Purpose: It can easily be understood that more rules and regulations need to be imposed on the medical device industry due to its impact on public health and hygiene. Domestic medical device manufacturers are thus required to comply with the requirements specified in the good manufacturing practice (GMP) system, and it is essential to abide by the international standards as well to sustain their global competitiveness. The main purpose of this study is to review the guidelines of the medical device GMP system in Korea and propose future directions for further enhancement of the GMP system. Methods: Specific requirements prescribed in international standards, such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, ISO 14971:2012, and ISO 14155:2011, are analyzed and compared with the domestic GMP system. Results: It has been observed that the generic international standard related to quality management system, ISO 9001:2015, lays out the foundations for the development of quality management system relevant to medical device industry, ISO 13485:2003, with which the domestic GMP system is fully compatible. Further, several important aspects of risk management and clinical trials of medical devices are also recognized and included in the domestic medical device GMP system. Conclusion: Even though specific requirements of individual ISO standards are slightly different from each other, their overall structure and framework may contribute to the development and enhancement of globally competitive GMP system of the domestic medical device industry.

덕트는 FCU에서 생산된 냉난방 공기를 각 함 내 격실로 수송하기 위한 통로로 이용되는 통풍관을 의마한다. 덕트는 일반적으로 금속재질로 제작되고 있으나, 최근 함정에서는 금속 덕트의 단점을 보완하기 위하여 전투지휘실, 조타실, 음탐기, 조종실 등 주요 격실에 대하여 소음감소효과가 뛰어나고 격실 내에 공기를 골고루 전달할 수 있는 장점을 가진 천 덕트가 대체재로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 함정용 천 덕트는 성능요구조건이 엄격하여 국내에서 생산하지 못하고 있으며 해외에서 전량 수입하고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구에서는 천 덕트는 국산화를 통해 경제적 효과를 창출하기 위하여 국내 업체에서 개발한 천 덕트에 대하여 주요성능 요구조건을 검증하여 보았다. 소음감쇄성능에 대한 자체 검증이 완료된 국산화 천 덕트에 대하여 현재 건조중인 함정에 적용 가능여부를 확인하기 위해 공기투과성능과 방화성능 시험을 수행하여 구매요구사양서에 제시된 성능요구조건 충족여부를 검증하여 보았다. 시험결과 국산화 개발된 천 덕트는 공기투과성능 요구조건과 방화성능 요구조건을 모두 만족하여 건조함정에 적용하기 위한 주요 성능조건을 충족하는 것으로 확인되었다.

본 연구의 목적은 융 복합 시대에 자동차 전장부품인 자동차 고무 자바라를 생산하는 중소제조업체의 기업 경쟁력을 확보하기 위한 경영혁신에 대한 새로운 경영기법인 ISO9001품질경영시스템 요구사항 관점에서 고무자바라제품 생산기업의 경영성과를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해서, 자동차 부품 생산업체중, 고무 자바라 제품을 생산하는 업체를 대상으로 방문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 중소자동차 고무 자비라 부품업체에서 ISO 9001 품질경영 시스템의 4가지 핵심 요구사항 중, 경영자 책임과 자원관리가 경영성과에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 직급별로 차이를 조사한 결과, 상위 직급 집단은 경영자 책임이, 하위 직급 집단은 ISO 9001에 따른 품질경영에 대한 인식도가 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 중소 자동차 전장부품인 자동차 고무 자바라 생산에 대한 개선 방향 컨설팅 지칭과 생산성 향상 전략 방안을 수립하는데 기여하게 될 것이다.

ISO 9001, quality management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in various industry. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 9001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 9000' family standard was published in 1987s. This fact shows that a lot of businesses are trying to get the accreditation for improving the competitiveness of quality. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 9001's certification motives affect to the requirement's implementation and show that the execution of requirements influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected twenty assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factors of certification motive influence on the requirement's implementation except resources management. Second, the two elements of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and product realization, have an important effect on the operational performance and financial performance considerably in the companies that choose the internal motive. Finally, the two requisites of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and measurement, analysis and improvement, affect to the operational performance and financial performance significantly in the businesses that select the external motive. Based on the results, the companies that choose the internal motive have a good performance to execute the ISO 9001 requirements. Also, to implement the requirements of ISO 9001 is helpful for the companies to produce the operational and financial performance.

본 연구는 국내 유통 전자출판물의 납본 및 수집을 위한 데이터의 속성과 속성값의 표준화 방안과 정책 및 제도적 고려사항을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 필수 및 선택 속성은 총 21개가 도출되었으며, 이는 국립중앙도서관 납본 및 수집 업무 담당자들의 설문조사 및 FGI 결과를 바탕으로 선정되었다. 데이터 품질 검증 과정에서 추가적으로 필요한 속성이 발견되어, 전자책, 오디오북, 웹툰, 웹소설 등 자료유형별로 필수 및 선택 속성을 구체화하였다. 속성값의 표준화는 ISO 8601 규칙에 따른 날짜 및 시간의 표기, 파일 형식과 성인 여부 등 제한된 범위의 속성값의 명확한 지정, 제목과 관련된 정보의 상세한 기술 등을 포함하였다. 정책 및 제도적 고려사항은 표준화된 메타데이터 요구사항의 확립, 지속적인 데이터 품질 관리 및 모니터링 체계의 구축의 필요성을 제시하였다.

활용 중심의 기록관리 환경에서 효율적인 기록정보서비스를 제공하는 것은 매우 중요해졌으며 더 나아가 제공하는 서비스의 품질에 대한 중요성도 증가하였다. 본 연구는 품질관리기법인 품질기능전개(QFD)를 국가기록원 기록정보서비스에 적용하여 그 개선방안을 제안하기 위한 사전 연구로, 국가기록원에서 제공하고 있는 기록정보서비스의 품질 차원을 분석, 구체적인 이용자 요구사항 항목을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 국가기록원 기록정보서비스 특성이 반영된 이용자 요구사항 설문지를 개발하였으며, QFD를 적용한 선행연구를 토대로 QFD 적용모형을 설계하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 QFD 적용모형을 기반으로 QFD를 단계적으로 수행함에 따라 도출되는 결과는 HoQ로 표현될 수 있으며 이는 서비스 설계 시 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다.

본 연구는 건축설계사무소의 내부적 경영환경 개선, 국제적 표준화 및 개방화등에 대처하기 위하여 건축설계사무소의 설계품질향상과 경영도구로의 도입 확대 적용의 유용성을 내포한 ISO 9001 품질경영시스템 요구사항이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 ISO 9001 품질시스템인증을 받은 서울지역 건축사사무소를 표본으로 설문조사 및 SPSS 10을 이용한 통계분석에 의하여 수행되었으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 품질경영시스템 요구사항이 경영성과에 끼친 영향으로 고객만족부분에서는 자원관리 제품실현, 조직원만족에서는 자원관리, 측정${\cdot}$분석 및 개선, 품질개선에서는 제품실현, 자원관리, 경영자책임, 경제적성과에서는 측정${\cdot}$분석 및 개선이 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. (2) 품질경영시스템 요구사항은 조직원만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 설명력이 가장 높았으며, 경제적성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 설명력은 상대적으로 낮으며 유의한 영향을 주지 못한 것으로 나타났다. (3) ISO품질경영시스템에 대한 조직원의 견해는 매우 긍정적인 것으로 나타났으며 설계사무소에도 취득동기와 취득 후 효과 또한 매우 좋은 결과로 나타났다.

To achieve designed quality and reliability from R&D to force integration, an establishment of precise and distinct specifications and standards are required. However, the recent process of R&D standardization on defense acquisition system, has brought plenty of corrections on specifications and standards that may cause not only difficulties to production line and retardation to the military forces, but also a degradation of provided weapon systems. Therefore, a technical review should be performed by the developer, the producer, and the client, establishing the standard that include mass production requirements as well as clients' requirements. This paper propose a specified solution on process of R&D standardization, by applying a substantial FCA(Functional Configuration Audit) and PCA(Physical Configuration Audit) which implies participation of related agencies. By the improved PCA, 2,023 corrections on 74 types of QAR(Quality Assurance Requirement)s and 12,715 corrections on drawings are identified.

In this study, the design concepts for Intelligent Hospital are derived using the Quality Function Deployment(QFD) and System Requirement Analysis Method. First, requirements for important elements of Intelligent hospital are defined. Second, similar systems are compared and user requirement are refined. Through this process, operational requirement for Intelligent Hospital are defined by combining user requirements and similar systems. To analyze operational requirement, the QFD of the system engineering approach are implemented. Alternative design specifications are constructed by implementing the QFD results by building the Morphological Matrix. Various concepts that satisfy the system requirement are derived. Finally the best design concept are obtained using the Pugh concept selection matrix.
