The Purpose of the study was to examine the structural relationship among social support(social activity, family/social relationship), emotional problem and quality of life of Elderly Employment Program participants. An analysis was conducted on 2,005 participants from the data of the '2012 Elderly Employment Program Participants Survey'. The major findings were as follows: First, family/social relationship had positive effects and emotional problem had negative effects to quality of life. Second, social activity had negative effects to emotional problem. Finally, social activity had mediator effects to quality of life through emotional problem. Based on the results, the implications for social work practice and policy were suggested.

In the highly competitive coffee market, each coffee shop is striving to improve customer loyalty by providing a high level of service quality. To deepen our understanding of service quality in the coffee shop market, this study identifies the key elements of service quality of coffee shops and investigates their impacts on decision-making processes of female university students. This study also investigates the effects of customer satisfaction and brand image on customer loyalty in a coffee shop market. Moreover, it considers the two critical customer loyalty: repurchasing intention and recommendation intention. Data collected from 206 female university students were empirically tested against a research model using partial least squares. Analysis results showed that service product and service delivery significantly affect customer satisfaction and brand image whereas service intangible and service environment do not significantly influence on them. Customer satisfaction and brand image play an important role on the formation of repurchasing and recommendation intention.

This paper aims to examine structural relationship between the influence factors of customer loyalty, hypothesizing that m-CRM characteristics, market orientations, relationship quality and relationship length plays a crucial role in achieving customer loyalty in insurance companies. Total of 255 valid sample data were used to test study hypotheses. By using Structure Equation Modeling(SEM) method, the results show that m-CRM characteristics and customer orientation significantly influence to relationship quality except competitor orientation and all relationship quality are very significantly influence to customer loyalty being consisted of customer retention and word of mouth effect. In addition, the modulation effect of relationship length is confirmed about relationship between relationship quality and customer loyalty. A real situation we conducted our research may enable academics and practitioners to understand the antecedents and outcomes of m-CRM implementation in terms of market orientation.

Pictorial Images are often used when persuading someone, since people believe that photographs tell us what happened in reality. This paper aims to strengthen the role of pictorial images as a powerful method of persuasion through interpolating sensibility, which is a key factor in decision making, into the pictorial images. This paper analyses the structure of sensibility in pictorial images, in order to draw out specific factors that arouse positive impression. Furthermore, intensional meanings were given to various factors that compose the sensibility of pictorial images, and the factors are prioritized to enhance applicability. Recognitions of the sensibility in pictorial images differ due to diverse variables, but the photographed subjects themselves and the specific attributes of picture quality are the primary factors that influence the recognition. In order to achieve general and detailed results, broadly selected shooting subjects and images that have various picture quality attributes.

Quality of 'Niitaka' pear fruit was evaluated by instrumental and sensory analysis in relation to storability. Fruits harvested at commercial maturity were stored in a common storage room or in a cold storage at $2^{\circ}C$. During storage, fruits were sorted by instrumental measurement of soluble solid content (SSC) and flesh firmness. Then, overall acceptability was evaluated by organoleptic test. Critical storage period was determined by sensory evaluation index for different storage methods. After 60 days of storage, eating quality was acceptable when flesh firmness was higher than $3.3kg/8mm{\emptyset}$. As for soluble solid contents, high eating quality was obtained when pear fruit contained soluble solids higher than $13.0^oBrix$. In 'Niitaka' pears, however, changes in soluble solid content seemed not to be an appropriate parameter to determine storability since SSC increased during both common and cold storage. Data of organoleptic test and postharvest changes in flesh firmness suggested that storability of 'Niitaka' pear fruit seemed to be 30 days in a common storage and 120 days in a refrigerated storage.

본 연구는 노인요양시설의 서비스 질 향상을 목적으로 최고관리자의 리더십과 요양보호사의 조직몰입이 서비스질에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였다. 분석결과 변혁적리더십과 조직몰입은 서비스 질에 긍정적 영향을 보였고, 특히 변혁적리더십은 조직몰입을 통해 서비스질에 영향을 미치는 매개효과도 검증되었다.

여러 단계를 걸쳐 이루어지는 RNA-seq 분석 과정을 한 번에 처리할 수 있는 shell script 파이프라인을 구축하였다. 연구자들로 하여금 trimming, quality control, mapping, assembly, quantification 등 개별 과정을 거치지 않고, 한 줄의 커맨드 라인(command line) 만으로 유전자 발현량과 상대적 발현량 차이를 확인할 수 있는 fold change(FC) 값까지 얻을 수 있도록 하였다.

This study aims to examine how the elderly's internet use affects changes in life, loneliness, self-esteem factors, and life quality. According to the research result, it was found that the elderly's loneliness has a series of relationships with internet use. In other words, the basic model of the initial research suggests as in previous research a hypothesis that internet use relieves the elderly's loneliness; however, according to the final analysis result, the elderly's loneliness is rather a motive that makes them use internet. Also, it was analyzed that as the old's self-esteem gets higher, they show higher satisfaction with their life quality, and internet use affects the improvement of their self-esteem greatly. According to the result of estimating the final model, it was found that the factors of life changes resulted from internet use and influence on the improvement of their self-esteem were far stronger than other variables. Therefore, to improve the old's life quality, it is needed to increase the old's self-esteem, and for improving self-esteem, it will bring a great effect to use the media of internet.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the quality of Differential Police Response strategy. Although it has been approximately three years since these new police response systems were introduced, there is no research to evaluate them empirically. Using two types of statistical quality control techniques, Xbar-R control charts for variables data and P charts for attributes data, this study analyzes approximately 3,000 calls reported throughout the year 2012 to the 112 Integrated Dispatch Center in Ik-san police station. The Xbar-R control charts revealed that the police did not consistently respond to an emergency call for service (i.e., code one case) within 3 minutes. The P control chart also identified that there was a significant variation in the portion/number of defective calls where police failed to respond to non-emergency calls for service within 5 minutes. The results from this study suggest the police may need to review the target response time for code 1 and code 2 respectively.

The purpose of this study is to increase the perception of publicness and service quality on nursing facility for the elderly.The care wokers are core human resources in elderly care work practices and their perception of their publicness are likely to on effect service quality. This survey was conducted 318 care workers in nursing facility for the elderly. Research method used multiple regression analysis. Result indicated that care worker's perception of publicness level and service quality is above the ordinarly. And care worker's perception of publicness had positive effect service quality.
