반인과 약사의 만족도와 이해도 분석 (Analysis of Satisfaction Level and Comprehension Level between Patient and Pharmacist Group on Patient Counseling Standards)

  • Backgrounds: Patient counseling has been forced since June. 19, 2014. Prior to this, there was no study to try to standardize medication counseling to improve quality. Purpose: This study was to investigate satisfaction level and comprehension level between the pharmacist group and the patient group about standardized medication counseling sheet. Methods: Questionnaires to assess standardized patient counseling sheet were posted at online survey software (Qualtrics) to pharmacists who worked at community pharmacy and patients who had visited community pharmacy before. Results: Three hundred thirty five patients and three hundred nineteen pharmacists were responded to the questionnaire (Response rate: 72.9%). More than half of each group were satisfied with standardized medication counseling sheets 'for the general public', 'for the pregnant women and nursing mothers', 'for the chronic patient', and 'for the aged' and patient group were more satisfied than pharmacist group. Similarly, more than half of each group comprehended with the medication counseling sheets 'for the general public', 'for the pregnant women and nursing mothers', 'for the chronic patient', and 'for the aged'. Patient group tended to expect longer patient counseling time per one drug than pharmacist group. Also, the majority of both groups wanted to provide standardized medication counseling sheets constantly and extend for all drugs. Conclusion: Both groups were satisfied and comprehended standardized medication counseling sheets, and agreed to expand standardized medication counseling sheets to all drugs. So, it is necessary to build the standardized medication counseling of all drugs.

서비스호환 3DTV 방송서비스를 위한 시그널링 및 다중화기법 (Signaling and Multiplexing for Service-compatible 3DTV Broadcasting)

  • 본 논문에서는 다양한 디지털 방송 플랫폼에서 적용이 가능하며 기존의 디지털방송과 호환성을 유지하면서 3DTV 방송서비스를 제공하기 위한 시그널링 및 다중화 방식을 제안한다. 최근 선진국을 중심으로 다양한 3DTV 실험방송 서비스가 진행되고 있으며 점차적으로 고화질 3DTV 방송서비스를 제공할 수 있는 서비스호환 방식의 3DTV 방송 표준화가 진행 중에 있다. 실험결과, 제안된 기술은 국내 고화질 3DTV 실험방송을 통하여 지상파/위성/케이블 매체에서 공통적으로 적용될 수 있음을 확인하였고 이미 MPEG에서 관련 표준화가 진행 중에 있어 실제 3DTV 인코더 및 수신기 등 방송시스템 개발에 있어 참조모델로 활용될 수 있다.

3DoF+ 비디오의 효율적인 부호화를 위한 보호대역을 사용한 패치 패킹 기법 (A Patch Packing Method Using Guardband for Efficient 3DoF+ Video Coding)

  • MPEG-I에서는 최대 6자유도(6DoF)를 가지는 몰입형 비디오의 압축 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 360 비디오에 움직임 시차(parallax)를 추가한 것으로 정의되는 3DoF+ 비디오의 가상 공간에서, 원하는 위치와 시점의 장면을 제공하려면 3DoF+ 비디오를 구성하는 여러 뷰(view) 비디오를 사용하여 임의의 원하는 시점의 뷰를 렌더링해야 한다. MPEG-I 비쥬얼 그룹에서는 이러한 3DoF+ 비디오의 효율적인 부호화를 위한 표준화가 진행되고 있으며, TMIV(Test Model for Immersive Video)라는 시험모델을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문은 TMIV에서 패치(patch)를 아틀라스(atlas)에 효율적으로 패킹하여 부호화 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 패치 패킹 방법을 제안한다. 제안기법은 패킹되는 패치들 간에 보호대역(guardband)을 적용하여 패치 간의 거리를 둠으로써 부호화로 인해 발생할 수 있는 아티팩트(artifact)를 줄여 최종 복원 뷰의 화질을 향상시킨다.

OSB 대체용 국내산 합판의 못 접합부 전단내력 성능 (Shear Strength of Nailed Connection of Domestic Plywood as a Substitute for OSB)

  • 본 연구에서는 현재 국내 목조건축에서 벽구성 재료로 많이 사용되고 있는 수입 OSB(배향성 스트랜드보드)를 국산 합판으로 대체하기 위해 OSB와 국산 합판의 못 접합부 전단성능을 비교 검토하였다. 주부재(잣나무)와 측면부재(OSB 합판)의 섬유 방향성(평행 직각)에 따른 전단성능은 합판에서 현저하였다. 결과, OSB와 합판 모두 현행 국내 기준인 못 접합부 기준 허용전단내력을 만족하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고, 표면층에 MLH(열대산 활잡목)를 사용하고 7ply 구성한 합판(P-4 type)은 OSB보다 섬유방향에 관계없이 큰 전단성능을 나타냈다. 전반적으로 측면부재로서 합판을 사용할 경우 주부재에 대하여 섬유방향을 직교되도록 구성할 경우, 평행방향 구성보다 큰 전단성능을 발휘할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

CALIBRATION TRANSFER FROM REFLECTANCE TO INTERACTANCE-REFLECTANCE WITHOUT STANDARDS: USE OF MATHEMATICAL PRETREATMENTS

  • The use of fibre optic probes for NIR quality control in the industry is becoming very important, as it provides a powerful tool to reduce sample analysis time and it facilitates the implementation of on-line analyses. However, most of the applications of fibre optics and probes have been done on suspensions, clear liquids and films, chemical and pharmaceutical products and also on fruits and animal products. Traditional applications of near infrared spectroscopy in agriculture have been developed in reflectance mode and calibration transfer could be an interesting way to reduce efforts. Classical methods for calibration transfer between different instruments involve the use of sealed reference cups, but, as fibre optic analysis does not use cups, it is necessary to develop new methods for calibration transfer without standards (Blank et al., 1996). In this paper, we have studied how the most used mathematical pretreatments (three methods of Multiplicative Scatter Correction, Standard Normal Variate, Detrending and derivatives) and their combinations applied to calibration development can contribute to reduce spectral differences between instruments. Calibration equations were obtained for three sets of cereals (barley, wheat and maize) scanned in reflectance mode and then they were validated with samples analysed in reflectance and interactance-reflectance mode (fibre optic). Preliminary results show how some combination of pretreatments reduce the differences in the predicted values, measured as standard error of differences, facilitating the use of calibrations obtained in reflectance for samples analysed by interactance-reflectance. However, the application of pretreatments is not enough to satisfy the control limits for calibration transfer suggested by Shenk et al. (1992), and it should be necessary to combine them with a specific algorithm for instruments standardization.

  • The Korean government has a new system for charging patient care for patients in hospital, on hold for the present(9 / 1995) but to start implementation in certain areas of patient care next year. From the latter half of next year the Ministry of Health and Welfare would like to start demonstration projects for hospitals who want to start using DRGs for frequently seen medical diagnosis and for patients with a course that is predictable and for whom non-insurance costs are minimal : such as the patient who has a delivery, cesarean deliveries, cataract surgery, tonsillectomy or an appendectomy, and apply the DRG system of payment for hospital care for these patients. The purpose of this study was to establish a recording system to give effective home health care to postpartum women and their newborns. Recently the government announced a DRG system to apply to postpartum women for pilot purposes starting next year. This gives impetus to the need to develop home care records that will allow for systematic recording and provide continuity and consistency in care across all health professionals and with in-depth communication between the professions to assure high quality care. There has been a rise in medical costs and a shortage of patient bed space in hospitals, particularly since the introduction of national medical insurance. The study focused on developing client selection criteria, a primary assessment tool, progress notes and nursing diagnoses applicable to postpartum and newborn clients. Selection criteria for home health care, assessment tool content, nurses progress notes and diagnoses were developed through a review of the literature, advice from professionals who are expert in home health care and actual practice in the use of recording tools through workshops. The recommendations based on the research results are as follows : 1) Replication and application of these tools is needed to test the validity of the tools 2) In order to have systematic nursing records standardization of records has to be done after nurses have had experience using them. 3) Reliability and validity of the tools has to be established through applicability to actual care situation.

  • 새로운 패러다임의 유비쿼터스 환경과 물류의 응용에 있어서 RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)는 핵심기술로 등장하고 있다. 그러나 RFID 칩의 가격이 비싸고 짧은 대역폭, 저 전력과 전파 간섭 등이 기술적인 문제가 될 수 있다는 점이 상용화의 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 또한, 규격화를 이루고 있는 리더기와 태그, 임베디드 소프트웨어 등은 대부분 비싼 로열티를 지급하고 수입되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 본 논문은 물류 시스템 적용을 위한 유비쿼터스 환경에서 PDA를 이용한 RFID 인식 시스템으로 생산품에 태그를 부착하여 기본적인 정보의 입출력을 처리한다. 그리고 데이터베이스의 구축을 통한 신속, 정확, 안전한 통합 물류관리 시스템을 지원하여 물류비용을 최소화하고 고객 서비스를 향상 시킬 수 있다. 기존의 고정식 인식 시스템보다 휴대 및 이동이 가능하여 응용의 범위를 넓힐 수 있는 장점과 고가인 기존 장비에 비하여 저비용의 응용 시스템을 구축할 수 있다.

내부회로 환경에서의 테스트 정보교환을 위한 PCB설계의 동향분석 (The analysis of the trend of PCB design for test information exchange in the environment of the internal circuit)

  • 본 논문은 PCB를 설계할 때 내부회로환경에서 테스트 정보교환을 위한 방법이 채택되는 최근의 동향을 분석해 본 것이다. PCB의 공정전체에서 설계단계가 테스트성을 개선할 수 있는 잠재력이 가장 크다. PCB는 수많은 노드가 갈수록 복잡해지므로 테스트하기가 점점 어려워지고 있다. 더 짧은 기간에 보다 신뢰성 있는 제품을 내어놓기 위해서는 PCB 테스트 성능을 개선하기 위한 정보교환이 쉬어야한다. 오늘날 가장 낮은 비용으로 결함들을 정확히 발견, 진단 및 수리하기 위하여 두세 가지 종류의 PCB 테스터들을 결합시키고 있다. 가장 효과적인 방법의 하나로 AXI는 ICT와의 결합하여 테스트의 정보를 주고받는 시스템을 많이 사용한다. 테스트를 고려한 설계(DFT)기술은 PCB와 부품들을 철저하고 신속하게 테스트하도록 해주어 PCB의 품질을 효과적으로 개선하고 테스트 개발 시간과 비용을 크게 줄이는 방법이다. 또 실질적이고 정량화가 가능하도록 하며 테스트의 반복, 진단 및 처리 속도를 개선하여 개발 주기를 단축시킬 수 있고 잠재적인 제조 결함들을 효과적으로 발견해내 고신뢰성의 PCB를 생산해 낼 수 있다.

오프셋인쇄 축임물의 전도도가 인쇄적성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effect of Dampening Conductivity in the Offset Printing Printability)

  • Offset printing is one of the well known printing technique of lithographic process and consists of image area and 'non-image area on a flat image carrier. The surface tension of dampening water can be controlled by adding IPA after mixing of raw water and etching solution. The etching solution contains a surfactant for reducing surface energy, a clean agent for non-imaging area, wetting agent for protecting non-imaging area from oil components like ink and also an emulsifying agent for controlling emulsification. In this study, the present situation of dampening water maintenance has examined by collecting dampening water using at domestic companies. The pH related to dampening water, conductivity, contact angle, emulsification curve are measured to define the current situation of dampening water control of each companies and to analyze the relationship among measured properties. In the study most of companies among 16 printing companies tested controlling dampening water through pH value. However, the quality of printing has varied depending upon conductivity, contact angle, IPA content, and emulsification value. The control of dampening water should be carry at the state of the standard when adding proper ratio of etching solution. It would be more effective when pH or conductivity control carries out in parallel with controlling dampening water. Therefore the concept that pH5.5 is correct is based concept. Based on these initial tests it is defined that the standardization of dampening water control is required.
