This paper presents an analytic method of quality function deployment(QFD) that is to maximize customer satisfaction subject to technical and economic sides in process design. We have used Wasserman's normalization method and the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the intensity of the relationship between customer requirements and process design attributes. This paper also shows cost-quality model the tradeoff between quality and cost as a linear programming(LP) with new constraints that have designated special process required allocating firstly The cost-quality function deployment of piston ring is presented to illustrate the feasibility of such techniques.

아키텍처는 시스템의 품질 속성과 요구사항 그리고 비즈니스 목적 달성을 위해 이루어지는 중요한 설계 결정들의 집합으로 현재 소프트웨어 공학 프로세스에서 필수적으로 다루어지는 과정 중 하나이다. 최근 소프트웨어가 사용되는 컨텍스트와 개발 환경이 크게 변화하면서 복잡한 요구사항을 다루고 시스템의 품질 속성을 달성하는 것이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 하지만 아키텍처 설계가 많은 부분에 있어 아키텍트의 직관에 의존하고 있으며 재사용 가능한 아키텍처 패턴을 설계에 적용할 때 패턴 스키마가 통일되지 않고 사용자 관점에서 표현되어지지 않아 비교 분석에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 논문은 아키텍처 패턴을 사용자 관점에서 재해석하여 품질 속성 요구사항과의 간격을 줄여주는 새로운 스키마를 제안한다. 또한 스키마로 재구성한 패턴 모델을 이용해 아키텍처 설계의 가장 중요한 요인인 품질속성이 설계 결정에 어떤 영향을 주는지 트레이드 오프를 고려한 패턴 추천 방법을 제안 한다.

본 논문에서는 VBR 비디오 트래픽에 대해 통신망 내부에서의 동적인 자원 요청 및 할당을 통해, 사용자가 요구하는 서비스 품질을 만족시키는 동시에 자원의 효율적 사용을 제공할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 장면전환을 고려한 변형된 적응 선행 예측 방법을 사용하여 향후 스위치로 입력 레이트를 추정하고, 사용자가 요구한 평균 지연 및 손실률에 대해 현재 통신망에서 제공되고 있는 연결별 품질 만족도를 측정하여, 동적으로 필요한 대역을 할당한다. 사용자에게 연결 설정 기간 동안 일관된 서비스 품질을 제공하기 위해, 본 논문에서 정의한 ‘서비스 품질 만족도’를 이용하여 신규 호의 수락 여부를 결정한다. 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 방법은 QoS 요구사항에 따라 사용자에게 안정적인 서비스 품질을 제공하고 통신망 자원을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있음을 보인다.

Background : Willingness to satisfy patients(WSP) among nurses is essential to promoting patient satisfaction which is a critical component in the quality of health care and its outcomes. This study was carried out to empirically find out the affecting factors of WSP among nurses in hospital settings. Methods : The model contains seven job relating determinants and two intervening variables as follows: i) job relating variables of professional status, task requirements, pay, physician-nurse interaction, nurse-nurse interaction, organizational policies, and autonomy, ii) intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Data were collected from 205 nurses in two general hospitals owned by one foundation located in Pusan, Korea, using a structured and self-administered questionnaire. Results : The major results were as follows: First, the results of ANOVA on WPS by personal characteristics showed a statistically significant relationships between WPS and hierarchical orders(p<.01) ana tenure(p<.10). Comparing with the lower orders and shorter tenure, the higher orders and the longer tenure showed better WPS. Second, the results of simple correlation analysis between WPS and determinants and intervening variables showed the following variables, in order of importance, were statistically significant(p<.01): work satisfaction(+), organizational commitment(+), task requirements(+), nurse-interaction(+), professional status(+), physician-nurse interaction(+). Third, the results of path analysis showed that two intervening variables of job satisfaction and organizational commitment, and three determinants of task requirements, professional status, and nurse-nurse interaction had a positively significant direct effect to WPS. Conclusion : The results suggest that nurses who are more satisfied with task requirements, status, nurse-nurse interaction, overall job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, will behave in ways that patients find more satisfied.

커피전문점 시장 규모가 증가하고 커피에 대한 소비자의 수요가 나날이 확대되어 가고 있다. 본 논문은 사례 연구를 통해 커피전문점의 제품 및 서비스 품질개선 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 커피전문점 서비스에 대한 고객 요구사항을 파악하기 위하여 SERVQUAL을 채택하여 문제에 맞게 수정하였다. 고객의 요구사항을 제품 및 서비스 설계특성에 효과적으로 반영하고자 하는 노력으로 품질기능전개 기법을 도입하였다. 본 논문은 사례 연구를 통해 3개 커피전문점에 대한 시장 경쟁력을 먼저 파악하고, 품질기능전개를 이용하여 제품 및 서비스 설계특성의 품질개선 방안을 도출해내고자 한다.

A performance evaluation model of an R&D module in the quality management system for M Company Is constructed using QFD. The company produces telecommunication devices and employs the performance evaluation model based on ISO 9000 family. However, the model has some problems, one of them is that all check items are regarded as equally important Customer requirements are gathered from internal customers and QFD is utilized to obtain weights for each check item.

저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 개발을 위한 요구 사항 (안)을 도출하기 위하여 국외 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 개발 현황과 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 사용자 요구사항 설문조사 및 분석을 수행하였다. 본 본문에서는 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 주요 성능 요구 사항인 주파수 요구 사항, 복사 측정 요구 사항, 공간 요구 사항, 안테나 효율 등의 기술적 요구사항과 저궤도 기상위성 사용자 요구사항을 기반으로 저궤도 기상위성 탑재체 주요 성능 요구 규격을 제시하였다.

Good Laboratory Practice(GLP) is becoming more and more important in the research and development of Oriental Pharmacy(OP) and its globalization. If a OP product is to be registered as Over-the-Counter(OTC) drug and enter international markets, the safety and efficacy studies conducted according to GLP requirements is necessary. The article introduces the content of GLP requirements and the recent development of GLP. The safety and efficacy assessment for OP or herbal medicines under GLP are also covered. This paper also briefly describes the areas that should be covered by GLP regulation and the areas that do not need to follow GLP requirements.
