Developing tailor made Multimedia courseware ensuring effective implementation of instruction strategies is a challenge that manifests in myriad problems of software design and coding. In this paper an attempt has been made to analyse and identify coding and implementation problems, in the backdrop of using two different multimedia software development tools i.e. Visual Basic and Toolbook, which underpin the development and effectiveness of use of multimedia courseware. Solutions to such problems have been discussed in context of Tool book. The examples presented in this paper are based on the experience of designing and implementation of two large scale professional quality Multimedia courseware development projects.

For the continued airworthiness of aviation products, aviation authority requires that every manufacturer should provide ICA(Instruction of Continued Airworthiness) to their users, and the users should follow it by themselves or using another approved maintenance agent. To reduce the cost and improve performance quality of maintenance activities, lots of users tries to outsource this job. To perform maintenance or repair of other owned air products, an air carrier and aviation maintenance companies should obtain AMO(approval of maintenance organization). It means AMO is a postulation to enter MRO(Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) market. For that, this paper discusses the comparison of requirements and procedures of AMO system between Korea and US to help understand the AMO system, and then, tries to point out what improvement should be made to Korean AMO system to be more effective, efficient and safe.

As it was argued that students' cognitive engagement can be, at least in part, modified by individual or learning environmental factors, prior studies have attempted to identify the factors explaining the variability of students' cognitive engagement. This literature review has shown that students' cognitive engagement can be altered by various elements in the learning environment design such as factors related students' perceptions of teaching quality, characteristics of tasks and learning activities, teachers' behaviors during instruction, classroom goal structures, the integration of student oriented learning, action learning, problem-based learning, and constructivist learning, and academic disciplines. Based on the review, this study suggests that more studies are required to focus on understandings how the integration of instructional design principles into courses and the levels of student cognitive engagement in these courses are related. Also, an investigation of direct and indirect effect of learning environments taking into account students' personal factors would provide a more accurate picture of the relationship between learning environmental factors and students' cognitive engagement.

Currently, flight training is not only a technical instruction that teaches maneuvering operations, but has expertise equal to that of general disciplines. Therefore, flight instructors must have academic knowledge and flight skills. As flight instructors are the first teacher in flight training for students who have never experienced actual flight control, the behavior of flight instructors will affect the students' flight education. Therefore, the influence of flight instructors for students are quite large compared to other educational institutions. In this study, the factors of instructional behavior were determined, and the actual state of instructional behavior of flight instructors were confirmed through students' survey. Improvements were derived to solve the problems identified in the survey results. For the follow-up analysis, improvements were applied to the flight instructors for 8 months, and then re-question was conducted to the same students who responded to the first questionnaire to find out the difference in results before and after through a paired t-test.

Present, we cannot expect the maximum studying effect in a home economics and the drill unit of secondary schools because of several problems. Such problems can be enumerated as follows. 1. The explaination of a making process in texts would be difficult for the students who have a poor understanding to grasp. 2. The much effort would be made due to teacher’s repeated exhibition, by which the progress of a text might be unreasonable. 3. The teachers unaccustomed to the drill might treat it carelessly and become to avoid it. 4. The skill to grasp a general work flow might be lack. Baseing on such problems, this researcher did using a medium of Video in teaching method of home economics. For this purpose, the quality of Video Tape would be important. Above all, we made out the script of Video Tape through advices of specialists in Video medium, majors in home economics, and the students teaching of home economics and the concerned persons, by which we recorded a gather skirt, as a finished goods, especially of the characteristics of each kind of a skirt. Next, we recorded and produced the total steps from a preparation of skirt-making to a finishing as using a V.T.R. shot technique. The Video would be screened and the supplemented explaination of a teacher would be added in a step of instruction. In the development of instruction, students would begin the making. The expected effects according to using Video Tape are as follows. 1. The making order of text would be exhibited by a model directly and the explaination of a narrator would be added concurrently, by which students would understand it easily as confirming each step. 2. All students can watch these steps owing to a close up, one of the V.T.R Techniques. Accordingly, the teacher’s efforts would be decreased and the proper progress of a text could be maintained because of no repeated exhibition of a teacher. 3. To the teachers unaccustomed to and interested in a drill, the medium would become a subsidiary means. 4. Study all steps of a making, students would become to understand the general flow of a work. Therefore, it might be possible to generalize another units of a making. However though this study was designed don a basis of such effects, the using effects based on only the existing study results, and was focused on the production of a medium. Because this research would be a teacher and there was noncooperation of secondary schools, it was impossible to experiment in schools, which was the prime limitation of this study. Therefore we should be experiment further for the continuous studying.

It is difficult to let computer express feelings because of the ambiguity and nonlinearity. But it is said that expressing emotions is very important for high quality data processing and improvement of interactivity in WBI. In this paper, I surveyed emotion models from the view point of psychology. Next, I proposed WBI(Web Based Instruction) based on character agent considering emotional experience. By experimental result, the proposed model shows that has more user's preference than other existing WBI.

In this paper, several network nodes that are essential elements of create a distributed system have designed and developed using CAN(Controller Area Network). The network nodes consist of RISC(Reduced Instruction Set Computer) CPU and CAN controller. By these two parts used, the network nodes have merits that are fast process speed, stable communication, cheapness and others. The most important quality that is the designed network node can be applied to various network control systems.

This investigation was carried out to find out the biological contamination, nitrogen compounds, physical and chemical test in fermented sea fishes. 60 species sample were collected from farm village, fishing village and free markets, its hygienical test period is taken about two years. The examined results obtained are as in bollow. 1. $hNO_3,\;HNO_2,\;NH_3-N$ was detected whole samples. 2. Some fermented sea fishes was showed under the exhortation quality. 3. Nitrogen compound really produce N-Nitrosoamine. 4. The amine compounds are caused of cancer and malignant disease. 5. All container, storaged method, processing method and delivery method are must be improve. 6. It is neccessary to do instruction for fermented sea fishes really meaning and attain to a fixed standardization.

This study began with the lack of use of native Chinese professors in universities despite the fact that native Chinese professors are present and can provide a high-quality language environment to improve foreign language skills. In the literature, most team teaching studies were limited to speaking or cultural classes, and to apply a new teaching method called team teaching to Chinese grammar classes, they designed a class model and presented class guidance with an example of research 'le' In order to satisfy learners'desire for knowledge and to develop the Chinese teaching field, it is necessary to develop various teaching methods, and there should be various meaningful attempts.

This paper presents an real-time implementation of H.264/AVC High 4:4:4 Predictive profile decoder using general-purpose processors by exploiting multi-threading technique and Single Instruction Multiple Data (SIMD) instructions without any quality degradation. We analyze differences between the existing High profile and High 4:4:4 Predictive profile decoder, and show various optimization techniques to decode high fidelity and high definition (HD) video in real-time. Simulation results show that the proposed decoder can play high fidelity HD video at average 40 frames per seconds (fps) for the IBBrBP bistream and about 50 fps for the Intra-only bitstream.
