  • Purpose - This research identifies the meaning of the core capability level of Car Master and the reason why its service at the Moment of Truth should be demonstrated through empirical cases. It can be seen that this study differs from existing research because it proposes that the recognized core capability level to achieve customer satisfaction should focus on the mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality. This paper examines the effect of Car Master's recognized core capability level on customer satisfaction by using the variables mentioned above. Moreover, this study uses regression analysis to verify that the mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality on Car Master's capability level achieves customer satisfaction. Research design, data, and methodology - First, we present evidence that could apply to Car Master's recognized core capability level by detailing the relationship between customer satisfaction and a structuring factor for Car Master's core capability level. Our proposed research model observes the relationship between the structuring factor of core capability and customer satisfaction. Second, we had an opportunity to define how the core capability and Moment of Truth quality affect customer satisfaction by performing empirical analysis on the partial mediating effect of Moment of Truth quality at a recognized core capability level and Moment of Truth quality affecting customer satisfaction. Results - First, the results indicate that Car Master's recognized core capability level (product professionalism, marketing skill, and reliability) positively affects customer satisfaction. Second, the results show that an ability to listen and a sense of dedication positively affect customer satisfaction, and are among the Moment of Truth quality factors; but performance capability, which is one of the Moment of Truth quality factors, does not positively affect customer satisfaction. These results clearly differ from prior studies focused on Moment of Truth quality and consumer satisfaction. Third, the results show that Moment of Truth quality has a partial mediating effect in terms of the impact of Car Master's recognized core capability level in achieving consumer satisfaction. Conclusions - This research indicates that the company will be able to expand if they investigate and show an interest in more training and education for Car Master. The study verified that outstanding Car Masters show differentiated performance on customer satisfaction at the Moment of Truth in various instances. Thus, we believe that this is the time for a discussion on systematic and empirically recognized core capability levels and the Moment of Truth quality. The study on Car Master's recognized core capability level offers suitable solutions for Car Masters to respond to customers at the Moment of Truth. Further, this study emphasizes the importance of service as a critical factor having a direct relationship with the company's success and failure and contributing to building trust with the customer. Thus, an investment in continuous education and training for Car Master will help the growth of the business.

  • In recent years, the one-person media has increasingly gained popularity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the service quality, satisfaction and intention of continuous use of one-person media service and to further examine the mediating effect of satisfaction operating on the relationship between the service quality and intention of continuous use. Based on the literature review, hypotheses were developed and the research model was built for testing. The sample of 358 users was selected to achieve these objectives. From the analysis of PLS(Partial Lease Square Path Analysis), key research findings are summarized as follows. First, relationships among the service quality, satisfaction, and intention of continuous use were all positively correlated each other. Second, the effect of service quality on intention of continuous use was mediated by satisfaction. Third, the content quality of one-person media has the higher effectiveness than platform quality to satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Results of this paper are expected not only to emphasize the importance of satisfaction based on the service quality, but also to provide multifaceted implications and directions for the management of one-person media service effectively.

Validated measurements were identified from a literature review. The measurement model and the conceptual model depicting hypothesized relationships were evaluated based on responses from 220 customers using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The testing results show that, for the direct path, product quality has a significant, positive influence on customer satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. Also, perceived value directly influences customer satisfaction and behavioral intentions and satisfaction is an antecedent of behavioral intentions. For the indirect path, service quality has a significant, positive influence on behavioral intentions through the customer satisfaction. • In recent years, there have been several studies on service quality in higher education, however, research on service quality and sustainable activities affecting student loyalty has been largely ignored in previous studies. This paper investigates the role of service quality in creating student loyalty, and how university sustainability practices and student satisfaction mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The paper draws attention to university sustainability practices and understanding its impact on student satisfaction and loyalty in Vietnamese public universities. A quantitative methodology is explored, and data was collected through an online structured questionnaire. Responses are gathered from 278 students of public universities in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Structural equation modeling is used to examine the associations between the constructs by using the PLS-SEM approach. The results show that service quality has a significant effect on university sustainability practices, student satisfaction, and student loyalty. In addition, university sustainability practices and student satisfaction also mediate the relationship between service quality and student loyalty. The author's findings may guide the key decision-makers in universities to incorporate service quality and universities' sustainability practices in their strategy and thereby improve student satisfaction and student loyalty.

  • This study aimed to develop and validate a research model to investigate how the service quality of public libraries, where a 3-dimensional service quality model was applied, impacts user satisfaction and loyalty. We collected 353 valid responses through a survey targeting public library users across 21 locations, considering various regional and library-specific characteristics. Our analysis revealed that physical environment quality (PQ), interaction quality (IQ), and outcome quality (OQ) of service quality influence user satisfaction (US). Additionally, outcome quality (OQ) of service quality impacts user loyalty (UL), and user satisfaction (US) affects user loyalty (UL). We also found that quality improvement is a leading factor for user satisfaction, user satisfaction is the primary factor of user loyalty, and the perception of service quality directly and indirectly affects user satisfaction and loyalty. We concluded that continuous research should be actively conducted to respond to the evolving needs of public library users.
